Most excellent location, has underground parking, adjacent to Casino and walking to shopping, dining and thermal spa. We booked our stay last minute as usual, but got a great room with view of city. Breakfast buffet was on point, good choices. Royal Spa use is free, fee for other treatments.

Room was immaculate and comfortable, heated floors in the bathroom were a great touch. Breakfast buffet is very good. The spa is impressive and has everything you need for a day of relaxation. We’ve also booked separate treatments and the massage and facial were excellent. Location of the hotel is also great, literally steps from the Christmas market, the Casino and other attractions. Valet was not included but extremely efficient and took good care of the car. Easy and fast check in and check out. Two points for consideration: this being a 5-star hotel the water in the room not being included and charged apart is a bit ludicrous. And please make the hair dryer detachable from the bathroom wall. No one wants to dry their hair standing in the humid bathroom. 😂 All in all, a fantastic (and very relaxing) stay in Baden-Baden.

l'emplacement est parfait, et un parking public souterrain avec accès direst à l'hotel. Le SPA est superbe, et le petit déjeuner très complet. Un bémol, il n'y avait pas les sorties de bain dans la chambre, il a fallu les demander. Un effort à faire également sur la propreté de la cuvette des WC.

Mehr Schein als Sein! Von einem 5*Hotel haben wir Besseres erwartet. In unserem Standardzimmer waren die Armaturen teilweise mit einer dicken Kalkschicht überzogen und die Griffe derart locker, dass man Angst haben musste, sie würden gleich abfallen. Der Waschbeckenüberlauf war schwarz und der Übergang vom Waschbecken zum Waschtisch dreckig. Sicherlich alles nicht so leicht zu reinigen aber in einem Hotel mit diesem Anspruch und Preisen kann man schon optimale Sauberkeit erwarten. Nach unserer Reklamation fanden wir eine Flasche Champagner im Zimmer vor aber die Verschmutzungen waren nicht beseitigt worden. Die Steckdosenleiste hinter dem Kühlschrank war auch stark verstaubt. Ich musste den Stecker ziehen, da die Lautstärke des Kühlschranks in der Nacht unerträglich war. Mein Bettbezug hatte Flecken. Das Zimmer an sich war ausreichend groß und ansprechend eingerichtet. Leider ließen sich meine Fotos nicht einfügen.

Das Hotel war sehr schön, das Personal war super freundlich. Auch war alles top sauber, man hat nur hier und da gesehen dass es etwas in die Jahre gekommen war (Ablagerung an der Duschwand unten, Sprung im Waschbecken). War aber dennoch ein tolles Hotel und der Wellness Bereich war auch klasse.

The staff was extremely helpful. The property is very well maintained and I noted a cleaning supervisor walking the floors to check on quality. I asked to change rooms (traveling alone and didn't want to be on ground level) and they were quick to make the change. All around a great location, too. Off the main area, but close enough to walk to shops, the park and the older town and restaurants. I enjoyed it very much and would return/recommend.

Un po’ meno il servizio di pulizia delle camere che merita maggior attenzione da parte dei manager. Talvolta sembra frettoloso e non presta attenzione ai particolari che in un cinque stelle lusso non ammette deroghe. Al di là di superabilissimi inconvenienti tempestivamente risolti dalla reception la location e’ ideale per il suo posizionamento.

Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig. Das Bad könnte einen Relaunch gebrauchen. Was etwas störend war: das Nebengeräuch einer Pumpe.. diese sprang die ganze Nacht ca. Alle 20 Minuten an und raubte uns etwas den Schlaf.

Our stay at Maison Messmer Spa Hotel was fabulous! Everyone who works there was wonderful to us. They were very friendly, fun to talk to and even willing to help us with our terrible German. The location is excellent. Only a five minute walk to the center of town. Lots of shops, restaurants and a beautiful path along the canal are only a few steps away. We walked over to the famous Friedrichsbad spa in about 10 minutes. Absolutely a must do if you are in Baden Baden. The spa at Maison Messmer was also very well appointed with high quality facilities. They have a steam-room, sauna, massage rooms, quiet rooms for resting and a swimming pool. There is also a section of the pool where they have the most powerful bubble maker we’ve ever seen. We were a little embarrassed because we were like a couple of kids playing around in the volcano of air. You definitely have to try that if you stay there. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was first rate. The only issue we had was we were not able to book breakfast included through Expedia. They have a really nice breakfast buffet for 32 euros that we highly recommend. Most of the other guests were able to include breakfast with their room but apparently Expedia doesn’t support it. When we go back to Baden Baden we are definitely staying at the Maison Messmer Spa Hotel.

Maison Messmer was a wonderful choice as was Baden Baden. We did a overnight trip on our way to Colmar and had I known how beautiful it was I'd likely have stayed two. Really nice property and staff was extremely responsive and helpful. Shopping and dinning nearby and lots to see and do.

Un belle hôtel et une chambre fantastique. Le personnel est au petit soins et très gentil. Pratique l’accès du parking directement a l’hôtel(juste un peu chère). L’hôtel est place idéalement au centre ville. Le petit déjeuner est très bon aussi juste dommage que le jus d'orange ne soit pas fraichement pressé.

Everything would be perfect except for the track fast experience: our table was completely ignored by the number of waitresses serving attentively every table in the area around us. Despite of several attempts to get service, we’ve been ignored until everyone left in the restaurant. Food was ok, but on the menu were items not served in the buffet and we could not even get a menu for an hour. Staff was inefficient and almost no one spoke English or could competently answer any questions. Although managers apologized and removed charges, the lost time and unpleasant experience spoiled partially spoiled our morning at this hotel. I’d not use their restaurant for breakfast next time

This is a lovely hotel by the famous casino. The quality and variety of dinner options was most excellent. The hotel staff accommodated our request for spa services. We enjoyed a walk around town and the Christmas market was delightful. Would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The room. Was very comfortable, and our view was beautiful (we were lucky, because some just look upon other rooms. We had 416) the hairdryer (theirs) blew up in my hand after I plugged it in and caused a fuse to blow for half the room. We called to the desk and 3 seperate occasions someone came to check on it. It was fixed promptly and I was given a new hair dryer for the room. (Brand new in box) There is a lovely pool with very nice jets. No hot tub though. I find the lack of them in Germany, overall, a headscratcher since its so cold. I guess they just love their nude saunas more? The location was amazing. Center of everything. If youre American and dont like German or French food, you may have trouble finding a decent restaurant. The breakfast was good though. They offer cook to order eggs or omelets. Parking is in the public parking garage only and is 30Euros daily. (24hr from when you enter, not calendar day) Lack of response from their hotel text app. I assume the mini fridge items were complimentary. Beers, colds, and water, as well as kit Kat and small peanut container.
