Nice hotel very close to the beach ( which has a beach bar) Also close to the marina jetty which has 2 eateries on a good prices ( with happy hour on cocktails (6-8pm) We were on bead and breakfast so cannot comment on lunch/ evening meal but breakfast (buffet style) was really good with tons of choice The outdoor pool area is very nice with lots of loungers Also has an indoor pool and a children’s play area with lots of things for kids to use The evening entertainment is more for older people eg line dancing music when we were there Overall really good value for the money We had a car and found free parking very near the hotel but hotel does have parking but you have to pay ask for a sea/ pool view

I have stayed at this hotel three times in as many years. It is very convenient and has a fairly secure place to park my car. The breakfast is good. I have not had other meals there. The pool looks inviting but I have been a bit too busy to use it. I would definitely use this hotel again - especially when touring in my own car.

Hotel is clean, food is fantastic, drinks of a decent quality. Staff are friendly and helpful. My only criticism would be the evening entertainment. Most of the external entertainers that came in were quite poor. Could also do with some more toilets around the pool area. However, we really enjoyed our stay!

Great hotel in a superb location. Easy walk into Denia. Breakfast was outstanding and the quality of the food was excellent. The staff were helpful and easy going. The room was spotless. Easy parking all around the hotel. My only complaint was about the gym. Previous users had left equipment lying all over the floor. The machines weren't clean and there were mo facilities to clean the machines prior or after use. Also required - a notice to warn users of the risk of exercise (a disclaimer) and to tidy up the equipment they had used. But then most guests don't use the gym!

We hadden ons erg verheugd op deze reis, speciaal een kamer met zeezicht geboekt. Nadat we de sleutel had gekregen, enthousiast naar boven gingen en de deur opendeden bleek dat we uitzicht hadden op het parkeerterrein. Geen zee te bekennen. Wij terug naar de receptie en hotel was volgeboekt en geen enkele kamer met (gedeeltelijk) zeezicht of balkon verkrijgbaar. Terug naar de kamer, dan maar onder de douche. Wc was vies, op de handdoek zaten haren van vorige gasten. Niet heel fris. Maar de tv werkte en verschillende Spaanse en Engelse zenders. Entertainment was er ook, met iemand die redelijk kon zingen. Zwembad zag er leuk uit, vol met kinderen die de tijd van hun leven hadden. Ontbijtzaal erg groot, maar was goed georganiseerd. Speciale plaats voor mensen met een verminderde mobiliteit.

Could have done with another pillow and didn’t realise that more were available if we asked. Didn’t really fancy the dinner on offer so went out for dinner. Breakfast was amazing though and plentiful with a great selection of hot food pastries fruit cereal and yogurt. The barman was a little abrupt and rude and all was doing was trying to pay for a coffee. Other than that had a very pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel, warm welcome at reception, checked in quite quickly, large room nice & clean good view of the sea, staff mainly very good, bar staff very entertaining but need to concentrate on what people order & cut down on tricks, restaurant very good one one of the best hotel buffet's we've visited, good choice & the food was warm, overall a lovely stay, be it only for 2 nights, will try to come back for a longer stay.

Was a bit worried reading some of the reviews, but our room was spotlessly clean. The staff were all pleasant & polite. The food was amazing, so much choice. The only negative I would agree is the walls seem a bit thin, and if you get someone inconsiderate next door, with their tv on loud or talking loudly at night, it will disturb you. Poolside view gives you a sea view, we were top floor no 7 the view was amazing.

The reason for my low review is that the room was so hot that we couldn’t sleep. Tried to call reception- no answer. Went to reception directly, they then sent a mechanic only to tell us that the temperature is central and cannot be changed. Had to open the balcony door and put up with noise from outside. Entry to breakfast took 15 minutes waiting to be shown to a table. No other hotel does that at breakfast time and it unnecessarily prolongs the wait.

Amazing experience, great facilities, fridge but no coffee making facilities in room, nice location near the port. Friendly staff and nice view from 8th floor overlooking the pool. Nice breakfast selection of continental and cooked. Nice pastries.

The Hotel has excellent facilities attentive and friendly staff ,with a high level of cleanliness. The food was excellent and plenty of choices. The Restaurant was extremely busy making it quite noisy at times with staff clearing tables. I did not like the fact that only bottled water was available in the evening. It seems wasteful and expensive way of drinking water. The Hotel is also undergoing repairs to balconies and the Hotel certainly needs updating in certain areas. Overall though, very positive experience

Clean . great location. lovely not expensive place. I really loved it. But people in the front desk very not friendly. If you ask them for anything , they never do anything about it. Sorry to say it, but they just LYING that they will help you, but they never do. They should take classes on how to be more polite and attentive to the costumers. But i liked hotel very much.

Last year, the hotel reception was indifferent and unhelpful. I noticed a major improvement this year. The reception staff were courteous and helpful. This made a big difference.

Very friendly approach by the staff in the reception. We were very grateful for secure parking within the locked area. The room was very good and the with a comfortable bed. Many good dishes to choose from the buffet.

On the flat for taking a stroll up the coast or past the marina to the centre of town (15 min). Pool area very sunny for most of the day. 10 min walk to tram station for days out to Calpe or Benidorm (cheap). Noisy resturant.

One of the few times a hotel is better than expectations. The reviews were good before we arrived so expecting a good experience but literally could fault the hotel. Staff are friendly, pool clean, bedrooms clean breakfast was nice.. just all round a good hotel. Only down side, and it’s not a hotel issue, is it’s a walking distance to main Denia, around 0.5-1 mile walk.. fine on way out but a bit more messy after some cocktails and tapas. We would stay again, more of a quiet hotel but fine.

The restaurant was way to noisy for a comfort level for a dinner( eat out ) the food was like 3 of 5 .. felt more then a factory for people to eat then a restaurant for a family dinner. We just spent one night there and we says that we would NOT came back for stay there and pay for the food. I think I would be ok to sleep there and eat out.

Rent værelse, p-pladser optaget men kunne holde i sidegader derfra. Morgenmad med ok udvalg men lav kvalitet brød. Frokost var højdepunktet af alle måltider, aftensmad uden smag. Alt i alt vurderes maden som stor-kantine mad. En masse støj i spisesalen også dette forekom som stor-kantine. Pool-område ganske fint til børn. Elevatorers godkendelse udløbet september 2024 (nu har vi april 2025). Musik og larm fra underholdning og hosliggende værelser høres på 4. Sal sen aften. Vi kommer desværre ikke igen.

Second time here hotel spotlessly clean lovely staff easy walking to town. Comfy beds.Went half board This time food not very nice and not very hot although they had microwaves. The morning coffee machine is awful so sweet it tastes like a mixture of coffee chocolate with condensed milk. Would go back but just room only
