Outstanding location, great staff, nice amenities, overall an excellent place to stay. Only thing that might improve it would be a slight maintenance facelift, there was some damage in the bathroom and the air conditioning needed service, our room was quite warm.

Esperava mais do hotel. Não tem academia, o elevador faz um barulho estranho, o ar condicionado fica armando e desarmando, fazendo barulho que me incomodava a noite. Não repõem as amenidades no banheiro e nem o roupão de banho. A localização é muito boa. O ponto forte é o café da manhã, que é excelente, gourmet, com várias opções. No mais , acho que olharia outras opções antes de fechar novamente. Paguei caro para o nível do hotel ( custo/ benefício não foi adequado).

Great location, public bus station in front of the hotel, walking distance from subway station. Quiet as it is a little far from plaça catalunya (10 min walk). Breakfast not included 18 euros per person. Nespresso coffee at all time from 11AM to 9PM which is great. Front desk very helpful. You may be disturbed early morning by the cleaning team, very loud! Walking distance from the main shopping street, casa batllo, brands, shopping centre as well as the gothic quarter and la rambla. Subway station to take you to the beach (barcelonita) is only walking distance from the hotel. Parc la ciutadella is 20min walking distance, you can find the main bus station there if you are planning to go to the Costa Brava.

Very convenient location. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The rooms are good size and comfortable. Air conditioning is vary by rooms as I got 4 rooms and one of them is not cold enough. The free coffee is excellent for breaks.

The hotel appears to be quite nice. The lobby and entrance make a good impression. However, it is evident that its peak of popularity occurred approximately 10 to 20 years ago. It would have been exceptional during that time. Signs of wear and tear are noticeable throughout. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend taking advantage of the room service. I indulged in a tasty club sandwich with a side of fries and tiramisu. The wedges, in particular, appeared to be of superior quality, not the typical frozen variety. In conclusion, I consider it to be a commendable hotel and would gladly recommend it to others.

The hotel is located in the center of Barcelona, which makes it quite convenient. It is however up for renovation. Quite some things are broken, such as ironing boards and irons in the rooms. The floor is letting go at some points in the room, and one of my colleagues got stuck in the elevator for 15 minutes. Standard rooms are quite small. The price of an overnight stay feels excessive given the state of the installations, and given the quality usually offered by Spanish 4-star hotels. The hotel staff were very nice, however.

Wonderful experience. We came a bit earlier and we were able to access the room. We were also able to leave our bags after our stay for couple of hours. Very clean and friendly staff.

First thing to point out is that this hotel claims to be 4 stars, but once you arrive you realize that it is clearly a 3 star accommodation. Overall it was a convenient stay due to the proximity of the hotel to many restaurants and the city locations. Staff was kind and welcoming. However, rooms and bathrooms have an outdated appearance. Upon arriving we also noticed that the cleanliness of the room wasn’t the best. The air conditioning never worked correctly during our 3 night stay and only functioned with the heating feature, which was uncomfortable to sleep with despite the cold winter weather in Barcelona.

Dette var så skuffende. Første dagen fant vi en død kakerlakk på rommet. Rommet var støvete og hotellet generelt trenger en skikkelig oppgradering. Det var også skjeggkre som vandret rundt inne på rommet. Rommene var overhodet ikke lydisolerte og man hørte alt som foregikk. Det var konstant bråk fra bakgården fra kl 7:45-01. I bakgården er det en barneskole med flere fotballbaner og de skriker og bråker til langt ut på kvelden og senere på kvelden er det musikk og bråk fra en uteservering. Nøkkelkortene måtte oppdateres flere ganger om dagen noe som ble veldig frustrerende etterhvert. Det hyggeligste med hele oppholdet var den smilende mannen som jobbet i frokostsalen. Jeg kommer IKKE til å booke dette hotellet igjen og ei heller anbefale dette videre.

The Acta Atrium Palace was clean, comfortable and convenient to everything. Most attractions are within an easy 15-20 minute walk. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Even though there are a lot of hotels in Barcelona, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Recommended. Buffet breakfast is available ( we didnt use) Taxi's are available on the corner, and there are several bakeries within 1-3 minute walk. For convenience we took a taxi from the airport (30eur).

O quarto no primeiro dia que chegamos havia cabelos espalhados, fora isso, é um prédio antigo, acabamentos antigos e velhos, a equipe é o atendimento foram impecáveis todos muitos solicitos e prestativos, o que deixou a desejar foi sim a infraestrutura, outro ponto importante é que pela manhã se escuta a limpeza dos outros quartos

The second time I've stayed at this hotel. The hotel provides a lot in comparison to a lot of other hotels which offer the bare minimum and are more expensive. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The location is also very good and walkable everywhere. Will come again.

The location was good, breakfast was worth it, pretty solid, but room was not optimal. Very low ceiling, bed not comfortable, AC was broken. Really thought it would be better. With so many good & not expensive options for hotels in Barcelona, kinda regret booking this particular one.

We stayed for a week over new year. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is great, perfect for walking around the city or catching buses and the metro. Clue was in the title, ‘Atrium’ for which there was but it runs up the middle of the hotel and any noise of excited guests checking in or out echoes and can be heard in your room; the hotel wakes up around 7am. The room was adequate but dark and on the small size with one window to another outside atrium (not the one used in the picture of our email). Private bathroom with shower, deep bath and bidet. Irons and kettles available on request. Breakfast available as well as coffee all day next to reception.

The hotel was well located and of decent quality for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful. Cleaning was available daily and Drawbacks - elevators and air conditioning were showing their age. The bedding and towels were lower quality, and the WiFi was absolutely terrible in our room. Cell service was also poor in parts of the building so if an internet connection is important to you, you’ll need to ensure you’re in a room with better cell service or close to a WiFi point.

카탈로니아 광장과 10분 이내 거리로 바르셀로나 관광지 어디를 가더라도 편리해서 좋았습니다. 그리고 조식도 다양한 종류에 아주 좋았고, 또한 숙소가 넓어서 3명 묵는데도 불편함이 전혀 없었습니다. 하지만 호텔이 오래된곳이라 낡은건 아쉬웠고, 방음도 잘되지 않아 옆방에 투숙객이 있을때는 힘들었습니다.
카탈로니아 광장과 10분 이내 거리로 바르셀로나 관광지 어디를 가더라도 편리해서 좋았습니다. 그리고 조식도 다양한 종류에 아주 좋았고, 또한 숙소가 넓어서 3명 묵는데도 불편함이 전혀 없었습니다. 하지만 호텔이 오래된곳이라 낡은건 아쉬웠고, 방음도 잘되지 않아 옆방에 투숙객이 있을때는 힘들었습니다.

The location of the hotel is perfect and in close proximity to all the shopping and metro. We were able to check in early as well. One thing is the AC unit wasn’t working properly and it felt wet and humid in the room, they looked into it and nothing changed.

Good area right in the centre walking distance to the catherdal and market places also tour bus, hotel was ok but not like 4 star. Staff werent very good didnt greet us maybe only once or twice, no morning no hello. Not very helpful, when I had a problem I rang from my room and was told to go down to reception to collect things no room service given. Also breakfast buffet isn't much, only had baked beans for 1day. Kitchen staff was good always greeted & was polite. Expected more for a 4 star hotel. No lunch or dinner & no swimming pool but they did tell me about that.

It is a convenience location. The room is good size. Staffs are friendly and helpful to provide local attractions around the hotel. It is an older building but was upgraded with quality materials years ago, not in recent fashion but elegant.

We stayed for a week over new year. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is great, perfect for walking around the city or catching buses and the metro. Clue was in the title, ‘Atrium’ for which there was but it runs up the middle of the hotel and any noise of excited guests checking in or out echoes and can be heard in your room; the hotel wakes up around 7am. The room was adequate but dark and on the small size with one window to another outside atrium (not the one used in the picture of our email). Private bathroom with shower, deep bath and bidet. Irons and kettles available on request. Breakfast available as well as coffee all day next to reception.

Overall the accommodations were good for the price. Bathroom was clean but needs a bit of updating. It is well located near the center of Barcelona and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Clean, nice rooms. But room was crazy hot. A/C only pumped out more hot air. Slept with the window open ...in January. In room coffee maker should also be standard. Staff was great though!

The Acta Atrium Palace was clean, comfortable and convenient to everything. Most attractions are within an easy 15-20 minute walk. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Even though there are a lot of hotels in Barcelona, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Recommended. Buffet breakfast is available ( we didnt use) Taxi's are available on the corner, and there are several bakeries within 1-3 minute walk. For convenience we took a taxi from the airport (30eur).

Great location, public bus station in front of the hotel, walking distance from subway station. Quiet as it is a little far from plaça catalunya (10 min walk). Breakfast not included 18 euros per person. Nespresso coffee at all time from 11AM to 9PM which is great. Front desk very helpful. You may be disturbed early morning by the cleaning team, very loud! Walking distance from the main shopping street, casa batllo, brands, shopping centre as well as the gothic quarter and la rambla. Subway station to take you to the beach (barcelonita) is only walking distance from the hotel. Parc la ciutadella is 20min walking distance, you can find the main bus station there if you are planning to go to the Costa Brava.

The first night, the A/C was blowing full blast because I didn't think to check the thermostat, which was set to 10ºC . It turns out that "guassian noise" was a blessing because the second night, after adjusting the thermostat to a normal temp, you could hear "hotel noise" all night long - not loud but always in the background. Other than that, it's well located, clean, and the breakfast is quite good. Nespresso café - free throughout the entire day!

Staff was great. Room was refreshed with water and clean. Check in was amazing and I was allowed to check in early. My only issue was the shower head needed replacing as the hose leaked so pressure was low and a lot of water was coming out of the hose.
