Das Personal ist zuvorkommend. Die Sauberkeit ist beanstandungsfrei und die Lage sehr gut. Parken kostet im Parkhaus neben nur 8 €/24 Std und msn bekommt für die Dauer des Aufenthaltes ein gratis ÖPNV Ticket!!!

Das Hotel liegt am Bahnhof, ist gut isoliert und hat auf der Rückseite ein Parkhaus. Dies kostet mit Hotelrabatt 8€ für 24 Std. Für die Zeit des Aufenthaltes bekommt man einen Fahrschein für den Öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Direkt vor dem Hotel fahren Busse und Straßenbahnen und beginnen die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Allerdings kann man Vieles zu Fuss erreichen. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß, aber zweckmäßig. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl, allerdings sind es ( Salami, Fleischsalat) teilweise Produkte von geringer Qualität ( sehr fettig). Das Personal ist höflich und effizient. Beim Verzicht auf die Zimmerreinigung gibt es gratis Erfrischungsgetränke. Im Zimmer gibt es zur allgemeinen Info ein Tablet mit WLAN. Für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt sehr gut geeignet.

Budget-Hotel direkt am Bahnhof. Praktisch, wenn man mit dem Zug anreist und kurze Wege haben will. Zum zentralen Königsplatz 10min zu Fuß. Zimmer-Fenster mit guter Schall-Isolierung. Konnten gut schlafen. Im ersten Zimmer hatte die Toilette gerochen, der Bitte um Zimmertausch wurde aber gleich entsprochen, zweites Zimmer Richtung Patrizia war dann einwandfrei und sauber. Im Eingangsbereich einfache Rezeption und nur kleiner Aufenthaltsbereich, keine Bar. Benachbartes Fittness-Studio kann mitbenutzt werden, wenn man demn Zeit dafür hat. Sauna auch dabei.

Positives: Staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations of what to do and where to eat. Clean rooms. Great location next to the DB train station. Room was very quiet, I couldn’t hear anything from outside. Negative: just a few, no air conditioning but I knew that when booking the room, however it would be very nice to have a small fan in the room to help circulate air and cool it down. shower door caulking needed to be replaced as the water would leak between the door and adjacent glass wall then got on the floor. Other than those two very minor things it was a great stay. I’d recommend if you’re either a solo or traveling with your wife or girlfriend.

Sehr kleines Zimmer, ungemütliches Bett, sehr kleines Bad, Schimmel in der Duschkabine, starke Ablagerungen in der Toilette, schmuziger Teppich. Immerhin war es ruhig und durch die Bahnhofslage sind sehr gute ÖPNV-Anbindungen vorhanden.

We had specifically booked a room with a double bed, but upon arrival, we were assigned a room with two single beds. When we raised the issue with the front desk, the staff showed no willingness to assist or offer any alternative, simply stating that no double rooms were available. However, when we contacted Hotels, and they reached out to the hotel on our behalf, a double room suddenly became available. This lack of transparency and cooperation from the hotel staff was extremely disappointing. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was below expectations, and there was a noticeable unpleasant odor both in the common areas and in the room itself. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect the standards we expected, and we would not recommend this property based on our stay.

The big problem for me was the wifi. It's so slow and flaky that it's practically useless. Even something that's as simple as booking a hotel room for your next night's stay is a tedious and nerve-wracking experience. Other issues were that the in-room safe in my room was locked shut. My room was noisy in the evenings but the noise wasn't coming from the street: maybe the next-door building. No kettle or coffee maker. The breakfast is OK but I'm not convinced it's worth the $10 per night I paid. Good things were that it is very convenient for the railway station. There was a fan in my room that was very helpful. There's good security for left luggage with paper tags.

This hotel was saved from a poor review by the attitude and helpfulness of the staff. Special mention for Sim who was not just efficient but good humoured and charming. Although the chief issue of fellow guest noise was dealt with smoothly and speedily, the quality of fittings in both rooms we used was sub-optimal (broken door handles, faulty safe, broken heating control, windows would only open fully on the top floor (hugely dangerous given the number of small and loose children staying) The hotel cannot be blamed for the conduct of other guests nor the lack of parental control, but the minor attention to repairing broken door furniture would go a long way. For those planning to stay, its clean, friendly, handy for the station and the staff are excellent; bring earplugs as the walls are VERY thin and prepare for a pretty small room, even at superior level.

Friendly staff, reception looks amazing but the rooms were very dated but clean. Worth noting that booking a double room may only give you a twin, hotel say this is the re-sellers issue! A good breakfast selection and nice views from the restaurants.

The room was ok. Bathroom was a little small, but manageable. They had the absolute worst pillows I have ever experienced in a hotel. Jusy awful. Also, the room was very warm due to no air conditioning and the sun just beating on the windows all day. Perhaps some type of UV tint on the glass may help if they don't want to have A/C?

Defektes Waschbecken mit einem grossen Sprung und undichter Siphon, mussten Abfalleimer darunter stellen, weil Wasser ausgelaufen ist, wann immer das Waschbecken genutzt wurde. Trotz Bitte an der Reception, einen Eimer für die 2. Nacht darunter zu stellen, wurde nichts gemacht. Tresor war bei Ankunft geschlossen und konnte auch nicht genutzt werden.

We had specifically booked a room with a double bed, but upon arrival, we were assigned a room with two single beds. When we raised the issue with the front desk, the staff showed no willingness to assist or offer any alternative, simply stating that no double rooms were available. However, when we contacted Hotels, and they reached out to the hotel on our behalf, a double room suddenly became available. This lack of transparency and cooperation from the hotel staff was extremely disappointing. Other than those two very minor things it was a great stay. I’d recommend if you’re either a solo or traveling with your wife or girlfriend.

The big problem for me was the wifi. It's so slow and flaky that it's practically useless. Even something that's as simple as booking a hotel room for your next night's stay is a tedious and nerve-wracking experience. Other issues were that the in-room safe in my room was locked shut. My room was noisy in the evenings but the noise wasn't coming from the street: maybe the next-door building. No kettle or coffee maker. The breakfast is OK but I'm not convinced it's worth the $10 per night I paid. Good things were that it is very convenient for the railway station. There was a fan in my room that was very helpful. There's good security for left luggage with paper tags.

Friendly staff, reception looks amazing but the rooms were very dated but clean. Worth noting that booking a double room may only give you a twin, hotel say this is the re-sellers issue! A good breakfast selection and nice views from the restaurants.

Can't comment on the breakfast, but this place is perfect to travel round on, just a hop from the station and easy walking distance into Augsburg. My hotel room was pretty cold and the shower leaked a lot, but was a good base for my travels around Germany. Danke!
