Nice property. Quiet and nice rooftop pool. A bit of a walk to get to the hot spots.

Séjour agréable, accueil et personnel très chaleureux et sympathique. J'ai apprécié la propreté et le confort de la chambre ceci dit le manque d'une fenêtre avec une vue se fait sentir rapidement ! Le rooftop avec la piscine est super agréable et il est possible de boire un verre en fin de journée avant la fermeture à 20h . Tarif super pour la localisation, je pourrais y revenir si besoin !

The junior suite was lovely in so far as it was spacious well appointed and had everything we expected. The downside was the noise from some sort of fan that starts and stops intermittently but makes a huge noise like a door being slammed, on some occasions you can feel the room shudder. The late night noise is also amplified from reception and where the bar is, it’s quite unfortunate because the rest of the experience was wonderful.

Me gustó mucho este hotel. La habitación era muy cómoda y moderna, y estaba limpia. La cama muy cómoda también. El personal atento y amable. Aproveché del gimnasio pero no tuve la oportunidad de ver la piscina. Está a 5-8 minutos andando de la estación de Sants y hay varios supermercados de 24h alrededor.

The bathroom was dirty, and room when I got look like it didn’t clean it for us.

A newly refurbished property, part of the chain of Catalonia hotels in Barcelona. Only around 50 rooms, so quite quiet. Room was bright and clean, good comfortable bed, fridge, safe etc, and a largish modern bathroom. Good value

I had many problems during my one night stay at this hotel. Check in took very long because their system was down, so they couldn't give anyone a room key. Meaning we had to wait along with others for one staff member to run and unlock our rooms, which I found not secure because anyone could claim they stayed in a room and they didn't check identity or verify. Then, as soon as I walked in my room I noticed there was still waste in the toilet, and it had not been cleaned. There was no WiFi the entire stay, which made it difficult for me to plan any excursions or talk to family back home. The air conditioning in my room didn't work and it was so hot and uncomfortable. There is absolutely no soundproofing, and the rooms are connected through the bathroom vent, so you can hear when a person goes to the bathroom; what they're doing in there and can smell it. To make matters worse a lot of people in the hotel smoked in the non-smoking rooms which floated to my room, and there was no possible window to open and no AC so all my clothes smell like cigarettes. To top it all off my room didn't have hot or warm water to shower with. When I let staff know, they were extremely apologetic and gave me a free hard cider as compensation, which was very appreciated but cannot take away from my horrible experience. I have been to 4 different hotels my entire stay in BCN and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone if you value comfort, and safety while traveling.

Hotel muy limpio, en buenas condiciones, agua caliente, cama cómoda, céntrico (a 3mn de la estación de Sanz y de metro) restaurantes, supermercados, farmacias y de todo cerca, zona tranquila….creo q es lo q buscamos los viajeros El atención del personal muy correcta y amable Repetiremos cuando volvamos a Barcelona!

Property is a 10 minute walk to the train station. Staff was very helpful with any request and were always available to assist as requested. Plenty of dining options nearby all within walking distance. Room was clean, comfortable and AC worked well. Overall excellent experience at the property.

Nice clean place. Rooms are large but vinyl planking in hallways and rooms makes it very noisy, especially when other guests come home late and you can hear the heels echo in the room and hallways. They need some rugs.

Overall we loved the hotel. The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was very clean, comfortable and cozy with a living room separately, a walk in closet, a double sink bathroom and a nice king size bed. A plate of fresh fruits as welcoming token was a plus! The only issue we had was the noise from the AC every time it kicked on. I’m a very light sleeper so that was a bit difficult for me. The room is the very first room you see when you enter the hotel, up a few steps of the stairs. Other than that, we loved the hotel. Location was great too as we needed to be close to the Sants Station to catch an early train to Madrid. Public transportation was so easy to access. We didn’t need to rent a car!

My friend and I stayed here for our trip and it was absolutely wonderful! As some have said the room was on the small side but it was more than adequate for our needs. The shower had good water pressure, you could link apps to the tv, and they even offered us free umbrellas when it was raining. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend staying here.

The most comfortable beds and pillows. Soundproofed windows which is great. Bathroom is large and there was lots of storage in room. We will stay here again if we ever get to come back to Barcelona.

A suitable hotel for an overnight stay near the main station. The room was small and had a window to the light well.

Excellent service. Jordi at the reception is so fiendly and helpful. He even offered us a map of the city and highlighted the places of where to go.

Could not fault the service at this hotel .. kept our bags before and after check in and then chased a taxi down for outside when we left because they were busy .. Thankyou

This was an amazing medium sized hotel. From start to finish everything was perfect. Front desk gave us great dinner options as well as directions to everywhere we were headed. We can't thank Javier enough for check in and our misplaced phone. He was calming and understanding.

Idéalement placé pour qui veut accéder aux transports:Train, avion ou métro, cet hôtel rénové est un bon choix ! Moins de 100 euros pour une chambre très correcte et un accueil agréable et professionnel. Je recommande.

It was a pleasant stay. Breakfast was excellent and staff we great and even though the rooms are on the smaller side, for a solo traveller it is more than sufficient. Close to the sants station too which is a bonus.

Very close to main train station, no need for taxi. Further away from many main points of interest, but if you enjoy walking, you are fine. Easy access from the airport via train station. Rooms a little smaller but very clean.

Front desk personnel were friendly, professional and informative. Walkable to the main train station which was very important to us. Also walkable to local grocery stores and restaurants and metro lines. Breakfast was a nice spread but sitting area was quite small. Room was clean. Would stay again.

Wonderful breakfast

Väldigt bra läge från Barcelona Sants. Vi reser med hund och hade bokat för hund eftersom hotellet marknadsför sig som hundvänligt, skulle mer kalla det hundaccepterande. Hade varit bra med info om att du måste betala 200€ i kontant depositon vid incheckning ifall din hund förstör något. Lite tråkigt rum på källarplan utan fönster med utsikt. Väldigt hjälpsam receptionst vid incheckning som gav råd om matställen i närheten. Frukosten var fenomenalt bra, extra plus för bra glutenfria alternativ. Skulle absolut komma tillbaka hit.
