The front desk staff was great, very helpful, kind, and informative. The outside is a bit run down, but inside the common space is well put together. The restaurant was rarely open and I don't think I saw a bartender at the bar during our stay. It is far from most attractions, about an hour walk to la Rambla, and its hard to wave down a taxi. If you're using the public bus systems, there is a stop outside of the hotel.

Lovely hotel in a great area. Metro down the street. Great local cafes and shops. Staff friendly and helpful. No minibar or free items as advertised on Expedia. Buffet breakfast was great every day but sadly evening menu is only changed once a week. The food, portions and presentation are great but not for 7 nights!

Check in was great! the staff members were very helpful. The room was OK. The curtains were ripped and the overall condition of the room was Average at best. Most of the fittings in the bathroom was falling apart (Hand shower, toilet paper holder, wall mounted soap dish etc.) the cleanliness was poor. The kitchen dishes were sitting on reused paper towels. We dinned at the hotel one evening. The staff was great! They were extremely hospitable and friendly. The food in comparison to what's available around the hotel was, average and the cost for dinner did not match the quality of the surrounding restaurants.

Die Ortschaft war schön, Verkehrsmittel war auch sehr nah, das Zimmer war leider nicht so sauber vorallem das Badezimmer. Das wasser lief nicht runter im Waschbecken. An der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich.

I had a very pleasant stay at Aparthotel Atenea. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a small kitchenette. Établissement ne méritant pas les 4 étoiles. Chambre de luxe mais équipement spartiate. Vaisselle au minimum : 3 verres, une casserole..... Portes des placards et tiroirs dans la cuisine branlantes et désaxées. Minimun hygiènique dans la saĺle de bains avec pied de huisseries de la porte complètement désagrégé. Fils électrique d'une lampe de chevet n'ayant plus de gaine de protection. A la réception, personnel peu accueillant et jamais souriant. Heureusement, il y a le petit déjeuner copieux, varié avec Andréa, la dame qui s'en occupe toujours disponible et souriante.

Safe and quiet neighborhood. Staff is helpful. Spacious room with kitchenette. Modern bathroom. Breakfast buffet is great - fresh fruit, hot food, pastry and coffee. Walkable to many places of interest. I booked the hotel because I needed a place close to the Hospital however it is a 30 minute walk.

Les corts (where the hotel is located) is a great place to stay if you visit barcelona. It’s just far enough where you don’t get a touristy vibe but just only 4 stops on the metro to the heart of the city. The hotel is located right by the FC barcelona stadium and many eating and grocery spots near as well. Would definitely recommend!

What amazed me with this staying was the food I was served thanks to the fact that my reservation was half board, i.e. dinner was included. Such pre-paid food is usually not good, but the dinner served here was fantastic. If you eat meet, choose the veel cheek. It's truly amazing!
