This is a 3* resort - it is huge so be prepared for a lot of people! I really liked the adults only pool, landscaping and the chefs were able to meet our dietary requirements. Things to improve on would be pool towel procedures (takes too long) and include more amenities in the rooms.

Resort is good and have everything what you need for holidays but you need to give deposit for every thing from pool towels to sports equipment which is not normal in these type of resorts. We borrowed mini gold sports equipment and give €20 deposit on our last day of stay but when we went to return the equipment around 2pm the place was closed and we been told that from 12pm to 3pm is break time. We had to leave before 3pm but we been told that we cant get our deposit back because its break. We spoke to Cashier "Farah" to sort it out but she was very rude and said we dont have any link with that department. At the end a Porter helped us and took equipment from us and gave us money back. Very disappointed by the behaviour of cashier "Farah" and reception staff.

Fint familieværelse med god plads. Personligt var søde og maden ret god. Hotellets pool var opvarmet hvilket er nødvendigt i februar. Skønne 4 dage hvor vi også fik spillet en del tennis.

Don’t expect a full-inclusive offering. Drink choices are limited and all ice creams are at a cost if not at dinner and then only choice of one ice cream flavour. Snacks are not all day and very limited choice when you can get them. The large pools were freezing. The adults only pool was lovely and warm. The shuttle service into the city centre you have to pay for expect a couple of times a day. They are not that frequent either. The aqua park was good but again the water was freezing. I requested on three occasions three single beds but got one double and one single. The air conditioning in the room was so noisy.

Amazing place to stay with kids! There is aqua park and many pools and activities! The location is great and place is well maintained It’s busy with many people but we felt welcomed and happy! Clean which is a huge plus! There is mini golf, soccer and water activities too

Great waterpark, food was good but very busy which suggests the restaurant is not big enough and it was definitely understaffed. On the whole a positive experience, lots of things to do and close to centre of Marrakech. Would go again.

L’hôtel est grand et bien! Peut être trop grand mais bien pour les enfants. Le parc aquatique top La nourriture manque de variété… Par contre vraiment déçue par le service de serviette qui a refusé de me rendre ma caution de 30€. Je n’ai pas pu changé les serviettes au service compétent car fermé à 18h et avec un check out a 7:30 pas ouvert. Les serviettes ont été donné à la réception qui a refusé de me donner la caution car j’avais les serviettes et que eux ne prennent que la carte qui vient du service serviettes qui ferme à 18h et ouvre à 10h! Pas très pratique et surtout une grosse arnaque pour ceux qui font leur check out tôt le matin!!!

We had a wonderful time at Aqua Mirage. Food was great. Plenty of waterslides so there wasn't too much queuing. There were several things to do with minigolf, tennis court, football court. A little extra thing was the little shop that had the souvenirs we wanted and the staff there was very helpful. The entertainers were nice and in a good mood always. Roomcleaning was perfect. Lifeguards were nice, well all of the staff at the hotel were nice. I really don't have anything negative to say about anything, we had a wonderful time.

Actually, it’s a perfectly fine hotel if you’re a family with children and don’t have particularly high expectations - or a strong attachment to peace and quiet. The rooms are a decent size, but they haven’t seen an update in about ten years. The food is acceptable, and while allergen information is clearly labeled, breakfast can be challenging if you’re gluten intolerant. The gym is long past its prime, with several machines bravely hanging on. To be fair, they’re still in better shape than the mini golf course, which looks like it lost the will to live some time ago. The pools are great fun for younger kids - but then again, this is very much a children’s hotel. If you’re traveling with teenagers/adults, you may want to keep scrolling. It’s also a bit too far from the city, and once you’ve played some tennis and football, the entertainment options thin out quickly. The restaurant is impressively noisy. They try to hide it by playing music, but you still can’t hear what your own family is saying - which, depending on the day, might actually be the hotel’s best feature. And don’t come here for the food. It’s fine. Just… fine. Sorry.

This is a basic all inclusive. Good value for money. Some areas could use a refresh- sports bar, fountains, decor in restaurants(dusty and dirty looking- either get rid of it or update it). Water park could use some new tubes etc for the slides. Overall we felt it was worth what we paid and we had a good time. Rooms have been refreshed and were clean and comfortable. Staff was great.

Der Aquapark war toll. Der Hauptpool war auch gut, aber die Musik war dort teilweise extrem laut. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und die Freizeit Möglichkeiten haben wir gerne genutzt. Das Essen im Buffet Bereich war schlecht, regelmäßig waren Haare im Essen zu finden und der Service zu den Hauptzeiten unterirdisch, da die Tische nicht abgeräumt wurden und immer wieder Besteck/Gläser gefehlt haben. Das Restaurant und die Buffetausgabe waren teilweise extrem überlaufen und dementsprechend war es laut. Die Zimmerreinigung war ebenfalls nicht gut, in dem Bett waren Haare von Fremden und auf der Bettwäsche Flecken. Es wurde nicht gründlich geputzt. Die Spülung der Toilette war defekt. Die Service Leute an der Poolbar waren freundlich. Als der Safe und die Zimmertüre kaputt waren, kamen die Techniker und haben es schnell repariert. Bei der Buchung sollte man darauf achten, dass man vor 15 Uhr extra bezahlen muss um den Aquapark und die Verpflegung nutzen zu können. Ich persönlich würde diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

Room was clean, the dishes and cups often had dirty ones. Food was quite bland, pretty much the same every day. There were 1-2 good items every day. What really gets me are the condition of the cups - dirty and beaten up. That being said for the price it was, we expected shortcomings. Most importantly there is not food available all the time. You have to follow their meal schedules which can be challenging with little kids. The upkeep of the overall property is not great. They only take reservation do the restaurant in a 2 hour time window. We won’t return

The waterpark was fantastic, we all enjoyed it. Facilities and rooms were spacious and clean. The food was lacking in flavor and was typically cold. Unfortunate fornsuch a nice place.

There was a lot to do considering there was a water park, a quiet pool and a busy pool. There was also good entertainment every day. The food in the buffet was great and a lot better than other all inclusive hotels. The down side was that the rooms were not very clean, my sheets were not changed the entire time I was there and had marks on them. The shower was tiny and I struggled to shower comfortably.

C’est ok avec les enfants. Parc aquatique est un très grand plus et adapté à tous les âges, une section pour les petits (0 à 5-6-7 ans etc) et des glissades pour les plus grands. Certaines avec tubes où il est possible de glisser à plusieurs personnes en même temps! L’endroit est familial et animé. Pour la nourriture, c’est standard et les enfants plus difficiles trouvent quelque chose à manger (croissants, chocolatines, frites et croquettes de poulet, pizzas..) L’endroit est sécuritaire. Par contre, si vous voulez visiter, l’hôtel est à l’extérieur de la prise en charge. Il y a une navette gratuite à certaines heures et payantes à d’autres (peu couteuse, 30 dhs par aller par personne) que nous avons utilisée. Mais vous devez savoir que le lieu est moins pratique si vous souhaitez visiter. Les installations sont fatiguées à plusieurs endroits. Les jardins de l’hôtel sont très beaux par contre. Check in difficile, n’arrivez pas avant 15h... même si vous arrivez de l’autre continent et que vous acceptez de payer un surplus… Personnel de la réception peu accommodant, malheureux à dire.. n’ayez aucune demande! Par contre, la majorité du reste du personnel éponge le tout et est super gentil, incluant les femmes de chambres. Chambres sont propres, pas très grandes mais c’est correct. L’air climatisée fonctionnait bien. C’était bruyant certaines nuits (autres voyageurs, route passante, chiens qui aboient…) Amenez des bons bouchons d’oreilles!

We booked our stay at Aqua Mirage Club through Expedia, and unfortunately, the reality did not match the pictures at all. The images online made the rooms look modern and well-maintained, but what we got was completely different—basic and in need of a upgrade. The bathroom and toilet (seperate) were ridiculously small, making it very uncomfortable. Toilet roll holder was nearly hanging off. Cleanliness was also an issue; we had to call housekeeping three times before they finally showed up. For a so-called 4-star resort, this was unacceptable. On top of that, there was no kettle or iron in the room, which is something you’d expect as a standard in a hotel of this rating. That being said, the resort grounds themselves were nice, and the food was decent. However, the quality of the rooms really let the experience down. If you're expecting a luxurious stay based on the photos online, be prepared for a letdown. The staff at Aqua Mirage are amazing, they do work hard & they had good entertainment every night. Buffet had a good variety of food for all inclusive. Cant fault the staff. Keep up the good work. The hotel have a shuttle bus that you can book if you are wanting to go into the main city centre for sightseeing. Some of the timings are free & some you have to pay ( 30 MAD ). Het was een mooi hotelcomplex, onze gerenoveerde kamer (building 2) was erg mooi, alles nieuw en schoon, goed werkende airco en fijne douche (wel heel krap). De bedden waren heerlijk. De wifi deed het perfect. Het waterpark was geweldig, onze zoon van 10 en wij hebben ons hier heerlijk vermaakt. Er waren genoeg ligbedden bij beide zwembaden. Wat we niet zo prettig vonden aan ons verblijf was dat ons gebouw 2 dichtbij de animatie lag en we daardoor tot middernacht wakker lagen van de herrie. Ook het geluid aan het zwembad van de muziek en animatie was zó hard dat je geen normaal gesprek met elkaar kan voeren. Verder enorm veel wespen bij het zwembad. Wat betreft het eten en drinken, de frisdranken waren zo zoet, prikloos, sprite smaakte naar chloor, en vaak zijn de automaten leeg. IJsjes zaten niet bij het All Inclusive inbegrepen. Het eten vonden we niet super. Jammer is dat er geen verlichting is bij het voetbalveld en het basketbalveld, in de avond is de temperatuur juist zo fijn om te sporten. Voor twee nachtjes relaxen na een roadtrip door Marokko was dit hotel prima, maar wij zouden er geen hele week willen verblijven.

De wifi deed het perfect. Het waterpark was geweldig, onze zoon van 10 en wij hebben ons hier heerlijk vermaakt. Er waren genoeg ligbedden bij beide zwembaden. Wat we niet zo prettig vonden aan ons verblijf was dat ons gebouw 2 dichtbij de animatie lag en we daardoor tot middernacht wakker lagen van de herrie. Ook het geluid aan het zwembad van de muziek en animatie was zó hard dat je geen normaal gesprek met elkaar kan voeren. Verder enorm veel wespen bij het zwembad. Wat betreft het eten en drinken, de frisdranken waren zo zoet, prikloos, sprite smaakte naar chloor, en vaak zijn de automaten leeg. IJsjes zaten niet bij het All Inclusive inbegrepen. Het eten vonden we niet super. Jammer is dat er geen verlichting is bij het voetbalveld en het basketbalveld, in de avond is de temperatuur juist zo fijn om te sporten. Voor twee nachtjes relaxen na een roadtrip door Marokko was dit hotel prima, maar wij zouden er geen hele week willen verblijven.

Water was coming from the shower, and we informed the reception to fix it, but the problem continued. The entire bathroom was flooded, and the toilet sink got blocked. When it was time to check out, we had a lot of luggage and called the reception to send someone to help us, but no one came.

The rooms are a decent size, but they haven’t seen an update in about ten years. The food is acceptable, and while allergen information is clearly labeled, breakfast can be challenging if you’re gluten intolerant. The gym is long past its prime, with several machines bravely hanging on. To be fair, they’re still in better shape than the mini golf course, which looks like it lost the will to live some time ago. The pools are great fun for younger kids - but then again, this is very much a children’s hotel. If you’re traveling with teenagers/adults, you may want to keep scrolling. It’s also a bit too far from the city, and once you’ve played some tennis and football, the entertainment options thin out quickly. The restaurant is impressively noisy. They try to hide it by playing music, but you still can’t hear what your own family is saying - which, depending on the day, might actually be the hotel’s best feature. And don’t come here for the food. It’s fine. Just… fine. Sorry.

We visited this property every year but during this visit from the beginning there were issues with customer service. We reserved and paid for 3 rooms (4 adults, 5 children) but they charged the 13 year olds as adults when we got to the property so we had to pay an extra charge. During the check in process I continuously asked if there was an issue but she said no and called the manager. The customer service here was horrendous by the front reception staff. There was an African woman who was next in line that was completely ignored only for the staff to attend to the European woman who was behind her.

My experience in this so called, “4 star” hotel was horrible from start to finish. There literally isn’t anything good to say about it all. What was meant to be a relaxing break, was just an unenjoyable experience as a whole. The check-in begins at 3:00 PM, which is fine as it’s the hotel policy. However, there was absolutely no hospitality while waiting nearly three hours to check in. No refreshments were offered — not even a glass of water — and the front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and showed little interest in helping guests. The food was bland and dry. Chicken and beef/lamb was always overcooked and barely had any flavours. As for entertainment, there’s a YouTube video playing on a big screen. Out of the 7 days I was here, there were people on the stage entertaining once. It’s laughable for a 4 star hotel to have a video playing on a big screen. The shower stopped working during our stay, and when we reported it, reception said many guests had the same issue and they were “looking into it.” For a supposed four-star hotel, having no running water is unacceptable. The room itself was very dated the television was tiny, the furniture looked old, and even the toilet roll holder was broken. There were no complimentary water bottles in the mini-fridge either so be prepared to stock that yourself. Also, there are no irons in the hotel and you have to pay to have a kettle. Generally it was great. Clean, friendly staff, great facilities. Only 4 stars because of the check-in process. No welcome, no instructions of what we we have to do first. It was a bit of chaos. Reception very crowded and we had to wait for 2 hours in the queue to do the check in. The beginning wasn't great but the rest has been briliant and we had a lovely holiday in Marroco and Aqua Mirrage.

Before making our reservation at Aqua Mirage Club & Aqua Parc, we contacted the resort by e-mail 23 January to confirm that the children’s water park (Aqua Park) would be open during January 25–31. We even asked if there were any maintenance planed. We received an answer from the hotel confirming that the Aqua Park would be open, and based on this confirmation we proceeded with a non-refundeble all inclusive booking. But upon arrival at the resort, we were informed that the Aqua Park was closed. The entire kids’ area was shut down for maintenance on January 25-31. Access to the Aqua Park was very important when choosing this resort since we were traveling with our child, and receiving incorrect information about such a key facility was very disappointing. Despite us providing documentation with an e-mail confirming that that the park was supposed to be open, the resort refused any refund or compensation and does not acknowledge any mistake. (They say the maintenance was not yet planned at the 23 January). This experience has left us with a very poor impression of resort and their customer service.

Overall a nice hotel with many facilities and activities, helpfull staff and many different food options. The hotel is located a bit from Marrakech city but its only a 15 minutes drive. However the rooms was not very sound proof so there was a lot of noise from the halls and the neighbour rooms. The buffet could be improved with mandatory sanitizer and/or disposable gloves. I saw a lot of other guests putting food back etc., so I ended up only taking food from the staff controlled food stations as I got sick for two days after eating from the buffet.

The resort was very nice and quite big. The staff were friendly and the facilities were great. Food was good too but would be great to have more fruit options for breakfast. The location was 20 mins to the airport which was not bad but did not suit us to much as we were in town most days. Overall the experience was good.

This is a wonderful hotel complex with lots of activities. The staff were friendly, the food was good, the grounds were beautiful and the property was kept clean. You need to take the shuttle or a taxi to get to the centre of Marrakesh and other shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much. If you like to walk outside of the hotel there isn’t much nearby but the grounds are large enough to walk around. We liked not having to leave until 3pm as we had a late flight (room vacated by 12). The only points for improvement would be hotter food in the buffet and easier methods for getting pool towels. Also note you need to get a ticket from reception when you check out or they won’t let you leave!

Left after 48 hours of a 7 day stay Turning in off the main road to be greeted by huge craters in the road leading up to the hotel was not a good first impression, arriving into the reception area our hearts sunk even further. Christmas tree decorations that looked like it was put together by a 4 year old and a reception area which is far below the fitting of a 4* Hotel Rooms - Very poor build quality - Paint splattered on tiles - Big gap in shower door which led to a flooded bathroom - Gaps in the privacy screen looking into the bathroom so if you have teenage children/family members staying in your quadruple room they can see you in the shower! Food - Absolutely diabolical. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Après c’est vrai que l’hôtel est quand même loin de la médina et de la ville (20 minutes en taxi). Mais je recommande cet hôtel. Le personnel était très accueillant. Le buffet était très bon et varié. Le seul petit souci était les chambres qui n’était pas très insonorisé.

Great hotel, very clean complex, food was excellent for an all inclusive buffet, aircon good in rooms, pool excellent, recommended. Only negative was staff who were quite unwelcoming at times. Bar staff were exceptionally rude making it hard to get alcoholic drinks at times from the all inclusive bars

The hotel is pleasant, but it offers very limited vegetarian food options. Additionally, the rooms are quite small, and the showers are extremely compact. It would be good if shampoo and conditioner were provided in the rooms.

food was terrible. drinks just as bad. pool was closed when we arrived for maintenance. caught one of the security guards looking into our bedroom one afternoon as i was getting changed.. my fault for not closing curtains fully.

Room was clean, the dishes and cups often had dirty ones. Food was quite bland, pretty much the same every day. There were 1-2 good items every day. What really gets me are the condition of the cups - dirty and beaten up. That being said for the price it was, we expected shortcomings. Most importantly there is not food available all the time. You have to follow their meal schedules which can be challenging with little kids. The upkeep of the overall property is not great. They only take reservation do the restaurant in a 2 hour time window. We won’t return

Don’t expect a full-inclusive offering. Drink choices are limited and all ice creams are at a cost if not at dinner and then only choice of one ice cream flavour. Snacks are not all day and very limited choice when you can get them. The large pools were freezing. The adults only pool was lovely and warm. The shuttle service into the city centre you have to pay for expect a couple of times a day. They are not that frequent either. The aqua park was good but again the water was freezing. I requested on three occasions three single beds but got one double and one single. The air conditioning in the room was so noisy.

Fantastic holiday hotel is lovely. Great selection in buffet restaurant at all mealtimes. Alcoholic drinks could be better selection. Staff all excellent. Lovely bedroom with great shower. Towel quality could be upgraded. Entertainment staff are great with children and adults. Lots of pools. 1 heated in winter also great waterpark. Pool towels provided.

There were definitely some highlights, especially for the kids – they absolutely loved the water slides, and the evening entertainment was enjoyable for the whole family. However, there were quite a few things that let the experience down. Despite being all-inclusive, the fizzy drinks were watered down and tasted off, which was disappointing. I wasn't able to get a proper coffee during the entire three night stay, as the machines were constantly low. Food was okay – not bad, but nothing special either. One of the biggest letdowns was the lack of ice cream during the day unless we paid extra, which felt a bit unfair considering the all-inclusive promise. Also, there were no late-night dining options available. Since we tend to stay up late, it would’ve been nice to have access to some snacks or light food after the evening meal. All in all, it was fine for a short break, especially if you're travelling with kids, but I’m not sure we’d return unless a few things were improved.

Strictly no for vegetarians. The food is not made for vegetarians since they mix everything. The veg pizza would have pepperoni stuck at the bottom. You would find lobsters fish in the vegetable salads. No labels to identify if something is veg or non veg. Everything else is good but avoid if you are a vegetarian or go for no food option

We had a great stay overall. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness mainly because of the size of the resort and the amount of people visiting daily. The staff were constantly cleaning and working around the clock, but guests can quickly make areas messy again. The only downside was the extra charges for early check-in and late check-out, which felt a bit steep, especially considering the standard check-in time is quite late at 3:00 pm and many travellers arrive on early flights. On the positive side, the evening and daytime entertainment were excellent, the grounds are beautiful, and the spa was lovely. The food was okay overall, but the fresh hot food was brilliant. The shuttle service to the square was also a really useful bonus.

Pros: - Hotel grounds are extremely well kept and clean, grass is cut and it is aesthetically pleasing - Restaurant food was good, it did not give us any stomach issues or food poisoning - Water park is decent for children, I have been to better but this will keep the children entertained. CONS: - Room was awfully designed - the toilet was separate and the sink was separate in the shower room, extremely unusual dynamic. It meant that we had to come out of the toilet without washing hands and then wash in the shower room. VERY STRANGE - the shower has zero privacy, so unless you want your children to see you naked or anyone else you are sharing with, it is a big NO. You can see into the shower room, not sure why they have this. - rooms are very dated, not4* standard, old. - not enough storage in rooms - staff in the restaurant are not helpful but this is because they are understaffed, they have one or two waiters managing an entire area, so every single time we had to request water and cutlery, it was very slow. - food hygiene is awful - not enough tongs to pick up food, vegetarian food and meat food next to each other which meant people mixed the tongs due to shortage of tongs - the worst thing for us was, NO Kettle to make baby formula. We begged with them to provide us with one so we could feed our baby and agreed to pay an extra charge, however, they did not provide this. So we had to keep going to the bar every time to make formula. NOT ideal if you have a baby.

Pros: Delicious, fresh, & very varied food with plenty of options every and all day. The hotel itself is huge, clean, and well maintained, with nice and comfortable rooms. The facilities are excellent, offering lots of activities including tennis courts, mini golf, beach volleyball, yoga, swimming, a big aqua park & more. The housekeeping and restaurant staff were especially friendly and provided great hospitality throughout our stay. Cons: You have to pay a 200 dirham (£20) deposit per person just to borrow a single piece of sports equipment like a racket or ball, which felt unnecessary and excessive. The gym is extremely outdated, with most of the machines out of service. There was also no WiFi in the restaurant or gym, making it difficult to contact each other or even listen to music. The entertainment on the first night was disappointing, mainly hotel staff dancing, although the shows improved on later nights when outside performers were brought in. While most staff were friendly, some of the reception and shuttle staff came across as arrogant and unhelpful at times, especially when trying to push paid shuttle services. The free shuttle service was also poorly organised. There were only two free shuttles available and they filled up very quickly. The timings were inconvenient as well, with one at 12:30 PM during extreme heat and the other at 11:30 PM, which was far too late for most guests. It often felt more focused on selling paid shuttles than guest convenience.
