When I checked in at night, that was a guy who was pretty direct and somewhat grumpy, I felt. When I went into the room, it was very lovely. However, I noticed that certain things were broken. For example: - My bedroom door could not close. - The sliders were broken. - The bathroom felt a bit old as well. - You could see cracks in the walls or the tiles. Overall, I had a really, really lovely time there. Everything was nice.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I believe a theft occurred inside my room. I stayed here from 4–8 July 2026 in Room 511. My brand-new Dior sunglasses, purchased at the airport duty-free shop, disappeared from inside my room. Housekeeping entered Room 511 only twice: 5 July and 7 July. The sunglasses were not left out. They remained inside my luggage throughout my stay, still sealed in their original triple-layer duty-free packaging. Someone opened the packaging, removed only the sunglasses, and carefully repacked everything so I did not notice until after check-out. This was not a simple loss. Someone went through my personal belongings inside a locked hotel room. I contacted the hotel immediately by email and phone and left voicemail messages. I received no reply, no investigation, no apology, and not even an acknowledgement. I have reported the incident to the police. The hotel must investigate every staff member who entered Room 511 on 5 and 7 July and review key-card records, housekeeping schedules. Until this is properly investigated, I strongly advise every traveller to avoid this hotel. Staff at this hotel are super friendly and helpful, dealing with any enquiries or problems . My one criticism would be lack of information. There was nothing in our room to inform us of facilities or lack of! in the hotel. For example, we didn't know if there was room service or a mini bar available( there was neither) We had to ask about the breakfast arrangements and on our first day were gestured to take a seat at breakfast and then left to our own devices, not knowing if they would be taking an order for drinks or special requests. There is a bar/restaurant by the side of reception which is nothing to do with the hotel and it's very nice but is unusual due to it's special menu for Peruvian style food and drinks. So you need to eat out if this does not appeal.

We were shocked with the terrible service and the lack of any attention and respect . It started straight on the arrival when we were waiting at the reception desk for someone from hotel personal. Happily a man appeared at the desk and it took him half an hour to check in two our families despite our prepaid booking was with him in his computer. Would note that he did everything with demonstrated irritation what appeared to be a common feature of most of male personnel.
