The main reason for choosing this hotel was the availability of a two-bedroom apartment and the advertised on-site laundry facilities. Unfortunately, we discovered that laundry services for guests have not been available for over a year, although the website still indicates otherwise. The apartment is spacious and well laid out, offering good potential for a comfortable stay. However, it would benefit from greater attention to detail and maintenance. The listing mentions a coffee maker, but only a small espresso machine suitable for two people was provided instead of a standard drip coffee maker. No dish towels were available, which are useful even with a dishwasher. There were also no placemats for the dining table, and the cutlery was of poor quality. Wine glasses were not provided, which was unexpected. In one of the bedrooms, there was no bedside lamp, and we had to request one to be added. The living area would also benefit from softer lighting, as the bright ceiling fixtures make it less comfortable for relaxing in the evening. Basic amenities could be improved. Personnel très agréable qui parle français et toujours le sourire. Parking juste à côté avec tarif préférentiel pour les clients de l’appart Hôtel. Très bien situé à 5 minutes à pieds de l’arc de triomphe et 15 de la place catalane. Et ligne de métro L1 à proximité. L’appartement est grand mais peu lumineux et l’insonorisation est vraiment pas top. Des chambres on entend l’ascenseur, les personnes parler…

We only stayed for one night and everything was fine, good customer service, the apartment was clean, beds comfortable even the sofa bed, the air-conditioning was good, the only negative thing to say is that the on site parking was too expensive considering that plenty of availability in other cheaper sites nearby the aparthotel. We would definitely stay here again but without paying for the parking.

Very average aparthotel. Great location but property is extremely dated e.g. no smart TV and lots of wood everywhere. Bed was ok. Parking on property was ok I guess but pricey. Appreciate it's middle of summer super expensive per night and felt like a bit of a rip off. Anywhere guess that's Barcelona.

An old aparthotel though the size is big and the kitchen is very clean. The bathroom is old, the edge of the bathtub has black mouldy mark. It's a pity that the bathtub has no water stopper, even the reception staff was not able to provide one when asked, thus we could not use the bath tub. I won't go back next time.

My family and I stayed here for one night. The rooms were large as was the living area. The bathroom was large and the shower had great water pressure. The apartment was immaculate and the beds were comfortable. We thought it was priced very reasonably and would stay here again.

Property was not clean. Safe deposit box did not work, front desk person told me that they would fix it next day, which never happens. Four different person worked in the front desk while we were there. Except one of them, the other three never replied to us when we said hi. They acted like They did not care whether we were there as a guest or not. I would not stay there again.

An outdated property near main coach station and other public transport to go anywhere around Barcelona, everything worked as expected but found some fluffed bits under the bed as well as some strange stain on the bedding. Spotless bathroom, kitchen and living room. Supermarket and fresh bakery just across the street as well as many options food wise. Perfect for what was needed after a long day travelling.

The apartment is very nice, spacious and quiet if you’re facing the backyard, it’s very well located, close to the main Barcelona attractions, you can walk to everywhere. There are 2 supermarkets right aside the building and the front desk people are very nice and helpful. I will come back to this place if I have a chance!

Fantastic staff and great location. Not sure why others have said they were rude. We were always greeted with a smile from numerous staff members. Had a leak under our kitchen sink and it was fixed in 15mins. Efficient and had everything we needed for our week stay. Great location, close to all the touristy sites and amazing restaurants.

We checked in and were allocated a 5th floor apartment. I explained I didn't like lifts or heights. Helpful staff immediately reallocated us to a lower floor. Apartment was exceptionally spacious, somewhere I'd be happy to live ! Couple of issues with kitchen electrics were quickly solved by staff. We liked the large size of our unit and we liked the convenient location of the hotel. We did not like the unprofessional attitude of the person who checked us in. We arrived on a Sunday morning shortly before check in time and were told to return at 3:00 PM. When we pointed out that check in time was at 2:00, we were told that this was an error and that the Expedia website had not yet been updated. We were now told that check in time was at 2:30. We were also told that we’d be sent an email if a unit became available even though the man at the desk did not know our names nor email address. We pointed out that the hotel website showed a check in time of 2:00 as did the Expedia website. He merely shrugged and told us we could wait next door at a cafe. There were no chairs in the lobby of the hotel so we left, returning at 2:30. At no point did we receive an email stating that our unit was available. The hotel needs to find more professional staff for the check in desk.

Property was not clean. Safe deposit box did not work, front desk person told me that they would fix it next day, which never happens. Four different person worked in the front desk while we were there. Except one of them, the other three never replied to us when we said hi. They acted like They did not care whether we were there as a guest or not. I would not stay there again.

Nice little apartment. Living room furniture could use some updating. We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed stocked well enough. Felt very safe in the area and within the apartment. The staff at the front desk was very helpful for advice on restaurants and also to get us a cab when we were ready to leave. We appreciated that we could leave our bags there after checkout until we were ready to go to the airport.

Mohammad at the front desk helped us every day plan our outings. He was the most cheerful and helpful person. We truly appreciated him. It would have been nice to have a/c or a fan. The rooms were very warm and we were not comfortable leaving the windows open at night.

This was a great place for my family to stay! The property is close walking distance to the red and purple metro lines (different stations) and the Estacio del Nord bus station which really open the city up (a 1-zone metro ticket is sufficient for basically all of Barcelona) For major destinations, the beach is about a 25 min walk, La Sagrada Familia is about 20 min, and the Gothic Quarter is about 20 min. We never felt unsafe while walking around, and the city is very much designed with walking and biking in mind. For amenities, there are two grocery stores on this block, around five cafes within 1 block of walking, and a large variety of restaurants in the direction of the Estacio del Nord a couple blocks south of the property. Inside the apartment, everything was in excellent working condition, though it did take me a little while to figure out how to use the air conditioner. It was plenty of space for the three of us to unwind after a day of walking and tourism. The only downside for us (coming from a smaller, very quiet town) is that there is a lot of noise which comes with being in a major city; c/ de Napols is a fairly busy street at all hours, so there's lots of foot and vehicle traffic. Between that and the occasional cigarette smoke from the sidewalk (to which my wife is very sensitive), we weren't able to sleep with the windows open despite wanting to. This was fine as the windows did a good job reducing the noise. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location- 5 min from Metro, quite street, 2 supermarkets and bakery next to the apartment. Many asian and coffee shops in the area. Very helpful staff. Cleaning every day. Kitchen with all you need to cook.

It was pricey in my opinion. The apartment was decent and clean. Room service only included trash removal and new towels which is good. Many places don’t remove your trash so that was nice. Location is very central and convenient with supermarkets nearby. Would be helpful to have a washer but there was a laundromat within 3 min walk. I think the people at reception could be a little friendlier or nicer. They weren’t rude, but I do appreciate a welcoming atmosphere.
