The hotel is clean and has lovely views of both the beach and the city. It is slightly worn now, stayed in a suite on 15th floor - floor lamp broken, wallpaper peeling but nothing terrible. Biggest problem as with many other tall hotels the lifts were really slow- timed longest wait 6 minutes 3rd world problems though

This Leonardo hotel very average compared to their other locations. Concierge Vicente extremely personable and helpful. Check in was accommodating but no luggage trolleys. Make sure you bring adapter to plug in your devices. Sangria in the dining room was the best option.

All really good! Lovely roof top bar with pool. Staff in the bar are wonderful, especially a blond woman who remembered my favorite drink. Gold star to her! Super convenient if you are attending the CCIB for meetings. Thank you staff, greetings from guest 1606 “stuck in elevator” 😉

Hôtel très bien situé proche dus bus et du métro. Hôtel de luxe propre accueillant avec une superbe piscine bien exposée. Minibar dans le frigo de la chambre ce qui est très pratique. Belles petites attentions qui font plaisir au quotidien.

The rooms were excellent, lovely facilities such as the pool (dependant on time of year), and in a great location near to a metro station and a big shopping mall. Disappointed with the bathroom - shower pressure was poor (unable to wash shampoo out) and was either extremely hot or very cold. Definitely a good stay for exploring Barcelona.

Fantastisk hotel. Dog meget pladser ved poolen, så den skal man ikke regne med at gøre brug af. Det kykkedes i hvert fald ikke os at få 2 pladser de 3 dage vi var der. Til gengæld kun 10 min til den lækreste strand.

The room smelled old and stuffy. Hallways are very dark and creepy. Front desk staff was not friendly. We asked for extra linens and was asked to come down to get it ourselves because they did not have room service available. Horrible customer service and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Everything was great except for the fact that my room had no air conditioning. I had to constantly keep the windows open and it still wasn't getting cold enough. Even at night, it got loud at times but I had to keep the windows open to get fresh air or my room would be boiling hot

Hôtel propre et élégant, situé en bord de mer et à côté du centre de conventions. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, et la literie confortable. Petit bémol : il n’y a pas de prises USB dans les chambres. Si vous devez recharger un appareil et que vous n’êtes pas européen, pensez à prendre un adaptateur. Gros bémol : l’insonorisation des fenêtres qui donnent sur la rue est très mauvaise. Vous entendrez tous les véhicules passer la nuit (heureusement elle n’est pas très passante la nuit) mais aussi les camions poubelles, les bus qui klaxonnent fort et dans mon cas, la nacelle qui installait les décorations de Noël du centre commercial situé en face qui a fait bip bip bip toute la nuit.

Die Zimmerausstattung ist mehr als in die Jahre gekommen. Das Fenster wurde Notdürftig mit Panzertape geklebt. Ein Spalt blieb dabei immer offen und ließ sich nicht schließen, sodass Regentropfen ins Innere des Zimmers gelangen. Der Straßenlärm kam so ebenfalls ungefiltert hindurch. Der Tisch hatte mehrere Macken und splitterte. Der Duschkopf leckte, sodass wenig Wasserdruck vorhanden war. Die genannten Punkte waren mehr als auffällig und auch für das Personal einfach ersichtlich. Positiv war die kostenfreie Kaffeemaschine und Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Frühstück war okay, aber nichts besonderes. Täglich gab es die gleiche Auswahl an Speisen. Der Pool ist nicht sonderlich groß, aber gepflegt. Das Personal war stets freundlich. Die Lage ist nicht zentral, aber gut angebunden (Bus und Taxen direkt vor der Tür, Metro und Tram nur weniger Gehminuten entfernt). Der Strand (inkl. Hundestrand) ist ebenfalls wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Ein großes Einkaufszentrum ist direkt gegenüber gelegen.

Jeg er chokeret over den oplevelse, vi havde på dette hotel. Da vi tjekkede ind, var værelset meget varmt og mindre end det, vi havde bestilt. Ved henvendelse til personalet var de ikke enige i vores betragtninger, men vi fik dog tildelt et nyt værelse. Værelset var dog iskoldt, og det var tydeligt, at der ikke var isoleret mellem vinduet og væggen omkring. Vi kunne tydeligt mærke, at det trak ind med iskold luft. Det betyder næppe noget om sommeren men om vinteren og ovenikøbet en dag med storm, er det ret vigtigt. Derudover virkede varmen på vores værelse ikke. Vi gjorde personalet opmærksom herpå, og det var klart, at der ikke var meget at gøre. Vi gik en varmeblæser fra under disken (måske den de ansatte skulle bruge at varme sig på??), og den hjalp da en ganske lille smule, hvis man stod op ad den, men den kunne langt fra varme hele værelset op, og så larmede den så meget, at det var umuligt at sove med den tændt. Da vi endnu engang henvendte os i receptionen, fik vi at vide, at der ikke var noget at gøre. Personalet kunne ikke garantere, at det ville være anderledes på andre værelser, da det var lidt tilfældigt, om varmen virkede eller ej. Det er under al kritik på en dag, hvor det stormer, og vinden står direkte ind på hotellet, som ikke er isoleret. Vi frøs natten igennem og valgte at tjekke ud tre dage før tid og finde et andet og bedre hotel. I am happy with our stay at AC Hotel Barcelona Forum. We got early check in and late checkout. Receptionists were pleasant. Only thing that needs work is your bar/restaurant service. The servers were nice but lack of speed and noticing we need drinks or menu. Sometimes we waited so long to get our drinks and food by the pool. Location is great, right across Diagonal mall that has good shopping options and plenty choices at their food court. 10-15min Uber anywhere to city/Barcelonetta area. We would come again

The AC Barcelona is an excellent hotel. My room was excellent, cleaning was excellent, amenities were great. The thing that will get me back to this establishment, though, was the staff. I cannot single out any one particular employee. They were all friendly, courteous, and efficient.

40 minutos para hacer el check in. En el restaurante, les pagas una comida, a precios de 4 estrellas, y no tiene posibilidad de darte una factura simplificada ni de otro tipo, que sea valida para contabilidad. Te mandan a recepción a que te la hagan, y en recepción te dicen que ellos no pueden y que la "factura proforma"(que no es una factura ni recibo), y tengo que discutir y hacer referencia a la lesgislacion para que me ofrecan que yo les envie un email solicitando la factura.

Close to Diagonal Mar shopping mall and the Metro station. However, far from the airport since it is in the East end of the city. Room is a bit small for the price we paid. Buffet breakfast was very good. Lack of signage for the hotel amenities: no directory of where the main restaurant is !! It was on the 13th floor while breakfast is on 4th floor.

The property is well maintained and upgraded. The rooms are average size (not spacious) but clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is far from city center so you have to cab or bus in- not walkable. There is a nice waterfront area at walking distance and mall right around the corner but the location felt a bit far from the main hub. I went for an event at the convention center right next to it so perfect for that. Nice breakfast buffet and restaurant with water view. There was nightly music being played nearby that was a bit distracting for sleep. Hotel itself is very nice.

Clean, nice pool with a terrace/bar area. Breakfast is standard and tasty for a 4* hotel, but expensive for what you get, but i chose to opt out for breakfast and went to the foodcourt in the shopping mall opposite the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel.
