Staff was great - very helpful. The room was a small for the price and the walls were thin so when a large group of teenage boys arrived bedlam ensued until 11 pm. The bus to Park Guell was readily accessible and the metro was a 10 minute walk downhill but longer uphill! The pool was small but there were 3 lounge areas that were very nice.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, and well located in the north of the city only three metro stops from the centre. It is close to Park Guell as the name suggests, but be warned you need to have booked tickets online for the park or you can't get in, and they sell out very quickly. The biggest negative issue with the hotel was the lack of any soundproofing, you could hear the neighbouring rooms far too easily, and that's before I talk about the bathroom. The bathroom was clean and everything worked, but the door was glass, which gave no privacy in terms of sound which really is not pleasant. There was also not tea/coffee making facilities in the room which is highly unusual in my experience. The swimming pool on the roof gives great views, but is extremely small.

l hôtel été en travaux avec pas de parking disponible du personnel qui n as même pas aider mon épouse pour ces bagages dans un ascenseur de chantier , des petits déjeunes a 34 euros par personne dans une salle ouverte au courant d air , on devais faire vite tellement il faisait froid et rien n est indiquer , normalement l hôtel aurait être fermer pour travaux et aucune compensation financière , c’est un scandale et c’est pas normal a 310 euros pour deux nuit et petit déjeuner

Kamers waren erg ruim en heel netjes. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. De metro lag op nog geen 6 min lopen vanaf het hotel. Met de metro zit je binnen 15 bij de Segrada Familia. Het zwembad op het dakterras heeft een waanzinnig uitzicht. Het hotel zit in een heuvelachtig gebied. Het is veel berg op en berg af. Goede schoenen zijn dus een must.

Hotel correcto. Buena ubicación para llegar en coche y cerca de metro para llegar al centro. Dificil de parar delante del hotel para descargar las maletas. Baño extremadamente pequeño, por lo menos en la habitación 402 que en la que estuvimos. Muy buen desayuno. Gastrobar agradable para cenar

Safe and quiet neighborhood but still close to the bus and metro. Staff and service were fantastic. There was always someone to answer any questions we had. Our room had quite small windows so we could never really tell what time of day it was. Wish the bedding and linens were a little more comfortable, particularly the pillows. It was very clean and the cleaning services were very thorough which was very appreciated. The neighborhood was cute and had great views of the surrounding hills. Walkable to Park Guell, too!

Stayed in a quadruple room with my family. The pictures online looked a lot nicer than in real life. There were two bathrooms inside (one with a toilet and shower and one with a toilet shower/tub and sink). The door to the first bathroom would not even close completely because the frame was warped at the bottom. The tile floors were leaking with water underneath them. We would also get a sewer smell every night. Walls are thin in room so you can hear a lot from everyone else. Lobby and restaurant were nice and updated. Our room was not. Heard the breakfast is great here but we did not try it. We ordered pizza and it tasted like cardboard. If using local transportation, you have to walk half a hilly mile to metro. Was fine for us but could be a challenge for some. Staff were polite but would not stay here again.

Mi primera noche estuve en el piso 2 donde el pasadizo olía a cigarro. En la habitación encima de mi cuarto una pareja hacia mucho ruido teniendo sexo y moviendo la cama toda la madrugada. La segunda noche, me levanto en la madrugada el olor a cigarro/ marihuana de los chicos del costado de las habitaciones. La tercera noche como comenzó a oler el cigarro en la tarde como a las 6pm pedí cambio de cuarto y gracias a Dios me cambiaron a otra habitación en el piso 5. También rogué por extra almohadas ya que tenía por problema de reflujo. Solo me quisieron aumentar dos almohadas. Cuando hice el cambio de cuarto, pedi por esas dos extra almohadas y solo me quisieron dar 1 de más. El hotel se encontraba limpio y ordenado. Todo el personal amable, pero el ruido y humo a cigarro en los pisos era muy desagradable que me hizo arrepentirme de irme de mi Airbnb donde estuve los primero días en BCN, que aunque no tenía todas las comodidades, era más tranquilo y se respira aire puro.

I had a lot of issues during my one night stay here. During check in, their system was down so I was unable to get a room key. So every time I needed to go to my room, I had to wait along with others to get our rooms unlocked which I found unsafe because anybody can say they are staying in a certain room and there was no type of verification or security. There is also no deadbolt on the door that, which most hotels I've been at in Barcelona have. As soon as I walked in my room, I noticed the toilet had not been cleaned and still had a previous persons waste in it. Then there was no WiFi the entire stay. No air conditioning in my room. My shower only had freezing cold water, no hot water. There is no sound proofing at all, you can hear someone sneeze from the next room down. The rooms are connected through a vent in the bathroom that allows you to hear, when, and what the person is doing in the bathroom. Then, the icing on the cake is that numerous guests were smoking in the non-smoking rooms and made my entire room smell like cigarettes with no AC or even window to air out. All my clothes smell like cigarettes now. When I let staff know, he was very kind but my compensation was a free hard cider for my troubles. I stayed at four different hotels during my lengthy Barcelona trip and this stay has been the worst. I will not be staying here again and I am going to let my friends, family, and social media following know to not stay here if they value comfort or safety.

The roof top was the nicest thing about the hotel it’s not a modern hotel but I knew that when I booked I can’t say anything negative the staff in the dining area I encounter the most and were extremely pleasant specially the older man in during the breakfast area and the lounge lady as well. I will say one thing there was a weird odor mildew kind of odor in my room but nothing Vicks couldn’t help with I put some under my nose and I was fine, and the walls are very thin you could hear everything.

The room is very small but the lovely terrace made up for that. Bathroom door is extremely weird. I thought I was opening the shower door when I opened it but it was a glass door for the whole bathroom. It was NOT a "wet" room. No privacy for toilet at all. Stephanie was a delight when she helped us check in! She is very friendly and also pointed us in the direction of a neighborhood market. It is a 25 minute,very hilly and stairs walk to Gaudi's Parc Guell. I was hoping it would be closer. Very few dining options in the neighborhood. Difficult to get a taxi in the area. I had asked the front desk to reserve a taxi for the next day at 2 PM. My tickets to Sagrada Familia were at 3 so it should have been plenty of time. At 2:20 I was informed that he hadn't been able to get a taxi, then we tried UBER, no luck. Then he suggested I walk about 10 minutes to an area with more hotels. I was able to hail a taxi and made it it in time!

The hotel is clean and comfortable, and well located in the north of the city only three metro stops from the centre. It is close to Park Guell as the name suggests, but be warned you need to have booked tickets online for the park or you can't get in, and they sell out very quickly. The biggest negative issue with the hotel was the lack of any soundproofing, you could hear the neighbouring rooms far too easily, and that's before I talk about the bathroom. The bathroom was clean and everything worked, but the door was glass, which gave no privacy in terms of sound which really is not pleasant. There was also not tea/coffee making facilities in the room which is highly unusual in my experience. The swimming pool on the roof gives great views, but is extremely small.

La habitación estaba limpia pero era más bien pequeña pero quizá el mayor handicap es el estado de la habitación. Le vendría bien una reforma y actualización de las habitaciones. La insonorización de la habitación era escasa: al dar la habitación a la calle, se escuchaban todos los ruidos: motos, coches, paseantes. También, mala suerte la mía, los vecinos de al lado y los de arriba fueron muy poco respetuosos con los ruidos (sé que no es culpa del hotel) pero quizá si la insonorización estuviese mejor, habría sido más llevable.

Hotel was lovely. What made it was the staff who were amazing. So helpful getting us a taxi to our destination. We were only staying one night but we were still able to leave our bags and still come back later and use the pool and sit out on the terrace untill ready to leave

Safe and quiet neighborhood but still close to the bus and metro. Staff and service were fantastic. There was always someone to answer any questions we had. Our room had quite small windows so we could never really tell what time of day it was. Wish the bedding and linens were a little more comfortable, particularly the pillows. It was very clean and the cleaning services were very thorough which was very appreciated. The neighborhood was cute and had great views of the surrounding hills. Walkable to Park Guell, too!

Looking at Google maps I thought it was a lot closer to downtown than it was and after a long flight, it was a treacherous walk up a very high hill with my suitcase. That part was not fun and for the price I would’ve thought it would’ve been a lot closer to downtown, but thankfully there was a little bit of a stretch to get to the metro. I wish there was more dining options that were walkable from the hotel but there was at least a convenience store too bad it wasn’t warm enough to check out the roof rooftop pool.

The hotel is clean and the room cleaning staff is efficient, as is the front desk staff. The breakfast offered is outstanding, the omelets are great and the chef is friendly and gracious. There is an extraordinary variety of meats, cheeses, breads, desserts, coffees and fruits/juices. The support staff were very helpful, too.

Kamers waren erg ruim en heel netjes. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. De metro lag op nog geen 6 min lopen vanaf het hotel. Met de metro zit je binnen 15 bij de Segrada Familia. Het zwembad op het dakterras heeft een waanzinnig uitzicht. Het hotel zit in een heuvelachtig gebied. Het is veel berg op en berg af. Goede schoenen zijn dus een must.

Me gustó el hotel, su piscina es pequeña pero accesible. Su desayuno buffet me gustó mucho, tienen varias opciones y está rico. Hay una estación de metro cerca, la cual puedes utilizar para llegar a las zonas turísticas. Fueron muy atentos en recepción y nos ayudaron con nuestras dos reservas para que nos quedáramos en la misma habitación.

l hôtel été en travaux avec pas de parking disponible du personnel qui n as même pas aider mon épouse pour ces bagages dans un ascenseur de chantier , des petits déjeunes a 34 euros par personne dans une salle ouverte au courant d air , on devais faire vite tellement il faisait froid et rien n est indiquer , normalement l hôtel aurait être fermer pour travaux et aucune compensation financière , c’est un scandale et c’est pas normal a 310 euros pour deux nuit et petit déjeuner
