El personal del hotel muy amable. El hotel está muy bien conectado en una zona muy agradable. Mi único problema es que en mi cuarto hacia mucho calor. El aire acondicionado no se percibía. Lo reporte y me dijeron que era por ley pero estuve en otros dos hoteles y la temperatura era agradable y si se sentía el a/c. Así que para mi era incómodo en la noche porq se sentía calor.

Rooms are very basic and the cleaning is fine until you look at any corners. The furnishings are a bit tired too. The beds are comfortable and it was quiet (despite being on a low floor facing the street) The blackout blinds were good, and breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The air conditioning was poor and there was a musty smell in the room. More like a student hostel than 4 star hotel- wouldn't stay again.

A nice, small hotel in Gràcia, Pol & Grace sits between 2 major subway lines, 3-minutes from the Plaça Molina L7 station. The comfortable reception area is adjacent to a bright, well-appointed guest lounge with tea & coffee and places to work, read or hang out. We particularly appreciated Luria’s help checking us in, helping us navigate the neighborhood and arranging a taxi to get us to the airport. The rooms are smallish but nicely renovated, and our bed was comfortable. The hotel also has a large roof terrace with plants, lounge chairs, tables & umbrellas. It’s just so nice to be up on a roof under the perfect Barcelona weather. Also, the hotel is only a 6-minute walk from architect Antoni Gaudí’s first major commission: the inspired Casa Vicens.

This hotel is a great location, the staff are excellent and helpful. The hotel lobby has a great layout and atmosphere with free coffee and a variety of teas. The rooms are good and the daily room service is excellent. The main issue is no A.C. The staff said this was because it was winter. But if you open the window the road is too noisy to sleep and if you close the window there is no airflow - too stuffy. A four star hotel should have A/C available at any time of the year. The hotel and staff are excellent apart from the A/C issue.

Das Bad ist schon ein bisschen runtergekommen und die Qualität des Frühstücks hängt vom zuständigen Personal ab. Von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel würde ich zudem erwarten, dass eine defekte Kaffeemaschine innerhalb von 48 Stunden repariert oder ersetzt werden kann.

Had terrible sleeping because they had not switched the building to AC. We were on the 5th floor and roasted. They came and opened the window, but it is in a very busy part of town. People were yelling, partying and driving loud motorcycles all night. Our choices were roast, or leave the window open with bright lights and extremely loud city noise. Called and complained, and they were empathetic, but never brought a fan they promised to bring. After complaining multiple days. Would have left, but did not have time to search for new hotel.

Pessimo hotel è pessima esperienza. Ho prenotato questo hotel per un viaggio di lavoro e mi sono sentita come in un ostello da viaggio con zaino sulle spalle….peccato che il prezzo pagato era quello da una camera di alto livello. Le stanze odorano di vecchio, e lo sono! Le pareti, ovunque, in camera e fuori, sono sporche e segnate dai passaggi dei turisti. L’ascensore è sporco e con una scritta a pennarello “breakfast -1” Reception inesistente: un tavolo da ufficio con in pc è una tizia senza divisa. Ringrazio solo la sua gentilezza per avermi cambiato camera . Esperienza irripetibile!

Das Personal war sehr sympatisch und freundlich. Das Zimmer war schon etwas runtergekommen, das Fenster schloss nicht richtig. Dies wurde auch nicht behoben, nach dem ich es mehrmals mitgeteilt hatte. Da für ist die Lage gut.

Had terrible sleeping because they had not switched the building to AC. We were on the 5th floor and roasted. They came and opened the window, but it is in a very busy part of town. People were yelling, partying and driving loud motorcycles all night. Our choices were roast, or leave the window open with bright lights and extremely loud city noise. Called and complained, and they were empathetic, but never brought a fan they promised to bring. After complaining multiple days. Would have left, but did not have time to search for new hotel.

Das Personal war sehr sympatisch und freundlich. Das Zimmer war schon etwas runtergekommen, das Fenster schloss nicht richtig. Dies wurde auch nicht behoben, nach dem ich es mehrmals mitgeteilt hatte. Da für ist die Lage gut.

A nice, small hotel in Gràcia, Pol & Grace sits between 2 major subway lines, 3-minutes from the Plaça Molina L7 station. The comfortable reception area is adjacent to a bright, well-appointed guest lounge with tea & coffee and places to work, read or hang out. We particularly appreciated Luria’s help checking us in, helping us navigate the neighborhood and arranging a taxi to get us to the airport. The rooms are smallish but nicely renovated, and our bed was comfortable. The hotel also has a large roof terrace with plants, lounge chairs, tables & umbrellas. It’s just so nice to be up on a roof under the perfect Barcelona weather. Also, the hotel is only a 6-minute walk from architect Antoni Gaudí’s first major commission: the inspired Casa Vicens.

Das Bad ist schon ein bisschen runtergekommen und die Qualität des Frühstücks hängt vom zuständigen Personal ab. Von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel würde ich zudem erwarten, dass eine defekte Kaffeemaschine innerhalb von 48 Stunden repariert oder ersetzt werden kann.

Rooms are very basic and the cleaning is fine until you look at any corners. The furnishings are a bit tired too. The beds are comfortable and it was quiet (despite being on a low floor facing the street) The blackout blinds were good, and breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The air conditioning was poor and there was a musty smell in the room. More like a student hostel than 4 star hotel- wouldn't stay again.

This hotel is a great location, the staff are excellent and helpful. The hotel lobby has a great layout and atmosphere with free coffee and a variety of teas. The rooms are good and the daily room service is excellent. The main issue is no A.C. The staff said this was because it was winter. But if you open the window the road is too noisy to sleep and if you close the window there is no airflow - too stuffy. A four star hotel should have A/C available at any time of the year. The hotel and staff are excellent apart from the A/C issue.
