Definitely not a 4 star property, maybe 3 tops. Tiles on bathroom floor were loose, weird layout with toilet right at the doorway and bidet 4 ft away. Barebones room but good for a night pre-cruise, only €15-20 taxi to terminal. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. Construction on via laietana right in front of hotel so hard to do drop-off and pickup, but there’s designated taxi zone about 100 m across the street.

Good, central location with a Metro station within 5 minutes walk in either direction. However, the hotel itself is a little tired and dated and definitely feels more 3 star than 4 star, especially given the lack of facilities (no bar, no room service, no dining other than breakfast). Breakfast itself was the usual european fare (bread, meat and cheese, pastries etc) with the typically poor attempt at bacon and eggs and not an English tea bag in sight! On the plus side, the staff were all very pleasant and accommodating and the beds were comfortable but, although it was good value for money, I’ll probably look elsewhere the next time I’m in Barcelona

The hotel is fine. There is a construction on site. My review is because I asked for a taxi to one of their staff and they said I should wait 30 minutes and I iwas ok with that. The inconvenience is that after that time they said the taxi is unavailable because they can't reach the zone. A clearly lie because there were several taxis around the street.

Kæmpe forskel på værelserne! Meget, meget slidt og gammelt hotel. Vi blev indlogeret på 2. sal, i et mikroskopisk værelse uden lys og med udsigt til en baggård med skrald. Derudover er det meget forfaldent. Fitness virkede heller ikke (løbebånd i stykker) og morgenmaden var OK, men ofte manglede der flere elementer. Vi klagede over værelset og blev mødt af en god service og fik et bedre værelse mod mindre gebyr. Dette var udemærket, med altan, men stadig meget slidt. Beliggenhed og personale i receptionen var fantastisk.

No air conditioning. Very very small room. Looking outside from window, you see a terrible dirty environment. I am taking about back of the hotel. There was 2 hours electricity turn off on Sunday morning so we did not have electricity and light in the room. I cant imagine if this would happen before leaving the hotel, packing etc. The turn off was planned but nobody understood this from hotel mananegement . Information about this was very weak. A notice was only on hetel walls, not delivered to individual ros etc.

Det är inte ett 4-Stjärnigt hotell. Det kanske var det när det var nyrenoverat men det saknas en känsla för detaljer både vad gäller städning, frukost och upkeep. Står i beskrivning att det finns mötesrum om man arbetar på resan men antingen stämmer inte det eller så får man inte utnyttja de. Kan tänka mig att bo här igen för en bra deal men kommer absolut inte betala extra för frukosten. Positivt: - sängarna var jättesköna. - bra tryck och värme i dusch. - nära till massor och tunnelbana för sånt som är längre bort. Negativt: - behöver djuprengöras; tex kakelfogar, hörn och kanter vid golvlist. - sprickor i väggar, gamla vattenskador, trasiga duschstångsdelar, rostig badkarskant, trasig sänggavel som behöver bytas ut/tas hand om - frukosten var inte värt pengarna, första morgonen hade mjölken till kaffet surnat. Ost, kallskuret och frukt såg torkat ut, som om att de aldrig kastar maten utan bara ställer in det i kylen och tar fram igen nästa dag utan att plasta in. - mötesrum fanns inte till användning för att jobba, och de spelar musik hela dagen i entrén så där går det inte att jobba heller. Finns skrivbord på rummet men tv står på det så inte mkt utrymme.

Nous avions payer pour une chambre en lit double et lumineuse, cependant notre chambre était sombre quelque soit l’heure de la journée et la fenêtre donnait sur une «\xa0cour\xa0» sombre.. le ménage n’était pas fait complètement.. seule les serviettes étaient changé, les surfaces n’étaient pas nettoyées.

Location was perfect and reception and breakfast areas were good. Unfortunately our room (112) was nothing like the website photos, it was cramped, dark and had some cracked floor tiles. Perhaps there are better rooms somewhere else in the building?

Pros:First off we loved how close this was to everything! It was in a perfect spot. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. Con: The rooms were very loud. We were woken up just about every night around 1-3am by people talking and slamming doors. We also had to switch rooms because after a 12hr plane ride the first thing I wanted to do was take a shower. Took a shower and went to turn the water off and everything was electrified. Yes I was shocked pretty wild soaking wet in the shower. So managed to get out and think about what just happened. Dryed off and continued to quickly place a finger on the water faucet in the shower 7 separate times to justify that I wasn’t crazy. Yupp it was electrified. So went down to the front desk and tried to explain what happened but I don’t think they fully understood and any normal human being probably wouldn’t have understood this situation either but they managed to get us another room at that moment so I’m happy that got fixed. I also don’t feel as if the photos on the website don’t represent the actual rooms at all. Both our rooms were very very small and just felt dirty in general.

The staff make this hotel. Besides the amazing location and the amazing view from our 8th floor room while sitting on our private balcony; the staff are the most attentive, welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional I have seen in my traveling career. By far Luis was one of the nicest people we had the pleasure of meeting in this city and will take good care of you, but that goes for the rest of the staff aswell. If I could rate the our experience higher than 5/5 I would.

Wij kregen een kamer zonder daglicht. Geen balkon. Zeer krappe kamer met een twijfelaar ipv een groot 2 persoons bed . Na geklaagd te hebben kregen we een iets betere kamer aan de straat kant met een klein balkon Niet waar voor je geld en zeker geen 4 sterren waard .

oh my god this hotel is the worst to sleep. You can heard the noises across the walls. The housekeepers and the guess slaps the doors early in the morning and the guess talk super loud and the dogs barking can’t let you sleep not mentioning that you can hear all the toilets and water coming out of the faucets. So yes it is ideal if you want to be like a zombie and sleepless nobody will be able to sleep. Also people at the front desk needs to be more informed about other countries passport because they didn’t want to check me in with my passport card, instead the keep asking me for the book which I didn’t have at that moment.

We were told it willbe ready by 2, whne we got back at 4, we were not given the room we were told, and we were told that the room that was already assigned to us, was given to someone else. so we were in a small room, and the air con wasn't working, we called the staff to have it checked, he tried and couldn't figure out why it wasn't working, this was already past 9 pm. the staff said he would call maintenance, only to find out that they are off for the day, so we didn't have air con all night. with the check in confusion, we were told to bring our luggages to the reception by 11 am the next day so that they can check if they can transfer us to a street fronting room, which we did, and they did transfer us. we asked the manager on duty about these incoveniences (air con issue and the check in issue), at at least free breakfast, but they denied us, the told us that there was not problem with the air con, this is even after the staff had checked it out and it wasn't working and this is after the staff admitted that the room that was assigned to us already was given to someone else. we were just asking for free breakfast which was $15/person, and for the incovenience we encountered, it was given to us. My wife has recommended this hotel to me as she stayed at this hotel in 2023, with a group of 6 people. We are DEFINITELY NOT going to stay at this hotel again.

The staff make this hotel. Besides the amazing location and the amazing view from our 8th floor room while sitting on our private balcony; the staff are the most attentive, welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional I have seen in my traveling career. By far Luis was one of the nicest people we had the pleasure of meeting in this city and will take good care of you, but that goes for the rest of the staff aswell. If I could rate the our experience higher than 5/5 I would.

The only positive is the location. The walls were thin and you could hear everything in the rooms around you. The staff broke my personal computer and refused to compensate me for it. Terrible experience, I would recommend to avoid the hotel.

Front-desk staff was unhelpful and sometimes incompetent. At check-in, we were not provided the 2-twin beds requested so mt husband and I shared a twin bed. The front desk provided a one-night key even though our stay was for two nights. Having to go back for another key isn’t a huge problem but it shouldn’t have happened. When I checked to see if a 2-bed room was available later in the day, the front-desk lady had no interest in checking or helping and her head “no” until I left. My daughter was able to switch to a two-bed room when a different person was at the front desk. In the evening with the same person at the front desk, she didn’t come out of the back office, and no one was at the desk for customers. It was a miserable two nights at this place and it didn’t need to be.

Definitely not a 4 star property, maybe 3 tops. Tiles on bathroom floor were loose, weird layout with toilet right at the doorway and bidet 4 ft away. Barebones room but good for a night pre-cruise, only €15-20 taxi to terminal. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. Construction on via laietana right in front of hotel so hard to do drop-off and pickup, but there’s designated taxi zone about 100 m across the street.

Good, central location with a Metro station within 5 minutes walk in either direction. However, the hotel itself is a little tired and dated and definitely feels more 3 star than 4 star, especially given the lack of facilities (no bar, no room service, no dining other than breakfast). Breakfast itself was the usual european fare (bread, meat and cheese, pastries etc) with the typically poor attempt at bacon and eggs and not an English tea bag in sight! On the plus side, the staff were all very pleasant and accommodating and the beds were comfortable but, although it was good value for money, I’ll probably look elsewhere the next time I’m in Barcelona

O hotel fica em uma excelente localização, próximo ao metro. o quarto ficou um pouquinho a desejar, pois embaixo da cama ter um pouco de poeira (minha esposa acha tudo, pois é alérgica).
