Avevo letto recensioni molto contrastanti, allora l’hotel per avere 4 stelle è vecchio si vede. Ma lo stanno rimodernando tutto. L’hotel è molto carino, non posso lamentarmi di niente , la pulizia veniva fatta ogni giorno e bene. Non ho mai avuto problemi. In più la posizione è centralissima e molto comoda, vicino alla piazza centrale e alla metro. Visto che vado spesso a Barcellona tornerò sicuramente in questo hotel.

El hotel es más 3 que 4 estrellas. Nada más llegar ya nos dijeron que no habia sitio en el parking, sin mucha simpatia por parte el personal de recepción. El ascensor funciona mal, con ruidos y vibraciones muy estrañas. La habitación no estaba lo que diriamos limpia y en el baño habia pelos en la bañera. La calefacción no la pudinos encender porque hacia un ruido insoportable y para más sorpresa no habia ni una miserable manta para pasar la noche. No fue posible hacer reclamacion porque en recepción casa vez que bajabamos no habia nadie, y al hacer el chec out, no apetecia meter jaleo. Para nada es un hotel acondejable, Lo unico que podemos decir bueno es la situación, pero no volveremos.

Ayant séjourné il y’a quelques années dans cet établissement avec ma femme, l’état s’est considérablement dégradé, climatisation pas top, salle de bain avec baignoire dégradée ( robinet de douche cassé, jets de bulle ne fonctionne pas, poignet de porte cassée, fissures au plafond, spot décollé de sa place…) Un cou de jeune serai nécessaire vu le prix de la nuitée. Dernière fois en tout cas pour notre part.

Va bene che l'albergo scelga una politica di prezzi bassi con meno servizi e camere meno confortevoli rispetto ad altri alberghi. Ma se ti presenti come albergo a 4 stelle non puoi non avere neanche un servizio in più rispetto alla colazione. Anzi sarei proprio curioso di sapere chi ha consegnato 4 stelle ad un albergo cosi.

La habitacion era muy pequeña y oscura, tenia vista pegada a la ventana del edificio de a lado. Servicio practicamente no ofrece nada, lo unico bueno es su ubicacion.

Jag kan säga så den e perfekt hotel om man vill bo centralt och nära allt i Barcelona. Fördelen Nära allt, jätte trevliga personal , jätte bra service, Mindre bra Golvet i rummet jätte smutsig . Mer stor stöddig på alla rum . Kylen i rummet funkade ej .

The location is great, close to Paseo de Gracia. The hotel though is expensive, aged, the cleaning upon arrival was not great (floor was sticky) and phone was not working to call reception... Very bad value for money overall. I will not come back until it is modernized.

Das einzige, was ich positiv erwähnen kann, wir durften unser Zimmer schon zwei Stunden vor der offiziellen Check-in Zeit bereits benutzen. Frühstücksbüffet war nichts besonderes. Kleingeld und Süssigkeiten wurden aus unserem Hotel Zimmer entwendet. Nach Beschwerde an der Rezeption, wurde ich belehrt, dass offen herumliegendes Geld immer für die „Ladies“ bestimmt ist. Ok da waren wir wohl selber schuld. Der Herr an der Rezeption hatte nur ein Schulterzucken für mich übrig. Als Belohnung wurde an diesem Tag dann unsere Zimmer gar nicht erst geputzt und das Bett nicht gemacht. Im Bad gab es keine Lüftung und auch kein Fenster nach draussen. Es gab zwar ein Fenster, welches jedoch nur zu einem gruseligen Schacht führte (Kabel, Rohre etc) Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht weiter empfehlen.

It was our family trip and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Frontdesk staffs were kind and friendly. We had noise issue from the next room which could have been a nightmare, however frontdesk staff was prompt enough to resolve the issue immediately which was grateful. Breakfast was also great, various selections for good meals.

Nossa estadia foi melhor do que imaginávamos. A localização do hotel é excelente, próximo de tudo. Ficamos em um quarto extremamente confortável e silencioso. Na chegada e na saída fomos recepcionados por uma staff chamada Paula que foi muito simpática, gentil e nos deu todas informações necessárias.
