Great location. Walking distancie to multiple key places to visit. The buffet breakfast is amazing, everything very fresh and lots of options to pick. The lobby and facilities are cozy and modern. The room is very comfortable and bathroom pretty new. Small details make a big difference like welcoming you with a complimentary bottle of wine and a small box of chocolates. They leave you a bottle of water every day. The staff is very friendly and kind. Super recommended!

4th time I've been in this hotel. I like the friendliness and service it offers. To my surprise, this time they've upgraded the rooms adding a kettle, coffee machine and a small fridge (they didn't have them before). You cannot ask for anything else for a hotel in this location.

Room was clean, and air conditioner was available. The windows are through the center, which obviously had no sun light coming from outside. The window above bathroom(was high enough so no one can see from outside) doesn't have the curtain or blinder, letting the corridor's light to room. Service was great. Have elivator. Hotel front door had to be open with the room key, and the same goes for the elevator. Breakfast was good. Fine coffee and freshly squeezed oragne juice was on the menu. Room doesn't have the refrigerator, so the waters or other drinks should be stay in room temperature. About 20 min walk to casa batillo, and the train station was 10min walk. Neighbor was safe

We throughly enjoyed our time Serhs Carlit Boutique Hotel. The hotel exceeded our expectations! The rooms were clean, spacious and the air conditioning was a bonus. The location is easy walking distance to attractions, restaurants and shopping. The breakfast in the morning is the best we have had in Europe. Fresh, a fantastic variety and delicious. The staff we A++. Jessica, in particular, was so kind and helpful in getting my husband's phone back after he left it in a cab. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona and we will stay there in any future trips to Barcelona!

This hotel is so cute and spotless. The lobby is beautiful and feels so welcoming the moment you walk in. The location is perfect, close to everything, and the staff are very nice and kind. My room was gorgeous, with a balcony and a huge, super comfortable bed I slept like a princess. The bathroom was big, super cute, sparkling clean, and even had its own balcony. Breakfast was very good and had everything I needed to start the day. The only thing I didn’t like was a sewage smell from the toilet, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all. I’d happily stay here again.10/10

You can hear the people around on your floor but a beautiful room and super easy to walk around in the city. Love the staff too, so sweet. Also really safe, you need a key card to get into the hotel, use the elevator, and to get into the room. Love

The property is located reasonably on a quite street. However, the La Rambla etc is about 20+ minutes walk. The property some confectionery for the guest and the Entrance gate to the hotel opens with Hotel key. Moreover, they do have cold water for the guests as you enter which is always a welcome sign. :)

The hotel is very cute and in a safe area, everything was almost 10-15 min walk, at most 20-25min walk. Pictures of lobby are not fake! That was something I was most concerned with because most places upload very nice pictures, and in person they are the total opposite. We were welcomed in our room with wine, chocolates and water, which was a very nice touch. The hotel remained in contact with me regarding my arrival to make sure they were ready for me. Our rooms had a cute balcony, which we loved! Hotel counts with elevator and A/C! The only thing I would say was a little annoying was the check-in, there was a lot of paperwork to be filled and it took about 30-35 mins to complete. Regardless the lady was super nice about it and let us leave our luggages since we arrived earlier than the stated check-in time. Would definitely recommend to stay either by yourself, family, or if you are travelling with your partner. Our stay overall was great!

I originally was staying at a hostel but decided to treat myself on my last day in Barcelona. I am very glad to have booked this hotel. Even though it was a short stay I enjoyed every moment of it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean and facilities are newer. The room & bathroom were spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. Some room amenities include slippers, body wash/shampoo, conditioner, complimentary glass mineral water bottle and a bottle of local wine. The next time I go to Barcelona I would definitely consider staying here.

Sheet was shorter than a bed itself. Very small room (you literally have to jump over your suitcase in order to get to the bathroom). Stuff is nice but not smiley enough to feel welcomed. I found hair on my sheet. The area is dirty and could not find any nice restaurant near my ( maybe my bad).good thing was Sagrada Familia was 15 min walking and first day stay breakfast was included. I would rather stay at some other hotel for the same price next time. I need bigger room space.and nicer environment (speaking for myself)

Hotel elegante e molto pulito. Camera ben arredata con letto comodissimo. Colazione abbondante e di qualità. Un ringraziamento speciale al ragazzo dello staff del pomeriggio per la sua gentilezza e per le attenzioni dedicate agli ospiti: dettagli che fanno davvero la differenza e rendono il soggiorno speciale. Assolutamente consigliato.

The room was great other than no refrigerator in the room. My friends in another room had a tiny fridge but nothing in my room. I had no way to refrigerate my prescription medication. I asked if a mini refrigerator could be brought to my room and was told “no”. The room itself was clean and all I needed for a two night stay.

we had a major fire incident at the hotel which caused big inconvenience to everyone staying at the hotel for full one day. We even lost our chance to go to Sagrada Familia and our money was wasted. We wasted full day due to lack of access to the room to get ready or wear shoes etc. No one from the management spoke to us to inform us of the status or offer any compensation or sympathy. Our TV also did not work for 3 days and we were very frustrated with the lack of communication by anyone. Our stay in the hotel was not very pleasant due to lack of communication from the management.

We cant say enough about this BEAUTIFUL hotel and the staffs attention to details. Its super safe, clean, beautiful, Manager and staff kind ,gracious and always willing to help with your stay! We loved our time here and will definitely recommend to our friends and family! This hotel goes above and beyond to think of all of your needs. The breakfast was a game changer for starting our day in Barcelona! Thank you for a lovely place to call home !

A really bad experience. Our room was really hot and humid, and the ventilation was off and couldn’t be turned on. We had to sleep with the (very little) windows wide open just to bring room temperature to an acceptable level and deal with humidity. That only added more noise but the property overall barely has any noise insulation. The staff were a combination of not helpful and not willing to help either. The man at the reception had what sounded like a script of “we are at 100 percent occupancy and there’s nothing I can do” (it’s Jan 11th in Barcelona and they have various hotels). He called his supervisor and all she was wondering is through which platform we made the booking, as if it made any difference. Just a dehumidifier or a fan could have solved it, which we suggested, but they were just not willing to provide a decent service. I asked to speak with the supervisor myself and was ignored. Avoid if you can.

We really liked staying at the Sehrs Carlit, It was easy to walk to la familia sagrada as well as the gothic district. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants in the area as well.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! It was in a convenient location close to a Metro and bus stops, and it was very safe especially in the evening. I was travelling on my own so I was able to eat out later in the evening with ease. There were many options in the area to eat particularly on the Passeig de St. Joan. My favourite place to eat was Bella Istanbul. The room was very clean and the bed was medium firm so it was great! The hotel staff Anna, Joan, and Albert were kind, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast had a good variety. The complimentary wine bottle, water and Lindt chocolates were a lovely touch. I would highly recommend staying here and would return!

We throughly enjoyed our time Serhs Carlit Boutique Hotel. The hotel exceeded our expectations! The rooms were clean, spacious and the air conditioning was a bonus. The location is easy walking distance to attractions, restaurants and shopping. The breakfast in the morning is the best we have had in Europe. Fresh, a fantastic variety and delicious. The staff we A++. Jessica, in particular, was so kind and helpful in getting my husband's phone back after he left it in a cab. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona and we will stay there in any future trips to Barcelona!

Perfect, walkable location to most sights of interest, including endless shops and restaurants and accessible public transport to those further away. Staff was friendly and available throughout my stay, at all hours of the day. Cleanliness was top notch and breakfast was fabulous. AC was comfortable and easy to adjust. Wonderful experience as a solo, female traveler. Highly recommend!

Perfect room for solo travel. It's located within walking distance of Sagrada Familia. Gerard at the front desk was amazing! He definitely made my stay very welcoming. He assisted with recommending local restaurants and provided top-notch service. Will definitely be recommending to my friends and staying here again when I come back.

The property is located reasonably on a quite street. However, the La Rambla etc is about 20+ minutes walk. The property some confectionery for the guest and the Entrance gate to the hotel opens with Hotel key. Moreover, they do have cold water for the guests as you enter which is always a welcome sign. :)

This hotel is good for a short stay in Barcelona. It’s within walking distance to some of the key sites and transport is easily accessible. The rooms were small but clean. The breakfast had a good variety but no hot food. Supermarket next door was very convenient however bars and restaurants you need to walk a distance to.

The rooms are clean and nicely presented with effective air conditioning (it was very hot during our stay and we were very grateful to go back to a lovely cool hotel). Very impressed with the buffet breakfast, there was a great selection on offer - our 14 year old daughter was in her element!

The room was really clean!!! Only complaint…. In the a.m. cleaning staff was of course doing their jobs in neighboring rooms but it was very loud and woke us up after we had been awake for 48 hours due to travel.

Wonderful hotel and staff, breakfast buffet was incredible. Fresh fruit, meats, eggs, cereals, juices, coffee, pastries, breads. Convenienent to Sagreda Famila, but not too close, easy drive to the airport.

Hotel is really well located. We only stayed for one night but it was perfect for our needs. The staff were super friendly and the room was clean and modern – a bit on the small side but again, we were only there for one night. Any more than that we might've struggled. There was some Catalan wine in the room on arrival which was a nice surprise (and tasty!). The only slight issue was the noise. A super minor problem, and didn't really bother us. We could hear everything happening in the hotel – cleaning, people moving about, etc. at around 8/9am. Again, not an issue for us as we wanted to get up and out but if you're planning on staying longer it's worth noting.
