Our stay here was very good. The beach resorts provides everything you need, beach front, pool and entertainment, restaurants and club and bar during the night. I would recommend

The hotel was very clean. The pool and beach areas were nice. The waterslides were fun. The entire hotel is very worn. Breakfast was bland and boring. I tried to branch out with some of the variety offered, but quality was poor and we stopped going day #3. The gym was dated and had limited hours.

Check in was extremely slow, we arrived at 11am and were allowed to use the facilities straight away while we waited for our room to be ready. We were told to come at 2pm to get the room key, however the room wasnt given to us until 4pm and not without a lot of back and forth to keep coming and checking for updates. Not ideal after a long flight and very exhausting but the rest of the stay was great. Breakfast is quite limited and repetitive, some of the fruits were definitely not fresh and tasted off. Staff was very helpful and friendly and spa and pools were amazing. Perfect for a family holiday with young kids.

Excellent location and excellent facilities although the internal swimming poor should not be subject to charge via spa. Seafront facilities and a great vibe about the hotel.

Nous venons de passer un séjour du 16 au 27 mars 2024. La structure en soit du bâtiment est agréable. La zone de rencontre, le centre de l’hôtel est convivial, la chambre vue mer est bien, la literie correcte l’espace pour 2 personnes est suffisant. Amoureux de l’espace plage, nous sommes fortement déçus: par des transats vieillissants voir cassés des parasols en fin de vie et un aménagement de la plage scabreux et dangereux pour y accéder. Côté restauration, sans être difficile ça manque d’originalité et souvent les mêmes ingrédients sont proposés. Sans parler des machines à café souvent défectueuse et des tasses à café manquantes remplacées par des gobelets en carton, un jus d’orange sans saveur où l’eau est plus présente que l’orange dommage au pays de ce fruit. Je souligne néanmoins la gentillesse du personnel. TiTi et MiMi.

Tres bien mais inconcevable qu il n y ait qu un restaurant buffet et que l on fasse payer le fitness ou en plus il n y a que 2 appareils qui fonctionne

À Amadil, les vacances sont réussies. En tout inclus, la nourriture internationale et locale est variee et d'une grande qualité. Le personnel est à l'écoute et prevenant. Le prêt de serviette de bain pour la piscine ou la plage est très appréciable. Proche de tout, très sûr et les pieds dans l'eau. Tres belle adresse nous reviendrons.

Property is very worn & in need of a refurb. When we first arrived we thought it’s a 3 star hotel but as the week went on it got worse & worse. There are 3 lifts in the hotel & 1 did not work our entire stay. The other 2 worked intermittently & on 2 days none of the 3 worked. Breakfast was ok but the omelette station & msemmen station were understaffed. So there would always be a queue & the bigger the queue got, the smaller the portions got & the staff would get irritated if you asked for 2 portions. The staff were very rude & seemed lazy or that they just didn’t care. On arrival I saw a member of staff at reception say to a guest “I don’t have time for you right now” in quite an abrupt manner & just left him standing there bemused. One morning at breakfast, a waiting staff was asked by a guest for cutlery & they picked dirty cutlery up from a table that had not been cleared, wiped it with a dry cloth & hand it off to them. All in plain sight. The guest saw & was furious but the member of staff insisted he didn’t & then threw his arms in the air & walked off. The hotel offers currency exchange & the rates seem reasonable that they put up on the boards. However every morning I asked, I was either told “come back in the afternoon” or “we don’t have cash now” or “we’re too busy at the moment.” i gave up after going to them twice a day for my first 3 days trying to exchange money. I would not stay at this place again under any circumstance.

Alt und kaputte Möbel. Zimmer sind ca 12 m2 und nicht 30m2. Keine Badewanne im ganzen Hotel. Blick auf das Meer ist schön aber doch lauter als gedacht. Essen ist total dreckig und kein Service. Tische werden nicht abgeputzt. Dreck liegt zwischen dem angeboten essen. Keine Gläser keine Teller kein Besteck, so ging’s mir mal morgens!

Great staff and very clean.

My overall experience was ok. A couple of things to work on : cleanliness and their food selection. I had a severe food poising after I had my breakfast during my stay there. Other than that, the staff is accommodating and the hotel is located in a superb area. I would recommend it if they can work if the two notes above. Thank you.

Honestly, I have been to Morocco a number of times and I can honestly say as a family trip here this was a shocking experience. This whole trip was let down by the hotel and facilities. They have bed bugs, and the place is really unclean. They moved us after one day as they said our room was not ready when we arrived and put us in a floor and room which did not have any working taps, blocked toilet and was very unclean. I don’t leave reviews, I have been to over 20 countries and me and my wife was appalled by the whole experience. It’s on the strip of the beach but apart from that it’s a really bad experience in terms of stay, staff are really bad and need training and the food is awful.

Nice clean hotel

The room was very dirty and in a bad condition. The breakfast was really not good. What we liked is the pool area and the beach. It was not crowded.

The hotel is a 3star at best and in need of some serious TLC. It's a shame because it could have great potential with the beachfront location but there is a clear lack of guidance/training from management and some staff do not want to be there!!! Some bar staff also do not have a clue...we got a margarita one night and it was pure lemon juice(not lime) and tequila with no conitreau, it was so strong and gross i couldn't drink it, see pic. We had a sea view room which was nice but our balcony door did not lock, we got maintenance to fix this but it broke again - the courtesy room balcony door was also broke so i think they are all just needing replacement. The beds are comfy and clean but the floors in the rooms and especially the bathrooms always seemed dirty(like you could see on the towels the dirt coming off the floors) so they aren't being mopped properly. We only went B&B thankfully as the buffet breakfast is chaotic and has no structure, very little fruit or options other than sweet breads/pastries, there also wasn't enough seating in the restaurant. Most of the staff are so lovely and helpful but we witnessed one extremely rude encounter with a woman called "Nora" from guest services. The way she spoke to two English guests in front of us was the worst manners i have ever seen from someone working in hospitality, she was disgraceful and should not work in the industry! If you want good restaurants walk 10 mins up the promenade to O'Playa, Jade and El toro.

Watch out with this hotel - on their main page it states airport transfers. When you click in and check further down it states that this is chargeable. We were only there 3 nights - 2 of those nights the shower was so cold I couldnt stand under it. Contacted reception who knew of the problem and were working on it. With regards to the airport transfer - I was on online chat with hotels.com on day 2 - they were going to contact me on day 3......still waiting to hear from them - poor service

Lovely break, great Seaview, would have preferred bottle opener in the room just for convenience. Would be useful to have a shop to buy snacks and forgotten toiletries if we're being picky! Lovely hotel though.

Nice hotel. Nice rooms. Toilet caused a few problems and staff were very slow to respond and did not accommodate a request to change rooms even after the same problem occurred 3 times.

I’ve never written a bad review before, I’ve travelled to almost 30 countries in the world, and I have never had such an upsetting experience, so I feel like I have to speak up. My group included 3 people and a toddler. We arrived exhausted after a long day of travelling. The stay we paid for was supposed to include lunch, which was clearly stated on our booking and receipt, and confirmed by the booking company. But when we arrived, we were flatly denied the lunch. We were met with coldness, unhelpfulness, and even laughter from the reception staff—who smirked as we tried to show them our proof that we had paid for lunch to be included. It was humiliating and deeply frustrating, especially given the needs of our group, a visibly pregnant lady and a child who needed to eat were denied food they had paid for. When we asked for our room key to at least rest, we were told it wasn’t ready. We ended up waiting in the lobby for over 2.5 hours with no help, no food, no room, and no compassion. We were told to initially wait to speak to the Manager - Nour/Nora, however when she arrived we were told she wouldn’t speak with us. At that point, I gave up—not because I was wrong, but because I didn’t want this hotel’s lack of care to ruin our entire holiday. So we went the entire trip paying for lunch. The reason we booked this hotel was for the food to be provided to us for ease for our pregnant sister and toddler.

Staff and service. They booked two sightseeing tours for us and the breakfast and dinner were immaculate at the hotel. Evening entertainment was also fab. Will be going back again next year.

I had such a bad experience at Amadil. Noura is the worse staff and disrespectful. Upon arrival, I was told to wait until 2 pm for the room to be ready and asked to pay for the local tax straight away. Then at 2 pm, Noura told us that we going to stay at the hotel Dunes d'or Ocean Club next door as Amadil is overbooked. I explained I booked well in advance and checked in online 2 days ago without any communication of any move. I told her that I did not want to move as I would have paid less if I booked with dunes d'or in the first instant. She promised that she will compensate the different in the price and the distress by giving us a free massage and dinner at the hotel as complimentary. She stated that the manager at dunes d'or will do the necessary as she instructed her. We were forced to walk to dunes d'or with our suitcase on the road without any staff assistance. Upon arriving at the dunes d'or, the managed said that Noura has not agreed anything and when I called Noura she refused to talk, said to whatapp her and even cut the call. The manager of dunes d'or told us that she will give us seaview room for our trouble but I reminded her that paid seaview already for the booking at Amadil. The following day the manager called Noura to discuss for any complementary message or dinner as she agreed that we should have been compensated for the price difference. However Noura refused to honor her words and refused to give us any support or complementary service.

This was good hotel. Staff Is very nice especially the reception and reservations staff. Food was good, Good location. My Kids loved it and I will be back with my family again

Lovely clean hotel , staff were very helpful and courteous and great entertainers during the day by pool for kids . Food was good quality though we only had breakfast ,we werent all inclusive but for the price i d say it would be worth it . Good location and overall a great holiday , i would return to this hotel if i was to stay in Agadir again

The woman at the reception was short with me. When I arrived at my room, immediately had issues: food stuck on the mirror, mini fridge had multiple hairs in it, shower stall had black mold all along the trim and balcony door DID NOT LOCK. I returned to reception. The same woman saw me and said, what is wrong? I said, you want me to say right now? She said yes and so I told her. She proceeded to say, we will check the room and I said, you mean, you do not believe me? I have been in the room 5 minutes. I choose to walk away instead of argue with her. Later, a supervisor arrived with housekeepers. She said she would clean the room. While my Moroccan Arablic is not perfect, one of the housekeepers said someone stayed in the room and hadn't been cleaned. I demanded to have a new room assigned. I was EXHAUSTED and needed to rest. She said the woman at the reception would not let me change rooms and that she thought I had made the room messy. What choice did I have at this point? I took a deep breathe and stepped away while the room was cleaned over the following 30-40 minutes. The housekeepers did their best. The door was never fixed and as a woman traveling by myself, I spent the night nervous someone would come into the room. I was unable to rest and this stay was an utter disaster. WOULD NEVER RETURN.

Good location, close to beach and not to far from restaurants

Perfect location, staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice and clean. Beach on doorstep, good breakfast with lots of options. Would definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended.

My wife and I spent 3 nights in this wonderful hotel. Nearly everything was excellent: The rooms: clean and modern with all en-suite facilities. The location: facing and next to the beach, and not too far from other shops. The food: marvellous! With a full and varied menu. Staff: friendly and helpful. The hotel was also good value for money. The only downside was that we had a heavy smoker in the bedroom next to us, so we couldn't sit outside on the balcony and appreciate any fresh sea air!

Le positif, chambre avec superbe vue sur la mer au calme. Le balcon mériterait un petit rafraichissement. Le négatif, le restaurant principal. Je n'avais pas pris le all inclusive vu les avis négatifs et j'ai bien fait étant donné l'expérience du petit déjeuner. Grand réfectoire bruyant, le dessus des tables collants, les oeufs sur le plat préparés à l'avance et froid, et j'en passe, vraiment pas terrible. J'ai par contre testé à deux reprises le restaurant Italien (payant), très bien, bon plats et serveur super pro dans un cadre très sympa. Le point très négatif : la réception, le strict minimum ! On a l'impression que c'est une souffrance de dire bonjour, on vous dit "tenez la fiche à remplir" et c'est tout, aucune information même pas pour les horaires du petit déjeuner. J'avais envoyé deux emails pour un transfert de l'aéroport à l'hôtel, je n'ai jamais eu de réponses et aucune explications. On a l'impression de les déranger. Faites un petit effort, j'ai l'habitude de voyager et je n'ai jamais vu un service de réception aussi médiocre. Un petit sourire et un bienvenu, c'est un minimum surtout pour un hôtel 4 étoiles (cela n'inclus pas la conciergerie, le monsieur en charge de ce service est très serviable et efficace). En résumé, si je reviens à Agadir, j'irai ailleurs.

God hotel og bra beliggenhet.

A l'arrivée, 2h de discussion avec la réception et des A/R dans des chambres toutes de 22m2 pour avoir une chambre qui ne correspond toujours pas à celle réservée (Triple standard 40 m2). Nous sommes challengés sur le fait d'être 2 pour une chambre triple alors que nous l'avons payée beaucoup plus chère?! Après avoir abandonné tout espoir de récupérer notre réservation ; plus la fatigue de cet accueil "je m'enfoutiste", nous acceptons par dépit une chambre pas digne d'un 4*: baguettes de finition manquantes, carrelage cassé, toilettes qui gouttent en continu. Il y a un vrai sujet sur le restaurant principal. Certains serveurs portent préjudice au service: des tables jamais dressées avant l'arrivée des clients, le peu de tables dressées notamment le soir sont réservées à des clients "privilégiés". Le buffet est varié mais la plupart des plats sont froids. Présents pour le repas du 31/12, cette expérience a été fort désagréable malgré un buffet plus qualitatif et la fierté de l'équipe pour ce repas de fête. Le comportement outrageant d'un serveur qui s'est servi de notre table comme une desserte, plus la découverte d'un plastique d'étiquetage dans la viande ont entaché cette soirée. Au parc aquatique, le maître nageur demande 10€ pour acheter une bouée pour utiliser certains toboggans. Pour les soirées, l'espace d'animation est indiqué nulle part malgré une équipe impliquée lors des spectacles. Séjour organisé pour un anniversaire sans attention particulière du personnel.

Family friendly great location could have had better night shows etc and all inclusive was not worth it food out of 7 days 2 was decent . Breakfast the only best thing.

La chambre était très propre et le petit déjeuner parfait

The hotel is very dated. I think it was splendid back in the day but needs an upgrade. Food was ok, sometimes not hot enough. Premium drinks are extra. Gym is fine but only available for free between 9:30 and 1200. Ice cream by pool is extra. I probably wouldn’t return. Was not a nightmare but I was a little disappointed.
