Le personnel est accueillant et très aimable . Le petit déjeuner continental est copieux et de bonne qualité. On a pu apprécier la proximité avec la Sagrada Familia (environ 5m à pieds ) ainsi l’arrêt de métro et le bus pour le City tour . De plus , l’hôtel ne procède pas son propre parking mais on a la possibilité de garer le véhicule dans un garage à proximité.

La chambre était confortable mais un peu vieillotte. Nous avions une chambre avec terrasse, ce que nous avons bien apprécié. La terrasse est vraiment le highlight de la chambre alors on recommande. L'hôtel manque de services, pas vraiment de restaurant/bar sauf le lobby bar, qui est plus un comptoir de service qu'un bar-lounge ou prendre un verre. Équipement limité dans les chambres, juste une bouilloire avec café instantané, et les peignoirs étaient sales à notre arrivée. Seulement un employé à la fois à la réception, donc nous devons souvent attendre pour avoir de l'assistance s'il y a d'autres clients, ce qui est parfois un peu ennuyeux. Le quartier est un peu éloigné du centre, il faudra 20-30min de marche pour aller presque n'importe où, sauf la Sagrada Familia qui est à 10min de marche. Le metro est juste à coté et à 2-3 stations des meilleurs quartiers (Passeig de Gracia, Universitat) donc plutôt bien pour cela, sinon la réception peut appeler un taxi facilement. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, cerca de la sagrada familia. El hotel estaba bien, el trato a la hora del check-in bien, lo único que no nos gustó fue el baño de la habitación no estaba muy limpio y el día que nos íbamos nos abrieron la habitación a las 8:30 am incluso con el cartel de no molestar . We were surprised to find out bed was two twins pushed together but they were very comfortable. Our room on the second floor was extremely noisy! There was traffic noise and garbage trucks in the very early morning. Perhaps a higher floor would be better. Our receptionists were absolutely amazing. They were informative and helpful and really good at their jobs. They even got us last minute tickets for Familia Sagrada when it was sold out! They made our stay really nice. Thank you!!

My experience with the reception staff was great. The room itself is average. Shower did not have a drape and the divider was not that good. Therefore the toilet floor got quite wet after. The room was a bit noisy at night until about 12 at least on the third floor due to traffic nearby. Lastly the shuttle service we arranged was late by 25 min. Should have just called a cab.

A localização do hotel é muito boa, pertinho da Sagrada Família, cerca de 500 metros . A vista do quarto é linda para a Sagrada Família. O café da manhã muito bom. Mas, tivemos total desconforto na estadia , pois o ar-condicionado é destinado em determinada época do ano, o quarto estava absurdamente quente, e a recepcionista disse que só ligam no verão . Então tem ar-condicionado, mas eles determinam a época que você pode usar . Sempre viajamos e nunca vi isso em nenhum hotel. Com certeza para economizar a conta de energia deles, a gente paga um valor alto de diária e não pode usufruir do ar-condicionado !!

I think something needs to be done about the sound. Thd people staying next to me were noisy and even when they were told to be quiet I still could hear everything. I could not sleep and there should be some sound proof. I lost a day of sightseeing sadly as I fell asleep long after and overslept my time for sightseeing as a result.

We were there April 14-17. The hotel was great - sooooo convenient to everything - walking distance to Sagrada Familia and everything. The only thing that I would improve is the air system. Our room was hot. We had warm weather and it only had outside ventilation - they could not turn the air conditioning system on. They did give us a fan, but our room stayed hot which made it hard to sleep well. So, I would keep this in mind or inquire about the air system.

If you want to stay near the Sagrada Familia, this is good location, 5min walk down the street. There are some food restaurants near by with a great tapa place few doors down. Booked 2 Panorama rooms, only 3 on the 8th floor. Room was huge with balcony and seating outside. Lovely view of the Sagrada Familia especially in the morning thats the first thing you see out the window/balcony. Staff was great they helped us arrange a tour.

Absolutely everything, was great! The front desk staff (Clara) was wonderful. The breakfast is out of this world. Lots of choices. Lots of fruit! The breakfast manager is very nice. I totally recommend this hotel.

God beliggenhet til de fleste severdigheter. En lengre spasertur ned til stranda, men det er som regel der man er minst på en tur til Barcelona. Frokosten var veldig god og rommet hadde et bra aircondition-anlegg. De hadde også dyner og ikke bare laken. Bærer preg av at badene sikkert ble pusset opp for en god del år siden, men funksjonelt og fint med badekar. Det er ganske lytt fra gangen, men gjestene virket å være voksne uten barn så det gikk stort sett greit. Vi ville nok valgt dette hotellet igjen.

We arrived very early so knew our room would not be ready. Were able to lock up our luggage and headed out sightseeing. We’re a bit disappointed that we still had to wait an hour before we could check in when we returned. We had to check out at 3am but they had a large box breakfast ready for us that had 3 pieces of fruit and many pastries. Only there for 1 night but it was very nice.
