Lovely staff and stay!

Our experience at this resort was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The personal service throughout our stay was exceptional — every team member went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. A special highlight was the butler service, which added a truly luxurious touch to our vacation. Attentive, discreet, and always one step ahead of our needs — our butler (Mr. Dewa) made everything effortless and enjoyable. The resort itself is immaculately maintained. Every area, from the rooms to the poolside and restaurants, was spotless. Cleanliness clearly has the highest priority here, and it did not go unnoticed. We left feeling completely relaxed and pampered. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-tier service in a pristine, elegant setting.

Unbelievably stunning!!!

Stunning view over the ocean, comfortable room, extremely well kept gardens with beautiful flowers, an extraordinary swimming pool and tasty complimentary snacks during the day. Very good food and service. The only big disappointment: the funicular wasn’t working, so we were unable to go down to the beach and to the seafood restaurant down there. And we were only informed about it a few days before checking in, while we were already in Indonesia.

Beautifull resort, amazing ocean view, spacious villa, every night a surprise in your room,24H breakfast, sangkar restaurant AMAZING! Kidsclub fantastic, complimentary kids and adult activities. Mansion amazing service and complimentary bites. But With GREAT thanks to our butler Parma and his team. They took care of every detail during our stay. We felt truly special, and our daughter was cherished and spoiled with the most beautiful gifts. We are deeply grateful to them. We extended our stay and will definitely return!
