Anlage wird rund um die Uhr gepflegt. Zimmer sauber und gross. Sonderwünsche wurden alle erfüllt. Snackbar am Pool. Auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Villa Puri Ayu has a lot going for it: It's in a pretty good location. You're just outside the busiest area of Sanur so you won't get a lot of foot traffic, but you're close enough to walk toward that area (and the mall) if you really want to (30-ish minute walk). There's quite a few shops to buy souvenirs and a supermarket nearby. Breakfast is provided and is pretty good but had the same dishes. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and my room had a functional kitchen with a medium sized fridge. The rooms are spacious, there are a few pools to swim/sunbathe. Honestly overall really good at their price point, but there are a few things that may affect your decision to stay here: The air conditioning in room was pretty weak, it can feel a bit warm/humid throughout the day in the villa, especially when the sun is out. Had some trouble sleeping because of this. Some things are a bit worn/old. It took a lot of effort to lock my door every time I leave since it doesn't line up properly without some adjusting, and my bathroom door was creaky and noisy to open. The road it is on does not lead directly to the beach, you'll need to walk around another way. Not a whole lot of service from the staff, no phone in room to call the front desk either. In summary, it's excellent value but can be pretty different from a typical hotel/resort stay.

Delightful little place with a lovely pool. Unfortunately the water lost pressure twice over the three days that we were there, meaning we had no water to even wash our hands. Wifi was also constantly dropping, which most folk would find difficult. Staff were short at peak times over breakfast, and we felt very sorry for them - they could do with more support

Just horrible, first room urine stains on mattress, smelly, saliva stained pillows. So we got moved to another room which was no better as seen in photos and this was the newer area. I could live with broken fixtures but dirty mattresses that’s going too far. Breakfast bowls chipped, just no concern for others health and safety. And the towels, either marked, blood stains or holes in them. No one should stay here.

全体的には良かったです。水回りが外にあるので、トイレがちょっと不便ですが(笑)\u3000リゾートに来た感じがありました。蚊がおりましたがそれ以外の虫はほぼ出ませんでした。 キッチンは不便ではないですが、調理器具が古かったです。 タオルの補充がいまいちでした。 ビーチロードにもすぐに出れる位置ですし、スーパーマーケットも近くにあるので便利です。 大きなレストランも隣にありますし、通りに出れば色々ありました（利用しませんでしたが…） 空港への送迎もお願いしましたが、スムーズに対応頂けました。 隣の部屋との壁が薄いのか、夜中までTVの音がうるさかったですが、全体的には静かな場所でした。

the breakfast is awsome as is the swimming pool, great location but our bed was uncomfortable and having to climb over the bath to the shower is unsafe.

Villa Puri Ayu has a lot going for it: It's in a pretty good location. You're just outside the busiest area of Sanur so you won't get a lot of foot traffic, but you're close enough to walk toward that area (and the mall) if you really want to (30-ish minute walk). There's quite a few shops to buy souvenirs and a supermarket nearby. Breakfast is provided and is pretty good but had the same dishes. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and my room had a functional kitchen with a medium sized fridge. The rooms are spacious, there are a few pools to swim/sunbathe. Honestly overall really good at their price point, but there are a few things that may affect your decision to stay here: The air conditioning in room was pretty weak, it can feel a bit warm/humid throughout the day in the villa, especially when the sun is out. Had some trouble sleeping because of this. Some things are a bit worn/old. It took a lot of effort to lock my door every time I leave since it doesn't line up properly without some adjusting, and my bathroom door was creaky and noisy to open. The road it is on does not lead directly to the beach, you'll need to walk around another way. Not a whole lot of service from the staff, no phone in room to call the front desk either. Delightful little place with a lovely pool. Unfortunately the water lost pressure twice over the three days that we were there, meaning we had no water to even wash our hands. Wifi was also constantly dropping, which most folk would find difficult. Staff were short at peak times over breakfast, and we felt very sorry for them - they could do with more support

全体的には良かったです。水回りが外にあるので、トイレがちょっと不便ですが(笑)\u3000リゾートに来た感じがありました。蚊がおりましたがそれ以外の虫はほぼ出ませんでした。 キッチンは不便ではないですが、調理器具が古かったです。 タオルの補充がいまいちでした。 ビーチロードにもすぐに出れる位置ですし、スーパーマーケットも近くにあるので便利です。 大きなレストランも隣にありますし、通りに出れば色々ありました（利用しませんでしたが…） 空港への送迎もお願いしましたが、スムーズに対応頂けました。 隣の部屋との壁が薄いのか、夜中までTVの音がうるさかったですが、全体的には静かな場所でした。

I continue to return to this wonderful little place. It is a great 3 star hotel that is quiet and peaceful. As a single traveler I feel completely safe . It close to the beach and fantastic restaurants in the quiet end of Sanur.

Just horrible, first room urine stains on mattress, smelly, saliva stained pillows. So we got moved to another room which was no better as seen in photos and this was the newer area. I could live with broken fixtures but dirty mattresses that’s going too far. Breakfast bowls chipped, just no concern for others health and safety. And the towels, either marked, blood stains or holes in them. No one should stay here.

Not a fancy place, but everything was fine. It was a shame that the breakfast was average. I'd suggest to the hotel that they get an outside chef to review and give advice on how to improve the offerings.

The guy at breakfast was miserable, all the cups for coffee & tea were dirty. I bought it to his attention by putting the cups & saucers off to the side, he just put them back under the counter for use the next day. When I came for breakfast he makes a big deal of taking a cup out & washing it out for me in front of everyone there, guess this is one place I’ll not return too.
