Horrendous experience. The hotel isn’t a 4 star, complete scam. The blind curtains had holes, the bathroom is outdated and the shower head was leaking water into the room, smell of damp. Complained to reception the next day which couldn’t find an alternative and offered us to reimburse the remaining nights if we leave before 6pm, which he gladly accepted after the staff spoke to their manager on the phone and left. It’s been few months now and still not been reimbursed, Hotel.com didn’t support us regarding the reimbursement so will close my account soon. One more thing, a glass of Cava was 14€ (4€ on average everywhere else) and the pool on the roof is small compare to pictures with table and chairs literally on the edge of the pool (with people staring at you). Avoid at all costs.

Great hotel with great location. Recommend for lgbt travellers as it’s close to the gay district but still quite directly where the hotel is at. Beautiful but small pool on the rooftop.

We spent 3 nights at the Cram Hotel for a long weekend. The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and they had a lovely breakfast on the roof top where they made you eggs and omletes. The pool is a little small on the roof top, but the view is amazing. Very centrally located to sites, restaurants and shopping. Definitely would stay again.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was nice and spacious however could hear the metro at points in the evening aswell as drilling occurring on one morning. The rooftop pool had stunning views of the city aswell as excellent choices for food in walkable distances.

Hotellet i stort var fint med bra incheckning och personal. Vårt rum var dock lite väl slitet. Någon dörrlucka i hallen hängde på snedden. Känslan var att rummen börjar bli i behov av en renovering eller uppfräschning. Det som gjorde att vi faktiskt bytte hotell efter 2 nätter (av 12) var att det fanns inget bra utrymme att förvara sina kläder. Dom fick ligga i en hög på någon typ av fotkudde. Takterrassen med poolen var den andra anledningen. Dock beror det på dålig research av oss. Det var för få/små ytor för solande mot vad vi hade hoppats på. I övrigt fin takterrass. Bra läge med bra restaurang i markplan, men rummen börjar bli lite slitna. Förvaring måste prioriteras.

A COCKROACH IN MY ROOM!!!! As soon as we got to our room it smelled like cigarrets. You could clearly smell someone was smoking INSIDE the room. We did not complain and opened the door to the terrace to air out a few nights since we’d be out of the room most days anyway. Towards the end it smelled OK but our last night I walk in and I see something crawling in to my tights on the tub in the room. A COCKROACH!!!!! I killed it with the shoe on my feet and called the downstairs immediately! I told them how the room smelled gross and now a cockroach was in here and they said “is it dead? I can’t get you into a room so nothing I can do”. How about come clean it?!?! DISGUSTING!!!!! this place is OLD but charges you like it’s brand new. When we first arrived I also found hair in the mini fridge and when I undid my towel (I thought maybe from the dryer but now I just think this place is simply disgusting!!!!!) Honestly, do not be fooled by the pictures like I was.

The breakfast served at the rooftop pool was great. Recommend if going to stay at this hotel in Barcelona to visit. For the first couple of days, the room was not cleaned when I returned from outside the property. Also, just FYI, the A/C in the room was like non-existent, and it was August in Barcelona, so you can assume it was super hot and humid. Also, I had an instance where I thought someone at 5 AM on two nights was trying to get into my room, so make sure to lock your door as super important if you are an âmerican tourist coming to Barcelona. I think they put âmericans in the older style rooms if booked on this site, even if you have status with Expedia, like I did myself. I probably wouldn't stay here again if I returned to Barcelona, but that's my own opinion on the stay. Also, just to make sure you are aware, when traveling in Barcelona in August, it smells like a sewage plant all around the city.

Vi havde et rigtig dejligt ophold på Hotel Crams i Barcelona! Hotellet er moderne, stilfuldt og frem for alt utroligt rent, hvilket vi virkelig satte pris på. Personalet var venlige og hjælpsomme, og beliggenheden var ideel – vi kunne nemt gå til mange af byens seværdigheder, og der var gode transportmuligheder i nærheden. Vores værelse var flot indrettet med en behagelig seng og en hyggelig atmosfære. Det føltes både komfortabelt og indbydende, og vi nød virkelig at komme tilbage til det efter en dag med oplevelser i byen. Et stort plus var hotellets tagterrasse, hvor vi flere aftener nød en drink fra baren. Udsigten over Barcelona var fantastisk, og stemningen var afslappet – et perfekt sted at slappe af efter en dag med sightseeing. Hvis vi skal nævne et par småting, der kunne forbedres, så var glasdørene til badeværelset ikke det mest praktiske i forhold til privatliv. Derudover savnede vi en skraldespand på værelset – der var kun en lille i badeværelset, hvilket ikke var helt optimalt. Alt i alt var vores oplevelse på Hotel Crams virkelig positiv. Med den gode service, den flotte indretning og den fantastiske tagterrasse ville vi uden tvivl vælge at bo her igen, hvis vi kommer tilbage til Barcelona!

If you have other options, take them! First night we got a room on the second floor. The double glass windows didn't close all the way, so street traffic noise was very annoying. To top it off, the light in the bathroom wouldn't turn off all night so we slept with street noise and lights on all night! We called the reception and it was only one person serving the whole hotel. Needless to say nothing was done until the next day when they switched us to a higher floor room. Not without atitutde of course! Speaking of the bathroom, the door is transparent, so if you're doing your business anyone in the room gets a view. One of the bathtowels had a hair on it. The bathroom tiles were patched all over. The location was close enough not take a car or transit but still far enough to require a lot of walking. Overall not a great stay.

I liked this hotel and would consider staying here again. My only negative was that the HVAC wasn't satisfactory the first night. On the first evening I complained to the front desk about the room being to warm. When I returned to the room it was too cold and it was late, so i slept with added layers. On the second day, it was sorted out and the temperature was pleasant. Lastly, I did not opt for the 19€ breakfast option and I think that was the correct decision given their offering and the options available in the neighborhood. Oh....a big positive was that they accommodated my request to checkout at 2pm .

Nicely put together hotel, charming terrace with small pool. Good location. Two issues that were hard to overlook - absence of plug sockets by the bed to charge your phone is really poor design. And the bathroom door was glass and did not actually fill the frame. So very little privacy if you’re sharing.

I liked the overall vibe - it felt upscale and modern. It was walkable to Casa Battlo and neighborhood was good. The bed was comfortable but the room had a bit of a funky odor and the walls are thin. we came off a redeye flight and hadn't slept, so tried to nap but could hear everything from the loud neighbors next door as though they were right in our room. I imagine this could happen anywhere though. All in all, I would consider returning but my husband would prefer to stay elsewhere next time..

This is overall a nice property but failed in terms of customer service, particularly Stan the front desk guy. I couldn’t believe how rude he was given the amount I was paying. Also the facilites while stylish and nice could use a refresh- imagine ikea furniture that looks good but starts falling apart after a few years. A lot of scratches on mirrored furniture, hardware half screwed in, etc. Also they sent a very alarming email threatening to cancel my reservation if I hadn’t paid in advance for the room even though: 1) the reservation through Expedia clearly said “pay at the hotel” 2) no link was sent to me to pay via email though they said “if you don’t pay through the payment link sent to you through email your reservation will be cancelled. 3) it turns out my card had already been charged in full for the reservation. When I pointed out that this whole email created unnecessary panic for someone who is about to board an international flight without WiFi service — to think the reservation you made a month ago might be canceled when you arrive in the destination city — “Stan” replied super rudely and condescendingly. I would not stay here nor recommend sraying here to others.

Area was very convenient and walkable to all attractions. My wife and I walked throughout our entire stay. Dining options are endless. Check in and staff was very courteous and friendly. Room was clean and modern but didn’t have certain facilities- basic iron or Coffee or tea maker. All in all very good

Very happy with our stay at Cram. The hotel was beautiful and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The roof top bar has a nice view and breakfast was always fresh and had lots of options. Our room was really spacious and had everything we needed, but our favourite thing was the bed, it was so comfortable, we had the best sleeps!

Great contemporary design of interior, rooms, and furniture. They have a very popular restaurant that was booked but the only hotel in the world where I have stayed that guests could not get in. Second stay a/c was not working and no instruction on how to ring the front desk and too exhausted to get dressed and go back down to reception. Otherwise wonderful stay! Gentlemen who checked us in both times could not have been nicer!

The Hotel is ok, was disappointed that the room had no tea/coffee making facilities which looked nothing like the picture. No sofa, only 1 chair, no view just a small courtyard which made it very dark. The floor was uneven and we found a stain on the headboard that had not been cleaned. Reception were very good and polite. The view from the rooftop bar was very good and the staff there were very accommodating.

Fantastisk service och väldigt skön stämning. Frukosten är underbar med massor med färsk frukt! Vi bokade rum med egen jacuzzi terrass med solstolar. Superskönt att kunna njuta på egen hand!
