Literie confortable, petit déjeuner très onéreux. Nous avions réservé un parking surveillé et couvert auprès d’un prestataire autre que l’hôtel pour 5 nuits à 50€ et situé à 8 mn de notre hébergement. Nous étions au 9° et dernier étage desservit par un seul ascenseur étroit et lent et pas pratique lors de l’arrivée d’un bus de touristes pour 1 nuitée. Obligés de monter les 9 étages à pied. Notre séjour était de 5 nuitées.

This place is amazing for a three star hotel. I have stayed in a few places in the Sagrada Familia vicinity and I definitely would come back here. Firstly, the rooms very very clean, hoovered and serviced daily. There was a generous supply of toiletries, toothbrush/toothpaste pack and razor/shaving cream packs, as well as the usual vanity kits etc. slippers also provided. Great air conditioning which was a life saver during one of the hottest weeks in July/Aug. I didn’t dine there however the set up and menus were impressive. Our room had tea and coffee facilities as well as a very handy fridge for milk and snacks. We also were delighted to have a beautiful balcony to relax on complete with table and chairs. The location is the biggest highlight in my opinion, Clot metro station is less than five minutes walk which served us most of our stay. We also used Encants station which again was less than 10 mins in the opposite direction. Closeby there are plenty of great supermercats, a lidl, bakeries and restaurants. The only thing I would prefer would be a larger pool area, we checked it out but it was quite small and many people already using it, not a big deal as we used Barcelonetta beach most days to swim. Overall delighted with our stay and hope to visit again.

The rooms have everything you need for a stay - i stayed for business so didn't spend much time in the hotel but the room was comfortable and clean and the staff very helpful. The breakfast room is large and well set out with a great choice and good food so this is a huge plus. i have stayed here twice now and would stay again. The hotel is manageable walk to the Sagrada familia, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within a 20 minute walk. The pool is very small and overlooked by appartments but they have made good use of the area and is nice for a quick dip

This hotel was just “ok” in my opinion. The staff were not very friendly, the check-in took over 20 minutes, and the room was not fully cleaned when I arrived. I did feel safe and it served it’s purpose of being a place to stay while in town. It’s just a very far walk from a lot of things to do.

So for being a upscale hotel it was dirty in the room. Bathroom floors need to be recaulked. We walked the town and it was in a good location. Staff is great. Breakfast was lacking refills of milk and didn't offer regular coffee.

Decent size room but bathroom was a joke. You had to literally climb over the toilet to get into the bath / shower. Extremely unsafe. Had to sit sideways on the toilet because of a marble counter directly in front of it that you hit your legs on when you stand up. Bath was so small you could only sit cross legged in it or go on your back and slide your legs up the wall (not an exageration - the toilet was more than half the length of the bath). I don't mind a small bathroom but it has to be functional... The staff reaction when I reported this and the dirty blankets & dirty towel was non-descript - no apology, nothing. This hotel shouldn't be offered on Expedia.

The rooms have everything you need for a stay - i stayed for business so didn't spend much time in the hotel but the room was comfortable and clean and the staff very helpful. The breakfast room is large and well set out with a great choice and good food so this is a huge plus. i have stayed here twice now and would stay again. The hotel is manageable walk to the Sagrada familia, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within a 20 minute walk. Location was good but surrounding area was just Ok. Normal room size was very small for the cost. There was just about 2 -3 feet around the bed. It was a bit claustrophobic. Staff is really nice and helpful.

Leider gab es eine Baustelle an der Fassade. Am zweiten Tag haben die Handwerker eine Plastikfolie am einzigen Fenster des Zimmers angebracht, sodass ich letztendlich keinen Ausblick hatte und mich wie eingemauert fühlte. Ab etwa 8:00 Uhr begannen die Handwerker mit dem Hämmern. Das Hotel ist beeindruckend groß. Ein solches Zimmer hätte ich auf keinen Fall einem Gast gegeben, der für sechs Tage bleibt. Die Eier beim Frühstück sind außerdem nicht besonders frisch. Wir hatten beide nach dem Frühstück an zwei verschiedenen Tagen Magenschmerzen, nachdem wir die gekochten Eier gegessen haben. Das lässt sich allerdings leider nicht beweisen… Ist nur eine begründete Vermutung.

Great staff, nice breakfast, great location, the property is clean. For our room, bathroom is clean, water pressure and water temperature are great. Air conditioning is okay - temperature swings over night, sometimes it gets too warm without changing the setting. Some outlets for charging don’t work. Overall, this hotel is still a good choice.

The room itself was very modern, with twin beds, tea-making facilities, and a clever Bluetooth system that played music from speakers in both the room and bathroom — a great touch. The only downside was the sliding bathroom door, which was quite stiff and difficult to use

Totally waste of money. The room was very very small. Claustrophobic. 8 feet width and probably including the toilet room, it would be about 15 feet in length. For the price of 225 euros per night, I stayed for 3 nights. It was a sheer and total waste of money. No sufficient toiletries. Just one bottle of water which was not replaced. There was a balcony which is of no use, especially if you are a business traveler.

The staff was rude and at 8am there was a slamming door! I had to call the front desk 3 times. The first time they said they will check it out. The second time they said it was the cleaning lady. I don’t know how this could be they have elevators and a front door and back door there’s no reason for that. Then they said the door was broken and it was the wind. What do you pay for at a hotel? SLEEP!!! Once I checked out I told the front desk how I had no sleep due to this and he just said oh it’s broken we have to fix it and laughed. I was also provided coffee and tea and then told it wasn’t free. Once again I asked the front desk why that was when I was checking out and they said no, it’s free. I think this hotel needs to train its staff members better bring a 4 star hotel. And no room should be up for rent if there are problems that the guess can not sleep. It was extremely loud slamming from 8am to 12pm. NO SLEEP! Thanks for starting my Christmas morning this way.

There were too many people at reception. The other staff were distracting the check in people because I think they were being trained? I don’t know but it took forever to check in and it was annoying! Their English was ok but too many people standing around doing nothing!

Pool is smaller than pic but still a great asset in 40deg temps. Very smart hotel. Out of centre but good transport links with Metro across the road. Lovely little lit up sidestreet with tapas bars in next block.

Great location.. 15 mins walk to la Sagrada familia..really close to metro stop, lots of places to eat around the hotel, mini supermarkets as well. 14 mins walk to a nice mini mall with lots to eat, shop and the flea market is also about a 16 mins walk, to get to the airport on the metro was a bit long, so be prepared. Overall, good hotel and would stay again.

Très bon séjour. La chambre était conforme à la description qui en avait été faite. Le personnel est très serviable et très aimable. L'hôtel se situe à 15 mn à pied de la Sagrada Familia et 3 mn à pied d'une station de train (ligne directe pour l'aéroport). Comme j'ai tout visité à pied, je ne peux pas dire grand-chose sur les transports publics mais de ce que j'ai entendu, ils permettent d'aller à peu près partout.

The Catalonia Sagrada Familia is a lovely little hotel, with very friendly staff and a nice little bar and restaurant. While it may not be located in the best part of the city, it’s a 15 minute walk to the Sagrada Familia. There are some nice little cafes and restaurants dotted about the place within easy walking distance. I’d definitely stay there again and wouldn’t have any issues in recommending it to friends.
