High quality room, delicious, varied, and healthy breakfast, excellent location! Only drawback is that the shower is quite open (no door) so even if you're really careful the water goes everywhere, but that's nitpicking. Pool on the top floor was great too 😎

We stayed here for 6 nights. Hotel was good, location is not bad - close to metro / train station and bus (flixbus) terminal. convenient and supermarkets are araund. But you can feel unsafe, and streets are dirty and noisy around. 30 min to walk to the beach and 15 min walk to Sagrada familia. The pool on the roof and very little - 2x4 meters probably, you can not swim there if someone else in the pool.)) But , breakfast - super great and lots of varieties. Overpriced I would say, for this location we paid lots, 300CAD per night for August stay. Not worth it, better to go close to Catalonia Square, and you need not that pool at all.

Location was easy to find around a ton of restaurants and easy for transportation as there is bus stations and Metro nearby. The rooms are very basic, for some reason there is no shower door so water always gets on the floor. Paid parking is a great feature but do keep in mind that it is limited spots and very tight.

Be careful when you book this place, as the pictures show modern, clean rooms, but then you end up in an old-fashioned room in dire need of updating, with hardly any light and terrible views. If you're not too fussed about the room, this is fine. The location is decent and not too far from the Arc de Triomf and local Metro stations and buses. There is also a nice café across the road, which does lovely pastries and hot drinks. Reception is friendly enough. The pool is tiny, about the size of a box room, so don't expect to be swimming any laps in this! Still a nice little spot in the evenings. Overall, we would not stay here again.

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre, métro proche, Sagrada Familia à environ 20mn à pied. Chambre confortable, calme, parking payant sur place,très petite piscine sur le toit. PdJ très correct, du sucré, du salé (œufs brouillés /bacon), prix un peu élevé pour un 3* qui se positionne sur les mêmes tarifs que certains 4* mais beaucoup de points positifs.

We had to switch rooms on the first night because the room had a horrible smell like it was not clean and the floors looked like they weren’t swept.. our first night was a bad one. When we went to ask to switch they didn’t want to help because it was late night and said we had to wait until morning . However next morning we took our bags downstairs and had to be back after 2 to recheck into another room . I believer they also charged for this switch when the original room was dirty . Smh it’s conveniently next to the train station, so if you are doing day tours that don’t include hotel pick up it’s right there .

Servicen var god, men værelserne trænger virkelig til en opgradering. Det vi havde var beskidt, meget slidt, døren til toilettet kunne ikke lukkes. Vi fik ikke rent sengetøj på nogen dage, håndklæder blev skiftet dagligt, men fik forskellige antal hver dag.

The hotel is in such an ideal location. Staff were all absolutely lovely! The hotel itself was always clean with lovely welcome area in reception with lemon water and pick and mix. The room we stayed in was pretty perfect, bed was comfy, pillows a bit thin for my liking but still had good sleep. The noise level in room was minimal during the night and a bit louder during the day (outside noise) And the mini fridge came stocked with 6cans varying from water to juice.over all very impressed with the stay and would recommend. To enter hotel you need a room key which made us feel safer too! Unfortunately we never went to the pool as the weather was rotten but look forward to coming back.

I stayed here for two nights as a female solo traveller. I arrived very late at night and walking from the subway was a little scary, but during the day/ early evening the area is great! The door to the hotel is always locked and the front desk clerk has to let you in which I really liked! The staff were very friendly and accommodated the requests I had. They also kept my luggage for me all day without charge while I toured the city. There was some mold in the shower but it wasn’t enough to complain! Overall a very good stay and would stay again if back in the city.

Really good location for local attractions, each in a walkable distance. The roof top pool Is a nice addition. The rooms could do with touching up of paint as looking worn but clean, we stayed 4 nights and room was cleaned twice at request. Air con is needed with summer heat and kept the room cool. Some road noise but to be expected for the location. Overall a pleasant stay and would book again if returning to Barcelona.

The room had no proper shape and was pointed to one end where there was table and chair which I couldn’t use at all. Bathroom was inconvenient to use and all the water spilled outside the tub whenever I took shower. Very bad rooms

Hice la reserva en el mes de junio, con la opción de pago en el establecimiento. Cuando hoy en el check out vamos a realizar el pago, nos dicen que ya estaba pagado. Resulta que sin permiso ni previo aviso cobraron la totalidad de la reserva sorpresivamente en el mes de Agosto. Yo tenía organizado pagar este hotel en cash. Siendo miembro Gold desde hace más de 20 años en hotels, la empresa no se ha responsabilizado y me da una compesación irrisoria de 80 euros, frente a un gasto de más de 800 euros. El hotel unos frescos que no cumplieron lo pactado en la reserva y que por cuestiones muy largas de explicar aquí yo no podré recuperar esos 800 euros por que la reserva era para un familiar que no me puede transferir ni dármelo ya que físicamente está a kilómetros de distancia de mi. Para qué dan opción de pago en el establecimiento si no lo cumplen y te quitan el dinero cuando el hotel extima oportuno sin previo aviso? Nunca más Ilunion

Not only were me an my family allowed to check into our rooms early, but we were told it would be long after normal check in time that we could get into our rooms. Then the staff told us one more minute, one more minute, then just go walk around and we’ll let you know when they are ready….they didn’t get my phone number or email, so we had to ask for a time frame to check back. Also, the hotel was empty and the rooms should have been clean for days prior. Also, zero concierge helpfulness or attempt to make us feel welcome. Other than that, the air conditioning was pretty good.

The property is extremely clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is in a great location, close to the metro and tourist sites, however the surrounding neighborhood is a little dingy. I wouldn’t say it’s necessarily unsafe though. I would stay there again. My only complaint is that I wasn’t told that it included breakfast and only found out the day before I was leaving.

The clean rooms, the super-friendly and ready-to-help staff at the reception, the exceptional super yummy breakfast which is waaaaaay better than the continental breakfast in the American hotels, the perfect location from where you can walk to the main attractions of Barcelona - all this is super-super-super good. The thing that you should never do there is to try taking something from the breakfast area, even if you want to enjoy the hot chocolate in your room later (because you only have tea and coffee there) - there is a specially trained lady in the breakfast area who is always carefully watching for any thief of hot chocolate!!! Be aware of her if you don't want to feel embarrassed, because not a single hot chocolate thief will ever pass her control, ha-ha )))

Jeg hadde et helt ok opphold på dette hotellet. Grunnet dårlig vær fikk jeg ikke brukt bassenget på takterassen, men området der oppe var helt greit. Frokosten var middelmådig, det var ganske elementært utvalg av ting, en helt standard kontinental frokost. Pluss for god lokasjon med gangavstand til flere severdigheter.

A little variation on breakfast food would be nice. It got pretty repetitive. On 2 occasions, we were too early for breakfast and they provide "picnic" bags of food. Some English speaking TV channels would be nice.
