Room was comfy and clean. It had a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and stove and cooking/eating utensils. There was a grocery store-Carrefours-right across Las Ramblas from hotel. This hotel also had a wonderful rooftop solarium on 9th floor that gave hotel residents a full view of the city, that was lovely, especially lit up at night. The location of this hotel in the gothic center on Las Ramblas was perfectly located to get everywhere in Barcelona. Front desk staff at hotel were excellent in dealing with hotel residents.

The room was nice and clean, and the location was perfect. Plenty of shops around and the grocery store was right across the Hotel so that was very convenient. Plus they had Security before you enter the building so I felt very safe. Enjoyed my stay and I will book again in the future.

Posizione stupenda, in centro alla Rambla, vicinissimo alla Metro Liceu. Appartamento attrezzatissimo, camera silenziosa. Utile il deposito bagagli per partenze e arrivi fuori dall orario del check in. Personale alla receptioon gentilissimi. Super consigliato!

This is the second Citadines hotel we've stayed at and haven regretted it. The staff is amazing! The kitchenette comes Very handy ( supermarket is right across the street) Walking distance to the Gothic quarters and the sea. If you are taking Aerobus, the walk is 5 minutes. Several metro lines right by the hotel Very cozy and comfortable rooftop.

Speedy check-in. Staff were prompt and took initiative. Spacious room - you have a full kitchen, have free flow coffee at the lobby. You can just change your towels etc daily by bringing them down.

Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast but extra charge. Secure building entrance. Friendly professional staff. Not too far by taxi from the airport and easy to catch taxi from hotel. On Ramblas which is a busy street but the location is great for walking to many sites and exploring the historic gothic quarter. Short walk to catch the hop on hop off buses.

Our room and the hotel in general was very clean. The people were very friendly and efficient and helpful. When we arrived, we had to take our luggage across Ramblas only because this street was all under construction. It wasn’t a big deal the buffet in the morning was very nice not exceptional. We really enjoyed this hotel no carpet in the rooms which I love, beds were very comfortable.

Our room was spacious and clean. As there were just the two of us I told them we did not need the room cleaned during our stay. Just fresh towels which they exchanged whenever I requested some. There was always someone available to ask questions of and there was never a language problem (I speak only English) Really liked the area and always felt safe. There is a grocery store just across the street of Las Ramblas. I think you could have gotten what ever you wanted to prepare meals in the studio with the stove if you wanted. (we didn't use this stove but did you use the fridge and microwave) There were some utensils, pots, pans, and dishes in the room.

Good location, helpful staff. Good WiFi Loud noise if window is open. Some nights lout noise from other guest, but bearable. Torn chair,, fabric on chair is old. AC not working, could not get it to blow. A fan would be nice. No exhaust in bathroom!!! Floors in the room need a good cleaning/moping. turned my feet black. Cable was pathetic, most channels like CNN or other don't work. Wish I had more news and movies.

Location was excellent, right in the middle of La Ramblas with several train and bus stations nearby, and variety of food and shopping choices, all within walking distance. However, because we were Asians ( I can't think of any other sensible reason), we were initially given a room where the TV remote doesn't work, the lights were dim and you had to pay for daily cleaning. We were too tired to say anything so we took the room, at least it was peaceful and quiet. What took the cake for us was the presence of roaches in the room! We marched straight to the reception and basically told them this was the first time I had stayed in a hotel, Citadines no less, that had roaches. Guess what? We were given another room in the newer wing where EVERYTHING works and it was such a bright clean room compared to the dark, dingy corner room we were given earlier. Reception did not even apologise when we told him about the roaches, only upon checking out did they ask about our stay. We're not the kind of guests that usually cause any problem with unreasonable demands & complaints; we would have probably continued to stay in the first room if not for the roaches. So, Asians and non-European travellers, please beware this double standards that's still being practised in some places. It's so unethical.

L'emplacement, l'apthotel, la propreté, les équipements du studio, ... tout était excellent. On a pu tout visiter à pied et profiter de la ville en sécurité le jour comme la nuit. Seul petit HIC est qu'à notre arrivée à 15h, le réceptionniste nous a dit que notre studio n'était pas encore prêt et nous l'a remplacé par un autre donnant sur une cour/mur (3metres). 가성비가 좋고, 깨끗했어요. 그리고 뷰가 좋은 방이었는데, 방안에서 바르셀로나 대성당이 잘보였고, 야경도 감상할 수 있었습니다. 위치가 람블라스거리 한복판이라, 주요 명소 관광하기에 정말 좋았던것 같습니다. 밤에 가끔 고성방가하는 사람이 있을 순 있습니다. 아쉬웠던 점은, 이중창이 아니라서 방안이 약간 추웠습니다. 그리고, 조명을 다 켜도 그리 밝지않아서 어둡게 지냈습니다. 입구를 찾기 힘들었다는 점도 있긴합니다. 그러나 직원분께서 굉장히 친절하셔서 기분 좋은 여행이 될수 있었습니다.

It was a pleasant surprise. Wasn’t sure what to expect. Nice king size bed. Little kitchen with everything you could need if you wanted to cook or just have a cup of tea. Washroom was a good size. Only thing is there is no door on the shower. So water ends up on the floor. I would stay here again.

Amazing location, right on main street in the heart of all action. Catch Aerobus from Airport and then 5 min walk from main square with bags to Hotel. Acess walkable to many key attractions or bus and train access excellent Room excellent we had kitchenette, bed comfy and large bathroom, shower great. Staff very friendly accommodating and supportive.. Coffee machine available 24 hrs. Replace towels as needed at front desk Many dining options and daily supplies available at street. Safe and great stay for travellers... would definitely stay again.

Excellent location and the hotel had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and it was great that we were allowed an early check-in. The security was very good, we felt safe, and it was also very quiet for such a busy central location.

Very clean and comfortable. I especially liked the fact that you could get coffee, water etc from the machine downstairs 24 hours a day. Very centrally located yet quiet, once you turned the corner from La Rambla and entered the hotel. Soundproof rooms.

Instalação e localização perfeitas! Conseguimos fazer quase tudo a pé. Cama, travesseiros e chuveiros confortáveis. O hotel conta com uma estação de café, chá e água disponível aos hóspedes e foi muito útil. Recomendo!
