Loved this well situated hotel. 20 min walk to centro, passing many wonderful cafes and restaurants! The hotel is modern, and beautiful. The windows in the rooms open. The rooftop bar and pool are amazing. The spa!!! Is top notch.

Great hotel 3 km away from all the hustle and bustle of Barcelona city centre. Walking distance to Sagrada Familia and metro station across the street. The receptionists will do their outmost for you to have a great stay. Especially Gerard gets a big ‘thank you’ from us! Spa access is included in the terrace room price, otherwise 15 euro per person. Great breakfast! Restaurant at the hotel and restaurants and supermarkets in the area. If you are a light sleeper, book one of the sound proof rooms. Amazing view from the rooftop terrace and a small pool.

Staff were so helpful, rooms was exactly as pictured! The rooftop pool and spa were brilliant! Breakfast was really good, a lot of different options all very fresh! Good location. Can’t fault it at all would 100% book again. Ps staff found my friends glasses which he thought he lost for good ❤️

The check-in process was very slow and it took ages for the staff to get us our rooms. The elevators were slow and there seemed to be too few elevators for the number of floors and guests. Excellent rooms and rooftop pool and bar. The breakfast was really good but the breakfast room was incredibly noisy!

Das Hotel hatten wir wegen der Lage und Ausstattung ausgesucht - wir waren sechs Nächte dort. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig, nur manchmal waren die heißen Speisen nicht richtig warm. Das Hotel hatte zwar einen Pool, der war aber klein und nicht so richtig einladend. Es gab keine Sonnenschirme etc. - in der prallen Sonne war es kaum auszuhalten. Die Zimmer waren gut und groß - ich würde es wieder buchen.

Had a great stay at this hotel. It’s just across the street for metro/trains El clot with direct access to airport and the city. Felt no problem with our safety or the nabo hood. The service was excellent, the staff spoke excellent English and had a room ready for us many hours before check in! We had a spacious room with a modern twist. Big bathroom with a beautiful bathtub. There are several coffee shops and a bakery just out side, so we didn’t try the hotel breakfast. The rooftop was great, with sun beds and a clean nice pool. Service up there from the bar was great - he made really good drinks! I definitely recommend and would love to come back.

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was ecxellent. It reminded me of my home back in Sydney. The staff at reception were friendly, courteous and polite. They have a ramp for access that is accessible.for luggage. I arrived a bit before 12.00am and the access was closed which is understandable for security reasons. Hotel was close to the train station and the bus stop is right outside.

O hotel é antigo, sem manutenção. O Bairro não é legal, o nosso apartamento tinha camas confortáveis mas o banheiro tinha um cheiro ruim. A única vantagem é que tem metro muito perto, mas não recomendo esse hotel.

Very clean, breakfast was amazing as had a big variety of food choice. Close to transport to get you anywhere. Had a birthday surprise in a room from all the stuff. Bottle of water and a muffin with a candle also had a complementary drink with my friends in a bar. Was great and would recommend to anybody to stay there.

The room was very bright and noisy. Light was shining in around the entire door, plumbing ran in the ceiling and was quite noisy when neighbors used water. Even though it was a non-smoking room, it clearly smelt of smoke. Before 8AM construction started upstairs which added to the already noisy room and woke me up early. Staff was quite unfriendly at check-in. Breakfast, however, was amazing but does not make up for the faults.

The hotel is very clean, big rooms and really good breakfast. It is possible to walk to Sagrada Familia from the hotel. Many grocery stores and restaurants in the area. Bus stop is in front of the hotel and subway is across the street. We did not need to use the parking but they have a parking garage for guests.

The hotel is not in Barcelona’s center but instead a short ride on the efficient metro system. Walking will take you 40min to 1hr. The rooms are on the smaller side but comfortable and clean. The bathroom however was a little dated. Good quality towels and soap/shampoo but no sleepers or bathrobes are available. Amenities in the room seem to be kept to a minimum. Breakfast was good but I wouldn’t pay the hotel’s price and instead would go out to the many cafes if it was more than €10pp. The main problem was that when we arrived the floor had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke and the room next to us kept playing very loud music all day long. Constant calls to the concierge and everyone on our floor banging on that room’s door didn’t seem to sort anything. That is quite unacceptable, whoever was there should have been asked to stop it or leave the premises. Instead tbe attitude seemed to be to just let it continue.

Das Mobiliar war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war zu Straße ausgerichtet. Die Fenster sind allerdings bloß einfach verglast, sodass der Lärm der Straße komplett zu hören war. Ohne Oropax war schlagen unmöglich.

The staff was amazing, the hotel was 2 min away from the metro made it easy to move around the city. The spa was relaxing only you no stress, the rooftop was beautiful could see the city and the breakfast was nice.

Wonderful service. Great staff. Central location super close to Metro. Lovely rooftop pool and bar with great views. Comfy beds. Left AirPods in room when we flew home and the staff mailed them back to the US. Great hotel!!

The reservation was incorrect and was booked for 2 people instead of just one. I was told I was being charged for 2 breakfasts and because it was already in the system they couldn’t refund me. I asked if they could move me to a room with one bed instead of two singles and was told no but asked if they could look the next day. I checked the next morning and was told to check later in that day, I checked again at 3 and got attitude from the lady at the desk saying I needed to request it in the morning. They finally moved me to a room which was a disable accessible room and was probably one of the worst rooms I’ve ever been in, felt like a corner closet. The sheets were also as hard as cardboard. It was a terrible experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

As a member of Catalonia Hotels, you are promised certain perks, such as complimentary water in the room and other small benefits. None of these were provided during my stay. I was given a room without any drinkable water. When I asked about this, the General Manager responded in a rude and dismissive manner, stating that “we don’t give our clients water.” This is surprising and unacceptable for a hotel that markets itself as a 4-star property. Housekeeping was extremely basic, and there was a noticeable smell of marijuana coming from staff members, which is completely inappropriate. On my first morning, I asked if it was possible to extend my stay by one additional night and was told the hotel was fully booked. However, when I checked the Hotels.com app shortly afterward, the same hotel showed availability, and I was able to book the extra night without any issue. After this, the hotel blamed me for having to turn another guest away, which is unreasonable. I was traveling with a large amount of luggage and a service dog, so staying in the same hotel was clearly the most practical option. The only aspect of this hotel that resembles a true 4-star experience is the bar and restaurant. Everything else, including service, cleanliness, and management attitude, falls well below that standard. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and I truly regret choosing this hotel.

The hotel was well located as you could reach the close station with a direct train connection from Airport (R2N) and only needed to walk about 3-5 minutes. The price of the hotel was one of the best we found for the value it offered in barcelona. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We did not like the bathroom that much as the water was spilling from the shower towards the door and floor. It was also very low ceilings in the bathrub/shower so if you were over 180cm tall, you will probably hit the ceiling. The rooms are not much protected against noise and our room at the elevator was therefore rather unpleasant.

Geweldig hotel midden in een uitstekende wijk waar je in loopafstand bij Glories en Els Encants bent. De metro is 1 min van je hotel om de hoek en zit gelijk op de rode L1 lijn waar alle belangrijke metrostations aan liggen. Een top hotel met geweldig personeel en ontbijt. Vergeet ook niet even in de Spa te genieten voor 10 euro pp en in de gastbar kan je ook heerlijk eten! Ik ga snel weer terug.. tot gauw Catalonia Atenas!
