Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht mehr. Es gab nur bis 20 Uhr Barbetrieb, die Temperaturreglung in der Dusche war defekt (Temperaturverstellung ging nur sehr schwer) und der TV war ein Flachbildschirm, sehr kleiner, der ersten Stunde und es gab kaum TV Sender (Nur ARD/ZDF und Dritte). Wir werden uns beim nächste n Besuch n Baden-Baden für ein anderes Hotel entscheiden.

Beautiful hotel, large rooms and high ceilings. Super clean and staff was helpful and attentive. The only drawback.was the lack of full restaurant service. The breakfast buffet was good but few hot items. The pastries were superbe. The bar has big comfy chairs and a lovely fireplace. The Xmas.market.was right outside the hotel and it was excellent. I would definitely stay at the Atlantic on a return visit. Highly recommend.

Expedia claimed onsite parking when, in fact, we had yo park iffsite in a public parking garage which was difficult in the pouring rain and all spaces to drop off luggage were full of parked cars? Breakfast was very e pensive and only minimal cold items… certainly not with 31 euros. Our room was facing the back and noise from the bars and restaurants continued til 2 AM… with no a/c we had to keep windows open so this was a problem Room was large and cimfortable… hotel is beautiful and nicely situated near shops and restaurants.

Neat older hotel. Awesome breakfast. They lock the doors at night so if you stay out a little late, be prepared to ring the bell and wait a little bit. Parking is 30 euros a day, plus the parking area is about a 3 minute walk to the hotel reception. There isn’t a functioning bar or restaurant there, only breakfast. Very nice staff.

Beautiful hotel overlooking the river that runs through the town. We had a balcony which was amazing. Park like grounds around the area. No parking but self parking close at the casino. Very nice breakfast and friendly staff. We stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed it!

Either the hotel or Hotels.com are misleading prospective guests about the facilities The restaurant and bar has been closed for 2 years according to the hotel manager. It has the potential to be a great hotel but guests need to be informed in advance about the lack of facilities and the scaffolding outside the room

I stayed three nights at this hotel, and I thought that it was okay. I don’t know if I would stay again. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. The bathroom was really the highlight with luxury finishings and lots of space. The room was spotlessly clean, and was refreshed each day while I was out. Check-in was easy, if a bit brief. I visited in July, and though the weather was mild, the room was very stuffy and warm. They had put a fan on the bedside table, and that did make sleeping a bit more tolerable. I often had to keep the windows open throughout the day to cool the room down, but that invited in a lot of flies. I will never understand luxury hotels that don’t have air conditioning but then also don’t have screens. I don’t want to be swatting away bugs all night. My window faced the back street and it was very loud with the windows open. With people talking at the bar, the morning trash pick-up, and the construction on the street, there was almost never a time it wasn’t loud. Also, the mattresses badly need an update. It felt like sleeping on a pile of bricks. I had imagined that I would be able to use the hotels lovely terrace to work on my laptop and sit out by the stream, but the outdoor seating was all for the restaurant/cafe. The hotel is in a great location, but I just think it needed some work to be a wholly comfortable stay.

This is a beautiful property in a picturesque location. I stayed for one night in a single room which was clean, cozy and very comfortable. The staff at check in were friendly and knowledgeable, giving restaurant recommendations in the area. The area around the hotel is beautifully landscaped and perfect for strolling The breakfast buffet was incredible! Many different options all perfectly displayed. I highly recommend and would stay here again when in the area

Habe im Hotel nur eine Übernachtung gebucht, da ich wurde zu einem Geburtstag im Casino eingeladen. Ich fand das Hotel sauber, unser Zimmer war auch schön und das Bett auch sehr becquem. Alles top 👍💯

There is something quite lovable about this old lady of a hotel, as it is called. The location is the best in town, and there’s something about it old style elegance that made us very very happy. Although it was only about 25% occupied while we were there in early August, everything in the property was kept perfectly clean and accessible. It looks wonderful from the outside, and the room was large and roomy, and just fine. It is not a place for people who want all the high-tech gizmos and the large televisions for those of us who like the old world style, This is a lovely place.

Wonderful luxury hotel in the best location near the pedestrian area and all the shopping as well as parks and baths The reception staff are amazing and incredibly helpful The breakfast was “ok”… the food spread was not bad although you expect more from a 4 star hotel and the staff are friendly and work very hard but ….. it seems a bit disorganized and the kitchen bit slower in responding to guest requests such as eggs , coffee etc…otherwise no complaint Rooms are extremely nice, cozy, romantic and very clean All in all highly recommended and a must repeat for our next visit to Baden Baden …

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Baden-Baden. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. The surrounding area is full of amenities, and dining at The Grill by the casino—just steps away—was a highlight. Breakfast at the hotel was also delicious and well-presented. There is something quite lovable about this old lady of a hotel, as it is called. The location is the best in town, and there’s something about it old style elegance that made us very very happy. Although it was only about 25% occupied while we were there in early August, everything in the property was kept perfectly clean and accessible. It looks wonderful from the outside, and the room was large and roomy, and just fine. It is not a place for people who want all the high-tech gizmos and the large televisions for those of us who like the old world style, This is a lovely place.

Hotel is situated in the centre of wonderful Baden-Baden. The hotel still has an Empire feel about it and the rooms are spacious with park view. It is near the Kurhaus and main shopping area , still very quiet. Staff helpful.

The staff was welcoming and friendly from the start, offering complimentary sparkling wine when we checked in. Pretty much everything in Baden Baden is walkable from the hotel given its location. If you take the bus from the train station, you can cut through the mall area to the hotel and save yourself a 10-15 minute walk as Google Maps suggests!

This hotel is centrally located and not far from the Festspielhaus. I was welcomed upon arrival with champagne/cremant, chocolate and friendly service. I appreciated the front desk service and the help that I received when there was an issue with the wi-fi. The front desk found a solution to the problem very quickly and I was very pleased with the outcome.

Mir gefällt das geschichtsträchtige Hotel gut. Ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ich hatte aber ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Frühstück ist etwas teuer. Aber sehr gute Qualität. Das Team ist aufmerksam ist sehr nett.
