Kenzi Club Agdal Medina - All Inclusive

Very friendly animation team who did an amazing job trying to get everybody to join. They speak primarily French but do know a bit English. Nice restaurent with different themes every nice - the pizzas are extraordinary good! Nice pools with staff always willing to help finding an umbrella and sunbeds when people have put on their towels for many hours.

This is a great hotel with good facilities. Pros: Staff are very friendly and will do anything g to help. Good selection of activities every day from the animation team. Rooms well maintained and nice with daily cleaning. Amazing spa with great staff and massages Good gym (though air con could do with an upgrade) Shuttle into Marrakech - only 10 mins & free Cons: Main buffet restaurant chaotic. Always running out of food, cups, cutlery, glasses. Huge queues for non-Moroccan food and not a great choice. Very little meat. Breakfast choice been better in other hotels. Staff work very hard but are very understaffed so even drinks are self service (only soft drinks, wine & beer in restaurant). Cocktail bar near pool full of wasps, impossible to enjoy a quiet drink No air conditioning in spa rooms which was unfortunate and felt sorry for staff Not a great selection of drinks - cocktails mostly pre-made, no smoothies No ice cream throughout day except tub in main restaurant (big queue - two flavours!) I was with a group of 6 friends on golf trip. Great location for about 7 courses within 10 to 20 min taxi. Also close to airport and Marrakesh centre. Hotel is huge with nice grounds. Padel and tennis courts are good fun. Pool areas are a bit worn and dated. Rooms are ok, bit dated. I’d say more like a 3 to 4 start in other European places. Staff were really nice and accommodated later check out. Buffet food was average but worked well for my group, with all inclusive food and drinks. All in all nice stay but not a 5 star.

Design and facilities were amazing, heated pool. Staff is the best thing about this hotel. Bartender Emil in Blue Bar made our stay special

The facilities were great, 3 pools, kids club, baby club (chargeable and expensive), courts for sports (even though a bit worn), pool bar, towel changing facilities at the pool, activities all day. The rooms, dependent on the room, were from OK to disappointing. There were a lot of broken items and stains that required fixing for a 5 star hotel. In one of the rooms, the air con was not working and the maintenance guy just changed the setting on the thermostat and he said it's fixed. Clearly it was not! We had to change 4 rooms throughout our stay there, the 1st one was facing the restaurant and all the cooking fumes were coming in, the second one was not meant to have guests, everything was broken, the 3rd one had the air con issue with 33 degrees celcius, the 4th one was 4 out of 5 at least. The reception staff and the porters were super nice, the cleaning staff were bad, they were not replacing used items in the room like shampoos, coffees, water, etc, they were super slow, relaxing outside to come and clean the rooms at 2 or 3pm, at the time you wanted to get some mid-day rest after lunch. The spa had some good facilities and it was nice. We did a massage twice, however, it was very strange; we had a couples massage and we were not given privacy to take off our clothes and put them on again and we were not given disposable underwear. We had to use ours or the swim suits and they, of course, became oily. The kids club was very good and the staff, super nice!

Positives: Spacious grounds. Lots of greenery and choice of pools. Activities for adults and children. Cleanliness. Staff. Plenty of places to relax. Quality of food. Negatives: Children's pool unheated. Repetitive food choices. Night-time entertainment was only children's disco and dance. More comfortable seating needed by snack bar near pool. Notre experience n'a pas ete tres positive et je pense que c'etait du a la haute saison. Nous avons sejourne en aout, l'hotel etait plein a craquer. Les repas etaient chaotiques, il etait tres difficile de trouver une table prete a nous acceuillir, le staff parraissait complement depasse a tous les niveaux, ils courraient dans tous les sens dans l'espace restauration pour ramener des assiettes. Dans la salle repas, nous avons attendu plusieurs plus de 10min pour avoir une cuilerre, une bouteille d'eau ou autre... Niveau hygiene, j'etais tres surprise de voir la femme de menage installer sa poubelle entre 2 stations de cuissons et levait sa pelle en l'air pour la nettoyer, les frites d'un cote et les pates de l'autre qui cuisent... Autour des piscines il etaient difficile de trouver des chaises longues a l'endroit souhaiter, les clients les prennaient d'assault des le matin. Les toboggans ne ressemblent pas du tout aux photos ! Ils etaient fermes a 17h au grand desespoir de mon fils, les piscines a 19h... La clim avait un prb avec 36 degres la nuit, il a fallu 1 nuit de galere et 3 appels pour etre enfin changer de chambres. Le lit bebe n'est jamais arriver ce soir la malgre la bonne volonte du personnel au niveau de la reception (excellent personnel je dois dire). Nous ne retournerons pas la bas, je pense que l'hotel n'a pas su accueillir ses guests dans de bonnes conditions cet ete, il aurait fallu, a minima, embaucher du personnel en plus pour faire face a la demande.

We stayed in Riad Rosarrie with a beautiful apartment and secluded pool. The staff were very helpful and hospitable, something that comes as part of Moroccan culture. There are 2 other, larger pools. One designed for families and children. The food caters for European cuisine but was pleased to find some Moroccan based dishes too. The chefs and service team work hard to produce good quality food. We didn’t do many activities - but visited the spa for a massage and a Brahman Bath. Both were lovely and reasonably priced. There is an on-site golf pro I visited one day and he really did help with an hour 1on1 lesson. And it was free! In the evening we stayed around the Bar area next to the restaurant. There was music, mini disco for kids and then a show or some local entertainment. The best evening was the special guests drumline. Was brilliant to watch! Overall we loved it. Spent 7 nights. As far as all inclusive, affordable hotels go this has to be up with the best. Special shout out to Ayisha (our bar attendant at the pool), Mohammed (server in the bar who kept the drinks coming and taught me a little Arabic)!

La chambre : pas de lit de fait pour notre fille on a dû réclamer deux fois à la réception. Une fois le lit préparer des draps déchirés et des traces suspectes. Des insectes dans la chambre notamment un gros cafard que l’on a dû écraser à deux reprises. Enfin des rideaux avec des traces également

Triste séjour au Kenzi agdal. Dommage que les gens ne sont pas transparents dans leur avis. Je vais commencer par le positif: Les animateurs du kids club et animateurs adulte sont motivés et souriants. Ils mettent de l'ambiance même s'il n'y a pas full d'activités en journée. Le personnel de l'acceuil (reception, portier,agent de securité,etc) est serviable. L'hôtel semble bien sécurisé et la nuit des gardiens rodent dans le complexe. Le complexe est grand. Il y a tous ce qui faut pour peits et grands...plusieurs piscines, animations jour et soir, assez de transat, plusieurs bars, taxis dispo à l'entrée. Pour les négatifs: Le pire a été le service au restaurant buffet. Le buffet (que j'appelais cantine) n'est pas digne d'un 5 etoiles. Les propositions de plat sont répétitifs, midi, comme soir. Les serveurs et serveuses ne sont pas du tout professionnels. Le service à table est inexistant sauf si vous donnez des pourboires. Certains parlent mals aux clients. Ils ignorent les demandes ou tardent à y repondre. Il y a un grand problème à trouver une table propre et faite, des couverts ou verres propres, sauf si vous arrivez à l'ouverture. J'ai vu des cafards se balader... Le service de nettoyage laisse à desirer. Il a fallu quotidiennement reclamer soit la bouteille d'eau manquante dans le frigo, soit le changement de litterie, soit verres propres, soit des essuis propres. Le sol est resté sale toute la semaine. Ce fût lassant et ça a gâché notre enthousiasme.

Un excellent sejour dans un hotel de standing. On a été tres bien accueilli meme si notre vol arrivait tôt. L'établissement est sécurisé et sécurisant. On ne s'ennuie pas. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Les piscines sont grandes. Les jardins sont luxuriants. Les buffets sont bien et variés. Le chambre etait spacieuse propre et lumineuse. La literie etait confortables. MERCI

Everything was good, but I think more lamps are needed in the corridors. There were cockroaches in the hotel

Don’t look too close and you’ll believe this is a 4/5 star hotel. If you have never stayed in a 4/5 star hotel you might also believe this is one. We booked in the “privileged” area with a private pool for that building. Our first room was dirty, my wife took pictures and showed the front desk. On the plus side the front desk was really nice and upgraded us to a suite. The suite was also dirty. The craftsmanship was half-assed like the kind of thing you’d find in a Motel. Corners in the bathroom filled with spider webs, no toilet paper holder just the holes in the wall to show where one was, a patched hole on the side of the bathtub. There was an extra blanket in the closet that smelled like somebody’s B.O, clearly was not washed. The bed was hard as a rock. Plus side - the suite is very big and the a/c worked great. It has 1.5 bathrooms, but the 1/2 bath seemed like they didn’t expect you to use it as it wasn’t stocked with soap or towels. The private pool looked nice until I saw all the mold under the lip of the edge and all the broken tiles at the bottom. Food was decent, lots of choices, just don’t arrive at breakfast right when they open or you’ll miss the omelets and pancakes, they show up ehh whenever, typically about 1/2 hr after they open. No top shelf alcohol, but we weren’t really there to drink. Plus side, they don’t mind if you grab waters and food for your day trips. Oh and get used to stray cats, nice ones but walking around the restaurant just feels gross!

well it is more like a motel. you need to walk 5 minutes to your rooms . second they have 3 restaurants but you really only 1 available every day. that is the buffet the others need to be reserved 24h in advance. no same day booking worst part when you do get your reservation the restaurant is half empty and you cannot help to wonder why you need to book 24 h in advance if they are not full anyway 2 days in a row we had to kill giant cockroaches never seen that in any 4 stars hotel i have been to. no room service..........none whatsoever ......never seen that in a 4 star hotel either

Had an amazing time in Marrakesh. Kenzi hotel is nice, with lovely staff, always happy and ready to help with anything. The animation staff were amazing. The downfall was the quality of food, however their is a variety of food, so you can find something to eat. Rooms are nice and clean. Overall a pleasant stay.

Overall the property was very pleasant. Food was plentiful and varied but was not hot enough at times. Alcoholic drinks were a disappointment as spirits were watered down, wine was of low quality, beer was fine. Lovely courteous staff. Pleasantly surprised with quality of rooms which were always cleaned to a good standard. All in all a really nice hotel which was let down by the quality of drinks on offer.

Our 2nd stay at the kenzi club for some pre Christmas sun. Exceptional value for money. The hotel & grounds are beautiful & kept so clean & tidy. We had a suite & it was amazing. Can not fault any member of staff. They are so friendly and can’t do enough to help. Many of whom remembered us from last year. Would like to especially thank younes, yousef (waiter outdoors lunchtime ), yousef (waiter indoors dinner ) and Mohammed ( waiter in the bar on a night time ) They are a credit to the hotel & made our holiday extra special

This is a far cry from a 5* hotel - ants in the rooms (which also smell of drains), terrible food/drink and threadbare towels. If you are a couple, don’t book here.. hundreds of children, very loud entertainment and not relaxing at all. It’s cheap, but spend the extra £200 and stay elsewhere!

Nous allons au Kenzi Agdal Médina régulièrement depuis 2013. Nous n’avons jamais été déçues. C’est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons au Riad la roseraie, c’est un vrai bonheur, calme, tranquillité, piscine fraîche et un service très aimable à la piscine. La chambre est spacieuse et la salle de bain avec douche à l’italienne est très bien. Au niveau de la restauration, plats variés, frais et excellent.

We've stayed at this hotel a couple of times before and had good experiences, but unfortunately this time was a downgrade in many aspects. We were given one of the smaller family rooms for four people, and honestly, it should not be offered for that number of guests. It felt cramped and uncomfortable for a family of four. The buffet area was constantly lacking basic items like plates, cups, and glasses. At breakfast, it could take up to 15 minutes just to get a coffee cup. Some guests had to use soup bowls for coffee or glasses for juice, which really shouldn't happen at a hotel of this standard. They even ran out of ice cream while children were queuing. At the bar, I asked for Moroccan tea, but was told they couldn't make it due to how long it would take – even though I had already waited 25 minutes just to place an order. Towels were never available at 11.30 you have to go and pick up in morning. Problème de Wifi

The room looked clean, but smelled like sewage. If we were staying longer or had arrived earlier in the day, we would’ve asked for a different room. They sent a maintenance guy to try to fix the problem, but it didn’t improve. Since we were on the first floor, we couldn’t open a window because the only window was a full sliding glass door and it’s not safe to basically sleep with your door open. So we just stuck it out. Food was good, staff was friendly. Close to airport.

The resort was excellent, staff couldn’t be more accommodating. I was worried initially as we saw some mixed reviews online, but our experience was brilliant. On arrival, the receptionist checked us in 3 hours early and gave clear directions as to where to sit while waiting for a buggy ride to our riad. We decided to walk as I just wanted to be in a dark room after going through the airport, and a member of staff came after us and insisted on giving us a ride to the riad. He helped us in with our cases and gave us a tour of the room, with instructions on how to call reception, use the safe and showed us where to find our private bar, get towels and access staff if we needed help. Our room was spacious, with a sliding door veranda onto a private patio with two chairs and a washing line to dry our clothes. There were plugs at each bedside, and a super king bed with the sheets changed daily. There was a mini-fridge (although empty, we got a bottle of water and Coke Zero at each meal time to keep in the fridge). The air conditioning worked from our arrival, and the room was consistently cool - a saving grace in the 40 degree heat. The bathroom was clean with toilet roll and clean towels regularly restocked. There was a rain shower with excellent pressure. Pools and amenities were excellent.

Stayed 3 nights. Poor welcome with little info other than card. Waited 20 mins for concierge to take us & luggage to room by cart. First night restaurant food horrible. Thereafter breakfasts only which were pleasant. Bedroom was nice, clean, modern but poor small balcony over looking waste ground and trees growing. Noise of barking dogs and wakened by jet engines from airport nearby. No rooms appear to have any significant views. The grounds and pool are nice. The all inclusive is not great. Poor wifi with only reception area proving satisfactory. In door pool and hamman is nice but you pay extra. We were let down both by staff attitude and noise from on going renovations in restaurant, bar and work on bedrooms. I complained to management in writing and on checkout. No reply which sums up service. On viewing and booking this hotel had potential but was a real disappointment to the extent I have for first time in years sought part refund from Expedia. The service did not reflect what we paid. Also be aware you are a distance from city centre and although free shuttle times are limited and not overly practical so factor 50-60 dirhams for local taxi one way. We asked to upgrade to a bigger room because our 11 son joined us , but the representative lied to us and said there was no other room available. Moreover he charged us extra $330 for the same room cause we had no option :(

We have traveled to many countries over the last 15 years and stayed in over 100 different hotels but never met staff as friendly as here. Everyone that we met was extremely accommodating and did everything that they could to make our stay pleasant.

My fith time here - love it - great city break. This time we came for a friend’s special birthday, all three friends that had never been, loved it too! The staff are so helpfu/lovely, food good (& im a fussy eater), love the aqua and lots of things you ‘can’ do if you like. Heated pool for the cooler months is wonddrful. There’s a shuttle bus to/back from the medina but cabs to the center are reasonable (with a bit of haggling :-)). Can’t wait to go back!

Spend your money elsewhere. This is not a 5-star property by any stretch of the imagination. We had to change rooms 3 times due to A/C not working as well as a cockroach situation. Property is run down. Protocols for running the place seem completely absent. We spent a week eating all meals in their restaurant without working A/C at 40c temperatures. Their shuttle to the Medina was run down and had no A/C. Routinely ran out of food during meals. Long lines to wait for it to be made. Never enough glasses or spoons. Kids using their fingers to grab buffet food without being addressed by the property. Pools have major deferred maintenance. Pool bar was dirty with bees all around the sweet mixers and dead flies in the Sangria on the countertop. Spoke to GM requesting a refund. He promised to get back to me after speaking to his boss, and of course that never happened, which pretty much sums up the approach to customer concerns at this property. He tried to gaslight me by claiming that all-inclusive clubs are not hotels. Wow! Needless to say, I have extensive experience with all-inclusives and this one is in trouble. My sister and her family also stayed and their bathroom flooded the first night, they were never able to get housekeeping to leave towels for everyone in their party, their door malfunctioned twice where it wouldn’t lock and each time they had to wait for hours for maintenance to show up. Working with hotels.com to address this as I find it completely unacceptable.

Excellent, people working there made it amazing. We were advised that we would get a bottle of wine as VIP, I told reception that we were non drinkers but we did not receive an alternative. No problem. We were given excellent rooms with access to a private pool, wonderful. Reception staff seemed a bit overwhelmed due to full bookings.Already looking to book for next year

It was very busy. The staff always seemed busy and didn't seem very customer focused. Seemed to be quite an effort to get a table for food time which shouldn't be seeing as they should be used to the volume of people and it offers an all-inclusive service. The kids entertainment was nice. Overall, a just above par customer service experience.

Great location, service of all staff was brilliant, perfect for families. Will definitely be re-booking this hotel again.

Staff are amazing, plenty of things to keep you entertained around the place. Lots of food of different types to suit many tastes. Not much too see in walking distance but free shuttle into town daily.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, on y mange très bien - mini club avec animateurs compétents. Très bonne literie. Navette vers centre ville gratuite. Petits bemols : zone autour de l’hôtel, salle de bain un peu vieillotte, restaurant bruyant. Sinon cela fait 2 fois que nous y allons et recommandons ss soucis

I was with a group of 6 friends on golf trip. Great location for about 7 courses within 10 to 20 min taxi. Also close to airport and Marrakesh centre. Hotel is huge with nice grounds. Padel and tennis courts are good fun. Pool areas are a bit worn and dated. Rooms are ok, bit dated. I’d say more like a 3 to 4 start in other European places. Staff were really nice and accommodated later check out. Buffet food was average but worked well for my group, with all inclusive food and drinks. All in all nice stay but not a 5 star.

Côté restaurant, nous avons été surpris : la tanjia, plat emblématique marocain, a été servie dans une jarre, mais on sentait qu’elle n’avait pas cuit dedans, ce qui enlève tout son intérêt et son authenticité. Côté ambiance, la présence de personnes fumant dans la piscine, alors qu’il y avait des enfants autour, est vraiment inappropriée et gâche l’expérience. Concernant les animaux, cela peut sembler attractif pour les enfants au premier abord. Mais en observant de plus près, on voit des conditions discutables : animaux entassés, moutons sans eau, et un bélier attaché. Cela laisse une impression dérangeante. La localisation de l’hôtel est également à noter : il est assez isolé. Même si une navette est proposée, il faut penser à la réserver la veille, ce qui peut être contraignant si l’on souhaite un minimum de flexibilité. Points positifs malgré tout : le personnel est très agréable, souriant et attentif. C’est vraiment l’un des aspects les plus appréciables de notre séjour. Enfin, côté cuisine, nous aurions aimé retrouver davantage de spécialités marocaines, d’autant plus que nous sommes dans un pays riche en saveurs. Cela manque d’authenticité.

Positives: Spacious grounds. Lots of greenery and choice of pools. Activities for adults and children. Cleanliness. Staff. Plenty of places to relax. Quality of food. Negatives: Children's pool unheated. Repetitive food choices. Night-time entertainment was only children's disco and dance. More comfortable seating needed by snack bar near pool. Lack of nearby amenities. Everything a taxi ride away. TV picture.

My fith time here - love it - great city break. This time we came for a friend’s special birthday, all three friends that had never been, loved it too! The staff are so helpfu/lovely, food good (& im a fussy eater), love the aqua and lots of things you ‘can’ do if you like. Heated pool for the cooler months is wonddrful. There’s a shuttle bus to/back from the medina but cabs to the center are reasonable (with a bit of haggling :-)). Can’t wait to go back!

The room looked clean, but smelled like sewage. If we were staying longer or had arrived earlier in the day, we would’ve asked for a different room. They sent a maintenance guy to try to fix the problem, but it didn’t improve. Since we were on the first floor, we couldn’t open a window because the only window was a full sliding glass door and it’s not safe to basically sleep with your door open. So we just stuck it out. Food was good, staff was friendly. Close to airport.

Stayed 3 nights. Poor welcome with little info other than card. Waited 20 mins for concierge to take us & luggage to room by cart. First night restaurant food horrible. Thereafter breakfasts only which were pleasant. Bedroom was nice, clean, modern but poor small balcony over looking waste ground and trees growing. Noise of barking dogs and wakened by jet engines from airport nearby. No rooms appear to have any significant views. The grounds and pool are nice. The all inclusive is not great. Poor wifi with only reception area proving satisfactory. In door pool and hamman is nice but you pay extra. We were let down both by staff attitude and noise from on going renovations in restaurant, bar and work on bedrooms. I complained to management in writing and on checkout. No reply which sums up service. On viewing and booking this hotel had potential but was a real disappointment to the extent I have for first time in years sought part refund from Expedia. The service did not reflect what we paid. Also be aware you are a distance from city centre and although free shuttle times are limited and not overly practical so factor 50-60 dirhams for local taxi one way. Very friendly animation team who did an amazing job trying to get everybody to join. They speak primarily French but do know a bit English. Nice restaurent with different themes every nice - the pizzas are extraordinary good! Nice pools with staff always willing to help finding an umbrella and sunbeds when people have put on their towels for many hours.

Me gusto pero para ser um hotel 5 estrellas la comida era siempre igual… para mi poca variedad para um hotel 5 estrellas. Las pizzas tengo de decir que eran buenissimas! Um especial agradecimiento a las senhoras de la rececion que apesar de todo los incovenientes arreglaron siempre solucion e fueron las mejores de toda la estância. Triste séjour au Kenzi agdal. Dommage que les gens ne sont pas transparents dans leur avis. Je vais commencer par le positif: Les animateurs du kids club et animateurs adulte sont motivés et souriants. Ils mettent de l'ambiance même s'il n'y a pas full d'activités en journée. Le personnel de l'acceuil (reception, portier,agent de securité,etc) est serviable. L'hôtel semble bien sécurisé et la nuit des gardiens rodent dans le complexe. Le complexe est grand. Il y a tous ce qui faut pour peits et grands...plusieurs piscines, animations jour et soir, assez de transat, plusieurs bars, taxis dispo à l'entrée. Pour les négatifs: Le pire a été le service au restaurant buffet. Le buffet (que j'appelais cantine) n'est pas digne d'un 5 etoiles. Les propositions de plat sont répétitifs, midi, comme soir. Les serveurs et serveuses ne sont pas du tout professionnels. Le service à table est inexistant sauf si vous donnez des pourboires. Certains parlent mals aux clients. Ils ignorent les demandes ou tardent à y repondre. Il y a un grand problème à trouver une table propre et faite, des couverts ou verres propres, sauf si vous arrivez à l'ouverture. J'ai vu des cafards se balader... Le service de nettoyage laisse à desirer. Il a fallu quotidiennement reclamer soit la bouteille d'eau manquante dans le frigo, soit le changement de litterie, soit verres propres, soit des essuis propres. Le sol est resté sale toute la semaine. Ce fût lassant et ça a gâché notre enthousiasme.

This is a great hotel with good facilities. Pros: Staff are very friendly and will do anything g to help. Good selection of activities every day from the animation team. Rooms well maintained and nice with daily cleaning. Amazing spa with great staff and massages Good gym (though air con could do with an upgrade) Shuttle into Marrakech - only 10 mins & free Cons: Main buffet restaurant chaotic. Always running out of food, cups, cutlery, glasses. Huge queues for non-Moroccan food and not a great choice. Very little meat. Breakfast choice been better in other hotels. Staff work very hard but are very understaffed so even drinks are self service (only soft drinks, wine & beer in restaurant). Cocktail bar near pool full of wasps, impossible to enjoy a quiet drink No air conditioning in spa rooms which was unfortunate and felt sorry for staff Not a great selection of drinks - cocktails mostly pre-made, no smoothies No ice cream throughout day except tub in main restaurant (big queue - two flavours!) Food not labelled for allergies at all Snack open at 3.30pm with good selection of pastries Would be good for mini fridge to contain some of the inclusive drinks Definitely stayed in better 5 star hotels and would say it’s a 4 star however we did pay less than we would for the more luxurious hotels so felt we got good value for money and would definitely return

We've stayed at this hotel a couple of times before and had good experiences, but unfortunately this time was a downgrade in many aspects. We were given one of the smaller family rooms for four people, and honestly, it should not be offered for that number of guests. It felt cramped and uncomfortable for a family of four. The buffet area was constantly lacking basic items like plates, cups, and glasses. At breakfast, it could take up to 15 minutes just to get a coffee cup. Some guests had to use soup bowls for coffee or glasses for juice, which really shouldn't happen at a hotel of this standard. They even ran out of ice cream while children were queuing. At the bar, I asked for Moroccan tea, but was told they couldn't make it due to how long it would take – even though I had already waited 25 minutes just to place an order. Towels were never available at 11.30 you have to go and pick up in morning. Notre experience n'a pas ete tres positive et je pense que c'etait du a la haute saison. Nous avons sejourne en aout, l'hotel etait plein a craquer. Les repas etaient chaotiques, il etait tres difficile de trouver une table prete a nous acceuillir, le staff parraissait complement depasse a tous les niveaux, ils courraient dans tous les sens dans l'espace restauration pour ramener des assiettes. Dans la salle repas, nous avons attendu plusieurs plus de 10min pour avoir une cuilerre, une bouteille d'eau ou autre... Niveau hygiene, j'etais tres surprise de voir la femme de menage installer sa poubelle entre 2 stations de cuissons et levait sa pelle en l'air pour la nettoyer, les frites d'un cote et les pates de l'autre qui cuisent... Autour des piscines il etaient difficile de trouver des chaises longues a l'endroit souhaiter, les clients les prennaient d'assault des le matin. Les toboggans ne ressemblent pas du tout aux photos ! Ils etaient fermes a 17h au grand desespoir de mon fils, les piscines a 19h... La clim avait un prb avec 36 degres la nuit, il a fallu 1 nuit de galere et 3 appels pour etre enfin changer de chambres. Le lit bebe n'est jamais arriver ce soir la malgre la bonne volonte du personnel au niveau de la reception (excellent personnel je dois dire). Nous ne retournerons pas la bas, je pense que l'hotel n'a pas su accueillir ses guests dans de bonnes conditions cet ete, il aurait fallu, a minima, embaucher du personnel en plus pour faire face a la demande.

well it is more like a motel. you need to walk 5 minutes to your rooms . second they have 3 restaurants but you really only 1 available every day. that is the buffet the others need to be reserved 24h in advance. no same day booking worst part when you do get your reservation the restaurant is half empty and you cannot help to wonder why you need to book 24 h in advance if they are not full anyway 2 days in a row we had to kill giant cockroaches never seen that in any 4 stars hotel i have been to. no room service..........none whatsoever ......never seen that in a 4 star hotel either

Overall the property was very pleasant. Food was plentiful and varied but was not hot enough at times. Alcoholic drinks were a disappointment as spirits were watered down, wine was of low quality, beer was fine. Lovely courteous staff. Pleasantly surprised with quality of rooms which were always cleaned to a good standard. All in all a really nice hotel which was let down by the quality of drinks on offer.
