The hotel was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. It was in a good location and if facing the square, the views were magnificent. Meals were available in the bar but the main restaurants didn’t open until 8 pm. We did eat in the Mediterranean restaurant and the lamb was totally disgusting, raw white slimy skin and loads of white bubbly fat with no edible meat and the monk fish was tasteless rubber.
The hotel was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. It was in a good location and if facing the square, the views were magnificent. The hotel is located in a convenient district. The metro station is right in front of the hotel. You can easily reach all the sights in 10 mins. The room is clean and spacious. The double window in the front works very well to block noise from the busy street. The breakfast is rich in choices. The staff are very friendly. The only down point is the elevator. A few of the elevators do not reach the same height as the floor. So there is a small step of about 3 cm when the elevator door opens. It's enough to make people fall when they are not paying attention. A kid did fall in front of us. It happened a few times in different elevators in different floors. I think it should be fixed.

The room has no air condition as it only runs heating. It should be both coz people have different perspective on temperature. The room was warm and let the windows open but it could be better with the air condition. The pool was closed??? Why because its winter, it could also be a good idea to open it coz sime people would love to swim even on winter time. Staffs are great. Thank you
