Staff are really good. Friendly. Room had no towels when we got there, bed sheet had stain / marks on a small area near tge pullow i asked for extra towels and got them promply but then housekeeping took them away the following morning when they cleaned. Was charged 45 IDR for a small amount of milk to make tea with. Its a nice place. Older than others buy it has 2 pools, small gym, excellent restaurant with very non-hotel prices. You need a scooter or car though bc it's a bit isolated with nothing within walking distance (3kms) They have a shutle than can take you to Dreamland if

Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec beaucoup de variétés. Il y a 2 piscines ainsi qu’un court de tennis, tables de ping pong, billard, salle de sport, restaurant… tout ce qu’il faut pour y passer la journée.

Excellent hotel, very attentive staff, excellent facilities. Only drawback, since it is a golf course also, one cannot really walk anywhere so you need a taxi every time you want to leave.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, it’s about 40 mins from the airport and 10 mins from dreamland beach. The hotel do free shuttles to and from the beach but only 3x per day. The room was nice but we did find a big cockroach in the bathroom on one of the nights and there was also a lot of hair in the shower the night we checked in (not belonging to us), so it was obvious that the shower had not been cleaned to a proper standard. The restaurant had good food and was reasonably priced and the staff were friendly.

We stayed at Le Grande for four nights and chose a pool access room, which turned out to be a great decision. It was wonderful to be able to jump into the pool and relax right from our room. The facilities were pleasant, featuring multiple decently sized pools, a gym, a pool table, and table tennis. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of savory and continental options. The staff were all friendly, and room service did a good job of keeping our room clean. However, we had some issues with the quality of the bed. The springs were quite noticeable and noisy, and the pillows were not much better, leading to poor sleep quality. Additionally, the room lacked a safe, which has been a standard amenity in every other hotel we’ve stayed at in Bali. Lastly, allow half an hour at check-out, as we did not anticipate it taking the staff this long to check our room. The location is quiet, with large roads and a very safe feel, though it is a decent drive from any beaches or attractions, which is typical for Uluwatu. Overall, our stay was average compared to what you would expect from a hotel at this price point.

1bedroom suite room was very spacious for 2A&2C (18months, 5years). We really enjoyed our stay there very much. The room was clean, the staffs were nice. Alitle bit far to go anywhere if you don’t rent a car or motorcycle. No shuttle bus like mentioned in Expedia. Close to golf area. No kids clubs, only pool and simple playground for kids to have fun. If you look for some spacious space, this hotel is good option with reasonable price.

This is property is older and out of the way. You will need taxi, Grab or rent a scooter. It has two nice pools. Staff is very kind and friendly. Breakfast buffet has a large variety of mediocre quality food. We chose to rent a scooter and even though we did pay for breakfast to be included, we ate out after the first experience. The property is quiet however it felt like a back packers young persons hostel. I think because of the price point, people were staying here instead of the hostels in town. We were waken each of our 5 nights at 2;30/3 am of people coming back from their night out. This isn’t a terrible hotel. You need to keep in mind the price point. It was safe, there is a restaurant, 2 pools, pool bar and gym. The staff do all the can control to make you happy and it’s cheap.

We stayed 6 nights and had read the bad reviews before, but thought they must be exaggerated. Big mistake. It really is that bad. After our stay I cannot believe the glowing 5-star reviews are genuine. This hotel feels like it’s being milked until demolition. Complaints at reception are constant, staff are cold and manipulative, and the manager almost seems to enjoy your misery. Photos online hide the truth. What’s wrong: Rooms are run-down and patched together, balconies unusable, our shower was cold 4 of 6 days, the water stank, the TV flickered. The pool was disgusting — bad odor, greasy film, insects floating. Location looks central on a map but in reality it’s inconvenient by car, scooter or foot. The whole place feels neglected, like nearby hotels already closed or demolished. What’s right: Some restaurant staff are kind, breakfast yogurt and eggs are okay, and if you pay extra for proper coffee it’s fine. From 3 pm the mango margaritas are drinkable. Our mistake: When we saw the “standard room” we left immediately and checked the hotel next door. We only stayed here because we had prepaid and got a partial refund plus a “suite upgrade.” Looking back, we should have left anyway. Vacation time is precious — and this place wasted ours. Clean, tidy and the staff were so friendly and helpful! Highly recommend Le Grande! It’s also a very quiet area, but very accessible to areas around Uluwatu which only take about 20 minutes! Perfect stay, Thankyou to the management team!

Un hôtel qui a connu ses heures de gloire mais qui est aujourd’hui laissé à l’abandon.. une propreté qui laisse à désirer, une odeur dans la chambre très déplaisant, la clim qui a coulé tout le séjour même après l’avoir signalé 3 fois, les cartes qui se démagnétise et j’en passe… c’est bien dommage il y a beaucoup de potentiel mais ce n’est pas se qu’on attend quand on réserve un hôtel 5 étoiles. Sinon le personnel est très agréable et souriant.

Very nice hotel. Great staff, courteous and friendly and efficient. The room upgrade was appreciated, the suite was gigantic. Clean and aircon was freezing cold. Food was good, breakfast worth the extra charge and pool was nice.

Poorly managed, rude staff. Sewage water coming out the taps, had to wait 2 hours for someone to come have a look then had to argue to move rooms. Moved to a second room and non of the taps worked so eventually got put in a third room and the air con was rubbish Me and my partner had a fantastic massage from the 2 ladies in the hut very nice

All the staff were very helpful and kind. Rani, Riski to mention a few of them. Happy hour drinls were a welcome treat too. Stayed in room 217, a family suite with 2 large beds, 2 bathrooms and a safe too. TVs in each room and the sitting room too. Definitely worth a stay.

Prima verblijf gehad op dit complex. Het ligt in een rustig gedeelte van Uluwatu omringd door golfbanen. Het is wel een vrij groot complex, wat veel lopen en liftgebruik vraagt, en niet alle kamers hebben een even fraai uitzicht. Probeer indien mogelijk een kamer laag en dichtbij de receptie te bemachtigen met een fraai uitzicht. Mooi zwembad.

Stayed at Le Grande Bali for 2 weeks, the golf course is very pretty, quiet and feels very safe. The room although basic, has everything you need, a powerful AC, a cosy balcony and a comfy bed. The staff always welcomed you with a smile and helped whenever they could. We took Gojeks everywhere from the hotel and they never took too long to arrive. I would 100% stay here again.

Excellent 2 bedroom suite overlooking the golf course. Beds were excellent and tge service was impeccable. Gated resort so felt safe. Excellent location in Bali. Food options at the restaurant were good for vegetarians and the breakfast is a must!!

I had a wonderful stay at Le Grand Bali! The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained. The staff were always kind and helpful, making me feel truly welcome. We stayed at Le Grande for four nights and chose a pool access room, which turned out to be a great decision. It was wonderful to be able to jump into the pool and relax right from our room. The facilities were pleasant, featuring multiple decently sized pools, a gym, a pool table, and table tennis. 1bedroom suite room was very spacious for 2A&2C (18months, 5years). We really enjoyed our stay there very much. The room was clean, the staffs were nice. Alitle bit far to go anywhere if you don’t rent a car or motorcycle. No shuttle bus like mentioned in Expedia. Close to golf area. No kids clubs, only pool and simple playground for kids to have fun. If you look for some spacious space, this hotel is good option with reasonable price.

This is property is older and out of the way. You will need taxi, Grab or rent a scooter. It has two nice pools. Staff is very kind and friendly. Breakfast buffet has a large variety of mediocre quality food. We chose to rent a scooter and even though we did pay for breakfast to be included, we ate out after the first experience. The property is quiet however it felt like a back packers young persons hostel. I think because of the price point, people were staying here instead of the hostels in town. We were waken each of our 5 nights at 2;30/3 am of people coming back from their night out. This isn’t a terrible hotel. You need to keep in mind the price point. It was safe, there is a restaurant, 2 pools, pool bar and gym. The staff do all the can control to make you happy and it’s cheap.

Had an awesome experience at Le Grande Bali. Pool and bar area with pool table was amazing, breakfast buffet was delicious and had tons of options, air conditioning in the room was perfect after long days in the sunshine. Room was clean and comfy. Staff was above and beyond, friendly, helpful, and added such positive energy.

Maten tok forferdelig lang tid gjentatte ganger og de ansatte håndterte dette på en svært dårlig måte.Den ene dagen ventet jeg i en og en halv time på maten min, da jeg spurte etter maten etter en time var de ansatte sinte og frekke.Frokosten står heller ikke i stil til det hotellet lover, det var masse fluer og dårlig utvalg for å være en buffet.De samme tingene er bare plassert på 7 forskjellige steder. I tilegg til at det tar lang tid å bestille egg.

Very nice hotel. Great staff, courteous and friendly and efficient. The room upgrade was appreciated, the suite was gigantic. Clean and aircon was freezing cold. Food was good, breakfast worth the extra charge and pool was nice.

The surroundings of the hotel are beautiful. However, as a five star hotel, there are certain expectations that patrons will have - clean and well maintained buildings, appropriate room allotment, etc. While Le Grande failed to meet those expectations, that was not the most disappointing part. This was - the bathroom in my room had no hot water and the water pressure was abysmal. I requested for a room change which was sidelined entirely and people were sent to repair the water temp but to no avail. (I had booked for a Deluxe Double or Twin Room. I’d made the personalised request to be given a double bed. They gave me a twin room anyway.) Under any other circumstances, I’d have gladly paid for my stay in full and not asked for a reimbursement. But having a functioning bathroom with hot water and good water pressure is a bare minimum. 2 star hotels have had better water temp and pressure than here. The property refused to reimburse me citing hotel policies. I wish that they applied the same policies to hotel maintenance. To the hotel management, the guest is NOT always right, but when a guest up and leaves due to lack of action or maintenance of hotel facilities, then please take the matter seriously. You’re not affecting just a guest’s experience with your hotel but you’re also affecting their set schedule around their holiday. I hope the appropriate measures are taken to avoid a situation like this again.

Poorly managed, rude staff. Sewage water coming out the taps, had to wait 2 hours for someone to come have a look then had to argue to move rooms. Moved to a second room and non of the taps worked so eventually got put in a third room and the air con was rubbish Me and my partner had a fantastic massage from the 2 ladies in the hut very nice

Room had no towels when we got there, bed sheet had stain / marks on a small area near tge pullow i asked for extra towels and got them promply but then housekeeping took them away the following morning when they cleaned. Was charged 45 IDR for a small amount of milk to make tea with. Its a nice place. Older than others buy it has 2 pools, small gym, excellent restaurant with very non-hotel prices. Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, it’s about 40 mins from the airport and 10 mins from dreamland beach. The hotel do free shuttles to and from the beach but only 3x per day. The room was nice but we did find a big cockroach in the bathroom on one of the nights and there was also a lot of hair in the shower the night we checked in (not belonging to us), so it was obvious that the shower had not been cleaned to a proper standard. The restaurant had good food and was reasonably priced and the staff were friendly.

Pretty standard. A good place to stay with very friendly staff. The food in the hotel is very expensive and the portions were not big. It’s slightly dated and could do with more channels on the tv and or access to Netflix. The pool is lovely and it was very clean. They also give you free toiletries.

Veldig fint hotell med bra fasiliteter men servicen står ikke i stil. Maten tok forferdelig lang tid gjentatte ganger og de ansatte håndterte dette på en svært dårlig måte.Den ene dagen ventet jeg i en og en halv time på maten min, da jeg spurte etter maten etter en time var de ansatte sinte og frekke.Frokosten står heller ikke i stil til det hotellet lover, det var masse fluer og dårlig utvalg for å være en buffet.De samme tingene er bare plassert på 7 forskjellige steder. I tilegg til at det tar lang tid å bestille egg.

Excellent 2 bedroom suite overlooking the golf course. Beds were excellent and tge service was impeccable. Gated resort so felt safe. Excellent location in Bali. Food options at the restaurant were good for vegetarians and the breakfast is a must!!

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, it’s about 40 mins from the airport and 10 mins from dreamland beach. The hotel do free shuttles to and from the beach but only 3x per day. The room was nice but we did find a big cockroach in the bathroom on one of the nights and there was also a lot of hair in the shower the night we checked in (not belonging to us), so it was obvious that the shower had not been cleaned to a proper standard. The restaurant had good food and was reasonably priced and the staff were friendly.

This is property is older and out of the way. You will need taxi, Grab or rent a scooter. It has two nice pools. Staff is very kind and friendly. Breakfast buffet has a large variety of mediocre quality food. We chose to rent a scooter and even though we did pay for breakfast to be included, we ate out after the first experience. The property is quiet however it felt like a back packers young persons hostel. I think because of the price point, people were staying here instead of the hostels in town. We were waken each of our 5 nights at 2;30/3 am of people coming back from their night out. This isn’t a terrible hotel. You need to keep in mind the price point. It was safe, there is a restaurant, 2 pools, pool bar and gym. The staff do all the can control to make you happy and it’s cheap.

Great resort and lovely staff. Only 2 issues were old TVs with limited channels, and noise during the day due to construction work which i understand is necessary. Had a lovely stay regardless.

A great value hotel in a quiet secluded location. The rooms were extremely generous while the staff were always very helpful. Although you require transport as not much is on walking distance this is very cheap and convenient. Would stay here rather than other parts of Uluwatu which were extremely busy and chaotic.
