Sehr saubere Zimmer, die Lage vom Hotel war top.. alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen und trotzdem schläft man überraschend ruhig. Leider ist es fast unmöglich einen Termin für 4 Personen im Spa zu bekommen. Termine sehr begrenzt verfügbar und max. 4 Personen pro Stunde. Bei den Standard-Zimmern kostet die Poolnutzung pro Person/ pro Stunde 15€. Das Wasser war uns viel zu kalt.

The location was great. Right next to La Rambla, close to many markets, close to the Hop On Hop Off buses. We had a room on the top floor with a small pool (not heated) but the balcony was huge, room was clean and modern.

Very good staff, when the pool was closed they sent us to the sister hotel a block a way with all the other hotels amenities. Definitely pay the Expedia extra for breakfast otherwise it $20 at hotel.

It is a lovely hotel with close access to Placa Catalonia, Old City and Ramblas. The room was comfortable, and the bar was friendly and inviting. The downside was the housekeeping. The floor was not overly clean, our beds were not made each day and our glasses just stacked up without being removed.

Overall, an alright stay. The most disappointing thing for us was that our bedroom unfortunately stank of cigarette and they didn't have another room to move us to. Our young kids really did not like it, it felt like we walked in straight into an ashtray! It was pretty bad, the cleaner kindly tried with some odour spray but the smell was on the room walls and bed head. We believe that the hotel policy must improve for the benefit of all clients and not just for some, if it's a NON SMOKING premises and it's not allowed to smoke in the room, then the management should act like they need to take measures in that sense! In Australia, hotels do fine a good fine from your credit card deposit if you don't comply. Rules are there to be respected. If I want to smoke, I go out and do it there...

La experiencia fue muy mala ya que la habitación que nos asignaron estaba infectada de chinches, solicitamos el cambio y nos asignaron a la habitación de a lado, indicando en Recepción que no queríamos estar junto a esa habitación porque seguramente estaría infectada también de chinches, asignándonos una habitación en una parte remodelada del hotel. Debo dejar claro que la atención del personal de Recepción fue EXCELENTE!!! Como último comentario el Precio-Calidad del Hotel deja mucho que desear, no me volvería a hospedar en este hotel

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a nicer room without even asking, such a thoughtful gesture and truly great service, especially when you travel often for work. The room was spacious and located on the top floor, featuring a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel itself is charming and beautifully maintained. You can tell it’s an older building, but that only adds to its character and atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better, it’s super central and within walking distance of all the main shopping streets, La Rambla, and everything else you might want to explore in Barcelona. Overall, a wonderful experience that I’d happily recommend!

Junior suite with pool was amazing. Nicest room I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was wonderful with the biggest walk in shower I have ever seen. The plunge pool on the terrace was fantastic to cool down after sightseeing nearby.

Chambre répertoriée comme une suite au dernier étage avec terrasse et piscine privative. Accueil agréable avec en chambre fruits frais et une bouteille de cava. Par contre, chambre mal insonorisé entre le bruit sur le palier et le bruit des blocs moteurs clim sur le toit. Chambre grande mais agencement inapproprié. Une seule pièce ce qui ne correspond pas au standard d’une suite. Beaucoup de places perdues avec une salle de bain ridicule par sa taille malgré une belle douche italienne. La porte de la salle de bain vient taper le wc quand on l’ouvre… Dans une suite, les wc ne sont pas dans la salle de bain … Grande terrasse avec vis à vis et un mobilier minimaliste. Piscine correcte pour la terrasse dommage qu’elle ne soit pas chauffée. C’est propre mais on peut observer que l’établissement est vieux et que cela n’est pas entretenu. Bâti en bois de la porte de la salle de bain totalement abîmé par l’humidité. Traces noires d’humidité au plafond de la salle de bain… L’emplacement est top mais l’hôtel a besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement.

Hot room. Stay was good, hotel nice, except for the hot hotel room. Stayed in late November and was 50-60 degrees outside (10-15C), but inside our room was regularly 80F (27C). AC for the building was turned off for the winter and our room opened onto the noisy street. Keeping the door open a few hours before bed only dropped the temp to 75F, and then you wake up to 80F in the room. So you have to decide between a hot room (portable fan offered and used did nothing) or lots of street noise (cars, drunk yelling, construction, deliveries).

This was an emergency stay. The staff was awesome , especially Gaston and Noelia at the front desk. Helped me immensely in getting settled in. Outstanding training with the staff , food and breakfast are fantastic, hotel amenities are excellent. Thank you to the hotel and its staff , for such attentive care and understanding.

Vores nøgler virkede aldrig. Personalet til morgenmaden var yderst ubehøvlede og nedstirrede os meget ubehageligt, specielt ham der bestemte. Den udendørs spa var under ombygning og derfor lukket. Dertil var der konstant larm fra noget byggeri vor de bankede. Vi blev nød til at flytte værelse fordi larmen var så slem, men på det nye var der stadig larm.

カタローニャ広場からすぐの場所にあり、観光に大変便利でしたし、治安も良かったです。ホテル内の雰囲気もとても素敵でした。スタッフの人の対応も親切で良かったのですが、フロントが小さく2名体制での対応なので、チェックインもチェックアウトも何人か並び、少し待たされて時間がかかりました。チェックインはともかく、チェックアウトはオンラインや、機械で出来るようにしてもらえると混雑が減るのではないかと思いました。またお掃除の際に、スーツケースを1つベットの下に入れたままにされて見当たらなかった為、一瞬盗まれたのかと思いかなり慌てました。お掃除の為にどかしたのであれば、元に戻しておいてほしかったです。

C’est bien la 1ere fois, qu’arrivant avec une carte infinité et un statut gold Hôtels.com, je suis aussi mal accueilli dans un hôtel. Le réceptionniste était antant désagréable que suspicieux, et il m’a donné l’impression de me considérer comme un voleur. Au surplus , il ne savait pas compter, et a tenter de m’extorquer 1469 euros au lieu des 907 euros de ma réservation. En dehors de ça, piscine agréable, petit déjeuner très bon, et staff de restaurant et de ménage adorable. La literie m’a paru très désagréable. Mais surtout ,la carte magnétique de la chambre, qui était chaque jour défaillante, et qui m’obligeait à retourner au desk en permanence. Je n’y retournerai pas, avec certitude, et je ne recommande pas l’hôtel .

Great location just of Placa Catalunya. Many bus and several metro lines a short walk away and cabs outside the door everyone we walked out over 3 days. Excellent staff. Paid for a room with big balcony and mini-soaking pool which was really nice. Only negatives: it a bit dated and price was a little high, but considering location we would absolutely stay again

Fabulous location on the corner of Catalunya Plaza (which has access to 4 tube lines, and buses across the City). A stones throw from Ramblas, and Gaudi highlights, and a sensible walk to Segrada Familia. Just 4 stops on the tube to Gaudi Park. I believe that the tube also runs to directly to the airport, so there is no need for expensive Taxi Transfers. The hotel is very 'grown up', and quite formal.

The room was very nice, had decent space for Europe hotel. The breakfast buffet was fantastic! All kinds of options include freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff could not hv been more helpful and pleasant. The small spa was fun, relaxed in little pool. I would stay here again.

Was here for a 2 night. The location was perfect, walking distance to a lot of landmarks, food and shopping. The rooms itself were clean but could have had more amenities, e.g. there were 3 of us but was given only 1 toothbrush. They have the shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap in one of those containers permanently placed on the wall, but they had no facecloths, only hand and bath towels. How does one use the liquidsoap to shower without a facecloth to scrub?!? There were also no robes provided, and the facial tissue was prepacked in an envelope of about 5 pcs. They have a coffee station and kettle in the room but no water provided. We had to go to the Supermercat at 4 in the morning to buy water and make instant coffee. The breakfast buffet was great. I highly recommend purchasing it when you book the room, or its about 23 euro per person if you walk in. Theres a huge variety of bread, pastries, hot breakfast, cold cuts and cheese, bread, fresh juices, and egg station where you can request to have your eggs cooked based on your preference. They have gluten free options and have lactose free milk for the cereal station. The staff at the front desk are very friendly, specialy Ahmed. Check in and check out was a breeze. Like that their check out time is at 12 noon. We were able to stay until it was time to board our cruise ship. Overall had a good stay, but its good to be prepared and bring your own necessities that they dont provide.
