The elevators were broken, had to climb stairs. There was a waiting list to sit in the pool area. I never got to sit by the pool. Ridiculous at those prices. Definitely not a Hilton experience.

Insgesamt ein gutes Hilton Hotel mit einigen Schwächen. Die Lage ist sehr nah am Strand und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Einkaufszentrum Diagonal Mar, wobei die Innenstadt etwa eine Stunde zu Fuß entfernt ist – ein schöner Spaziergang, wenn man die Zeit hat. Das Hotel ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Unser Zimmer im 13. Stock bot einen seitlichen Meerblick und Blick auf die Straße. Es war größtenteils sauber, allerdings gab es zwei auffällige Flecken auf dem Teppich, die dringend gereinigt werden sollten. Der Zimmerservice war hervorragend, besonders die Burger und Pizza waren geschmacklich sehr gut. Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und das Essen war noch warm. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich. Der Check-In verlief problemlos, jedoch funktionierte der kontaktlose Check-In über die App nicht vollständig, da ich trotzdem zur Rezeption musste. Der Check-Out hingegen klappte kontaktlos und insgesamt funktionierte die App gut, auch wenn beim Check-In noch Verbesserungspotenzial besteht. Das Laden von Elektroautos hat vor Ort gut funktioniert, jedoch gab es nur zwei Ladesäulen, von denen eine defekt war. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass das Laden kostenlos war. Allerdings waren die Parkkosten mit 36 € pro Tag sehr hoch – der bisher teuerste Preis, den wir in einem Hotel bezahlt haben. Bei einem Zimmerpreis von etwa 400 € pro Nacht hätte ich einen höheren Standard bei der Zimmerhygiene (Teppichreinigung) und eine Berücksichtigung der Parkgebühren im Zimmerpreis erwartet.

Directly opposite a large mall with supermarket, shopping and restaurants. More cafes and restaurants nearby, plus the beach. E-bikes available to rent and within 10 minutes of buses and metro. Now the venue itself… mostly good. The ice/water machine was broken on my floor and also the floor below for a day or two. Almost evening, the power sockets stopped working and you’d have to use the ones on the other side of the room. The TV is a Samsung with HDMI but the hotel has shut off the ability to connect a cable to a laptop/ipad, and the channels are random, not much else in English beyond 24 hour news. No smart apps on TV so no Netflix, Disney YouTube available. Room had a bathtub but no plug - we were eventually given one on request. No coffe machine, just a kettle and coffee was not replaced during daily servicing. Outdoor pool is ice cold and unheated, and the area closes at 6pm which seems a bit early when the sun is out until 8. You could hear every scream, shout and door slam outside our room the soundproofing was not there, so even though there were blackout curtains you’d still be woken up early. Dining options (poolside, room service, restaurant) were very expensive but optional, we ate in the mall opposite, at the beach bars or nearby restaurants.

When you want to enjoy sunbeds at the pool they have a few for free (where you maybe need to wait for 1h to get one) and some where they force you to spend 40€ per person on shisha or cocktails. Imagine you are a pregnat woman/ sober/ or enjoy healthy life you cannt stay there. Absolutly ridiculous and makes a discrimination enviroment. Overpriced hotel and not really worth it.

Everything was perfect, except for the cold pool and breezy, shaded pool area where the sun beds are. It’s a shame that I have to got the beach to get a nice sunlight exposure. I just probably came in at the wrong time. Other than that, the hotel was perfectly fine.

If you are attending a conference, it is very close to the conference centre, about 3 mins away. The pool does not open until 10am, so early morning swims before your conference will have to be down at the beach (which is very close). Take the stairs as there is up to a 5 min wait for elevators during busy periods

Excellent staff, high standard hotell and lovely pool area. In previous reviews they say you have to pay for sunbeds, but this was not true. We got sunbeds for free and it was really nice. Only problem with this hotel was the elevator system. Sometimes you had to wait 5 minutes for the elevator to come.

Overall, we were disappointed with our stay here. The reception area is chaotic and has an overbearing security presence, which is disconcerting. The pool, which is the only reason we booked the hotel, feels like a total con, as it's a completely separate beach club business and guests are treated like second class citizens. It was very difficult to secure sun loungers due to pre-booking from paying customers outside the hotel. This should have been made clearer to us at the start. The room was spacious, but felt dated and the bed was comfortable though. The lift system was bizarre, and there aren't enough to service the hotel. the local mall is good for restaurants and any shopping you need. Decent beach is about a 20 minute walk away. Breakfast was good, nice setting. Bar cocktails were very good and good wine list and bartender.

We liked the size of the room, however the bathtub had black mold and the floor was really stained and dirty. The area near the desk had very large wet and dark stain, we had to put a towel down so we wouldn’t step in whatever it was! I let the front desk know we had used a towel on the floor due to a dark wet spot all they did was bring use another towel for showering. My guess is they didn’t care. The pool also had black mold and you could see a dirty tan ring around the pool defiantly need to be scrubbed it was really gross. Wouldn’t recommend the hotel due to cleanliness. Pool music loud and the same beat ALL DAY LONG! needs to update music choices since there was a range of ages.

We did not do the breakfast. However a 200 mls Coke was 6.50E . Go across the street and get some at the Walmart type store. 1.50E for a larger bottle!! The one thing that was awful was the shower. We were put in a handicap room. It was supposed to be a regular room with a kind bed . The shower was so short you couldn’t stand underneath it. And you had a lake on the floor due to a goofy shower door. It wasn’t just our bathroom like that S our friends had the same situation

Front desk staff were unorganized and do not have the proper technology in place to check whether rooms have been cleaned or not. This Hilton hotel was a great fit for our family, there is a plaza in front of the hotel with a big playground, also several options for restaurants, the included breakfast was great with all the options you can expect and more. I particularly would like to say thanks to the concierge team that gave us tips and solve the problem with Expedia reservation. When we arrived at the hotel we were informed expedia has not transferred the reservation to their system. They asked us to wait while their team contact Expedia and solved the problems. We were thankful, they were proactive and did not just threw the problems on our hands. Expedia on the webchat want us to talk to a relocation team. The hotel solved the issue before Expedia team was even able to contact us by phone. Definitely we would recommend this hotel for other families wanting to explore Barcelona.

Great location, right across from Diagonal Mall with plenty of options with places to eat. Short 2 minute walk to the beach, short 7 minute walk to Metro. Fairly close to cruise port. Room and bathroom are spacious and beds are comfortable. Only negative I had was half glass enclosure for the bathtub. Water splashes onto sink countertop while you shower.

Had a great time here! Think it's a nice property, extremely convenient to parc del forum and the metro station, and has a nice shopping center across the street where you can fulfill most basic needs. The service was good, the restaurants were all really good and the pool was immaculate and so chic! We came for primavera sound and it was a totally different experience staying that close. Would 100% stay here again

The general hotel was nice. Our rooms were subpar for the price. The breakfast buffet is not worth the approximate 35 dollar price. Just go across the street to the mall to eat. The upstairs restaurant and pool are fabulous though. Overall a decent stay. But we will look at other options when we come back.

Great property! Pool area is my favourite and I like that it’s near the sea. Staff were friendly and drinks were good. Nachos and fish tacos at the pool are to die for. Whole of Barcelona is quite expensive is the only downside.
