Terrible hotel service, late cleaning and turn over the room. Even they forget to put towels in my rooms . Staff are very confused. I booked the the room for 4 nights and they charged me extra after first night stay due to late check out!!!!! I explained to them that I booked for 4 night then they reimburse me!!! Absolutely is not 4 or 5 start hotel. Maybe 3 star. Elevators are terribly slow. Would not stay in this hotel again

It was a quick check in process. The staff was friendly and polite. There are delicious restaurants around the area. There is a Starbucks and McDonald’s for a quick cup of coffee. There was just an inside bar that didn’t serve coffee or breakfast items. There is a lovely outdoor bar with great service.

We had a very good stay -- special kudos to the very nice lady who checked us in and the night bartender at the lobby bar who went out of his way to heat up some food we brought from the outside. It's what you expect from staff at a brand like the Hilton. Our room was also very good -- clean, quiet and very comfortable. The one very big blemish involved the male host working the breakfast room on Dec. 30. The night before, I left my jacket at the hotel lobby bar. The next morning I checked with the front desk staff, who asked me to inquire with the host of the breakfast buffet while she searched the lost and found. The host could not have been ruder. He told me he didn't have time to check for my coat and told me to ask the front desk. When I told him the front desk had ask that I check with him, he again rudely told me he didn't have time to help me. While this exchange was taking place, the front desk staffer appeared with my coat. She had heard the exchange and told me she was informing her supervisor. But I was never offered an apology or anything close to that even though I had supplied my room number (1123), During my professional career, I stayed at Hilton hotels hundreds of times and never experienced this kind of poor service. This incident won't keep me from staying again at a Hilton, or even this particular Hilton. My experience at Hiltons have been 99.9 percent good or better. But I'm still a bit shocked at the treatment I received and the lack of follow-up.

For the exorbitant price paid, found the staff quite abrupt. Breakfast not the best, only two bottles of water given just on first day - and none for the rest of the days. Banging noise from the Basement floors as set ups being done for conferences. Definitely not a tourist friendly hotel. Best part two Malls within 10 min walking distance. Taxis easy to get.

This property was not located within walking distance of many historic sites and attractions, but the public transportation system made up for that -- with subway, tram, hop on / hop off tour buses, Uber, and readily available taxis. The executive-level concierge was most helpful with tour info, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and happy-hour offerings were fun. However, breakfast on the executive level and in the restaurant was nothing to write home about. There were decent restaurants in the area, but wish we'd been closer to more dinner choices for fine dining. Nice property and friendly employees.

We had to wait 4 hours for our room even though we are Hilton honors members. Checkin is 2 and at 3 they hadn’t even started cleaning our room. When we did manage to get our room we were told our luggage wouldn’t be delivered for another 1/2 hour. This is after a travel day and having been in Barcelona sun all day. Once in room we find no body wash which they come up to replace leaving dirty footprints all over our shower, photos included.

We enjoyed our stay. Good location. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff. Only issue was with figuring out how to utilize the shower. We had to call downstairs and get someone to assist us. It was an architectural fete but not easy to figure out. Nice to have face towels again.

Stayed here as a family of 8 after our cruise ended. They helped us book a hop on hop off tour of the city. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, and it also went later in the morning which was great since we don't like to get up early! We needed four rooms that connected since we have 6 kids. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There was McDonald's and Starbucks just outside the lobby which was convenient for our American kids! We were able to store our luggage until our room was ready and until our cabs arrived the day we checked out. Staff was friendly. Overall recommend this location!

I found the staff, extremely helpful, and Inaki at the front desk was wonderful. Eric helped us with our luggage and Philip the bartender, made arrangements for us to have dinner each night with his suggestions. Everyone was friendly and very helpful.

Not enough restaurants in the area that was open on Sunday evenings! Also it seems this hotel is away from all of the main attractions that Barcelona has to offer. This hotel should be listed as business hotel, not one for vacations pr leisure! I will say the the duvet or comforter on the bed was absolutely fantastic!
