Vi blev uppgraderade till en stor svit med terass. Jättefin. Hotellet har 2 restuaranger,spa och inhängnad parkering för tre 3€ per dygn. God mat och frukost,man kan även blanda sig en Bloody Mary eller ta en Cava. Mycket trevlig personal. Vi har bott här många ggr och återkommer alltid. Bästa hotellet i Denia. Mycket prisvärt.

Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful with recommendations of places to visit. The room was clean, with a big bathroom and powerful hot shower. Patio was a good size. Beds were comfy. The room was an apartment room so also had a living a kitchen area (however nothing in the kitchen cupboards, no plates etc). I would stay in the hotel again however I would not use the spa. Its not value for money. We paid for the €22 pp 90 minute session but there was only a small indoor pool, sauna and steamroom that was worth using. Surprised there was no jazuzzi. Ladies bathroom had lots of cobwebs in the cubicle corner which let down the cleanliness standard. Especially in a spa environment.

Perfect apartment for our family of 5. Rooms cleaned and sheets changed daily. Air con and fridge in main room. Large balcony overlooking the pool. We opted for the bed and breakfast rate. The buffet food was superb. A huge selection of fresh fruits, pastries, meats, cheeses, bacon, sausages etc. Coffees, teas and fruit juices for the kids. The pool was clean, not too busy and there was plenty of space surrounding it with sun beds. We will definitely be going again.

Servicio muy amable, muy buen desayuno, a pesar de que había mucha gente. La piscina muy bien y sin ningún problema para tener hamacas. Las camas muy cómodas y la habitación muy amplia. Por poner algún pero, quizá se podría actualizar el baño, con un lavabo más grande y un poco más de encimera. Pero es un mal menor, ya que cumple su función a la perfección, con espacio suficiente y una amplia ducha. Una gran estancia, para repetir.

Es un hotel con personal muy amable, tanto recepción, personal de limpieza y servicio de restauración. Las habitaciones están bien, colchón cómodo, la limpieza podría mejorarse, hay zonas como los sofás donde hay polvo. El hotel esta bien, pero hay ciertas humedades que deberían mirar. Nos hicieron un upgrade y estuvimos muy a gusto en la habitación, pero se nota que es un hotel de verano y en invierno no está tan cuidado (o eso suponemos por estar con personal reducido). Volvería, sin dudarlo por la relación calidad precio, si mejoran en las humedades y limpieza un hotel muy completo. No podemos decir nada sobre el spa dado que no pudimos ir. Comida del restaurante bien y desayuno, bueno con variedad incluso con leche sin lactosa y gluten free.

It is basically a good hotel and the staff are very helpful. Quiet and relaxing too but handy for town centre if you want something lively. We had a couple of issues with cleaning but they were dealt with promptly. We didn't tell reception (kept forgetting) but our balcony was not cleaned, as far as we could see, at any time during our stay. It needed to be. Slightly surprised too (this being Spain) that there was no bidet. Bar staff, notably Miguel and Max, excellent, and breakfasts brilliant - thanks to Gloria for that. Great beach a few minutes' walk away and it only takes about 15 minutes to walk into the bustling, lively centre. Not hotel's fault, but trying to reserve a taxi is very difficult.

Wir haben neun Übernachtungen in einem Familienzimmer gebucht und wurden mit einem Zimmer im Penthouse Format (im 4. Stock mit sehr großer Terrasse) überrascht. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und engagiert und wir durften am Checkout Tag nach dem Strandbesuch im Spa duschen. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat allen sehr gut gefallen und das Menü im Restaurant war klasse. Zwar ist das Hotel schon ein paar Jahre alt, aber das hat nicht gestört, auch weil alles sehr sauber war. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen wiederzukommen.

Al reservar seleccionamos la habitación con vistas al jardín pagando un precio más alto por dichas características. Al llegar al hotel nos asignaron una habitación con vistas a un balcón sucio y despintado en la 4ta planta, si te asomabas hacia abajo se veía el jardín, pero en la página desde la ventana se veía el jardín por eso la seleccionamos. Le informamos al hotel y nos dijeron que revisaron la Pg de expedía y que a su parecer si cumplía las características de la habitación reservada. Así mismo, parte del mobiliario no estaba en buenas condiciones: lavabo con moho, terraza y mesa d ELA terraza Totalmente en desacuerdo

Fue una estancia agradable. La habitación más grande de lo que me esperaba. En realidad fue como un departamento entero. El único problema fue en la ducha. Las puertas no cerraban bien. El buffet de desayuno muy bueno con bastante opción de comida. Recomiendo pagar el suplemento por el desayuno.

Nice hotel. Comfortable bedrooms although not clear why they provide a kitchen but no pots and pans or cutlery - not helpful. Buffet breakfast is enormous and lovely quality. The only other strange thing is the clientele - most of whom were on crutches. We understand that the local hospital does a lot of elective hips and knees across the EU and the hotel provides recuperation and physio. It does give the place a rather strange feel for ordinary tourists.

It was a small sea view. We had a corner room 223 building opposite I asked to go higher and was refused by receptionist saying that’s all they had.the shutters were manual which we had no knowledge prior to entering . Shower so small and square I had to stand outside put soap on then step into shower with door open. I was not moved after explaining this. I was disappointed in a four star hotel I expected more. I felt 3 star was more appropriate. It was away from town and taxi in and out as my husband is unable to walk far.

Ok hotell for noen netter, men vllle ikke bodd her for lenger tid. Dårlig ventilasjon/aircondition. Hele hotellet hadde innestengt luft og det ble svært varmt om natta. Imidlertid store rom og fine balkonger. Vi erfarte upersonlig/lite vennlig betjening i resepsjon og restaurant. Frokosten hadde godt utvalg, men noe kaotisk etter kl.9 om morgenen.Mest kaos lagde personalet selv, med å løpe mellom bordene, dytte trillevogner hardt og raskt, rope til hverandre osv. Noe stressende for et voksent par som vil ha en rolig og god frokost.. Beliggenhet til hotellet er grei, med 5 min til strand og 10 min spasertur til sentrum. Rolig rundt, og et supermarked og et par restauranter like ved. Fint basseng, men litt mindre enn bildene på Hotels.com viser. Fin hage, godt med skygge og sitteplasser. Det er enkelt å parkere gratis i gaten utenfor hotellet.
