We were very happy of the offered early check-in, of the small surprises for our children, of the spacious room and bathroom with bidet. Small faults: the second bed was a sofa-bed, with some metal parts sticking out. Breakfast is until 11.00 but some things were not cooked after 10.30. The pectoral bench in the gym was not working. In general we had a very good stay, the hotel is well located, not far from the train station. There is even a rooftop with a small pool.

We enjoyed a comfortable 1 night stay in a Triple room. Breakfast was very good. Its a nice modern hotel in a good area, 20 mins walk from some of the main streets. The roof terrace is nice to sit out on, though the pool is very small. Would be nice to cool down in though.

We had a very large and comfortable room with a sofa bed. The staff is friendly. It’s only missing a ramp for luggage at the main entrance to avoid having to carry everything down the stairs. A direct access to the parking would be great as well.

Everything about this place was top tier. Room was amazing. Spacious, always kept clean with fresh sheets and towels replaced daily. Bathroom was big too with lots of room. Appreciated the fridge so I could keep my drinks cold. Location is amazing. Right in the centre of Barcelona. Most things can be reached within walking distance or Metro/Bus are a few minutes away. Only problem I had was with the gym. It\'s hardly a gym. Just a room with gym equipment in. I think a lot more enthusiasm needs to be pushed into refurbishment and upgrading of the current "Gym" facilities. I have more equipment at home lol. Other than this, would definitely stay here again.

Läget var bra, ca 25 min pråmenad till centrala Barcelona. Fin promenad stråk med massa små kaffeer och restauranger. Poolen på takterass var väldigt liten och inte i bruk vid vår vistelsen. Det var rent på rummet och sängen var står och bekväm.

We enjoyed the location as it was quiet but still had local charm. Hotel was clean and beds were really comfy Staff were not friendly or helpful We had the cleaning service in once in our 5 day stay and had some of our toiletries go missing so put the no sign on for the rest of our stay. When I complained I was told the Spanish government restrict it to 27 degrees but I can see that doesn’t apply to individual rooms so it feels a bit deceitful to tell me that. The hotel is situated somewhat midway between the Sants Estació (reachable directly from the airport using the train network) and the city centre. There is no metro station close, but that’s not a problem, provided you’re willing to leg it for a few minutes. The building is nice, clean and (superficially) modern. Rooms are large enough, and, when the window is closed, very quiet. Of course, if you open it, you hear the street noise, but, as far as I noticed, it’s not *that* unbearable (not much traffic, but we were there during August, and maybe many locals were off to the coast). More annoying is the noise made by the A/C, which is quite high, at least when you try to go to sleep. We had to switch it off every night. You’ll also have to figure how the various light switches work. It’s a puzzle game to figure out which turns on what. Bathroom is spacious and comfy, you get an extra bidet which is more like a curiosity nowadays. I suspect that it is an old building that has been thoroughly renovated. I can’t comment on the rooftop with the pool, we didn't have the opportunity to use it. Breakfast will easily sate everyone. Watch out though that it is served from 7:30 am onwards. So if you must, like we did, leave early (before 7:30 am) in the morning, please ask the reception the day before for breakfast bags. All in all it’s a good place to stay. The personnel is really nice. Recommended.

As a 4-star hotel, I didn’t expect the room to be cramped for 3 people. You literally cannot go anywhere in the room besides your bed and bathroom. The bathroom sink leaks under and was not fixed even after asking them. It is also very warm in the bathroom and found out that their mirror is heated! There’s also a big condensation problem from the air conditioning that made our room soak in disgusting leaks. The room also is uncomfortably warm for a warm weather outside. Good thing we brought a portable fan with us that made it bearable. The stay feels more like a 2-star hotel. Will not come back anymore. I’d give 2 stars for a good coffee at the lobby and friendly staff. Although when we told them about our room problems, there was really no offer to make it better with us. We stayed a total of 5-nights. It’s not fun going back to the hotel.

Staff were friendly. But terrible room service. Also air conditioning was broken and made the room hotter than 30 degrees. They advised I open the window (in January to cool the room down) which then meant I heard all the traffic outside from the main road and made the room freezing. I wouldn't stay here again.

Modern, nicely equipped hotel in central Barcelona with some thoughtful design touches. Rooms were nice-sized and clean. WiFi was solid (great for business travelers). Staff was friendly. Only a 15 minute walk from Sants station. Just a little wear and tear (shower heads, furniture) here and there that could use some TLC. Pro-tip : Be sure to ask to have the comforter added to your bed - because sleeping with just a thin sheet to cover you up at night is no fun. It was the key to a really nice night’s sleep. Overall, a great hotel that ticks all the right boxes…and at a reasonable price. Would definitely stay again.

Good location out of the crowded tourist areas, but close enough to walk most places. Nice huge king bed. Good television, but not many channels for English speakers. Room cleaning service was very good. But the leaky shower glass lets water accummulate in the bath floor too much. Couldn't readily switch to soak in tub since there was no stopper present.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was ok, kind of small, but ok for a couple. Pool was VERY small, not a swimming pool. Breakfast was very pricey for what you get. They had the same thing everyday. The City noise was VERY loud. Friday and Saturday night there was a band playing in the street until after 2am. There was no sleeping until 3 or 4 am. Crazy for most of us. Even the inside of the hotel was loud during the night with people coming in and slamming doors. We made the best of it. It wasn’t the worst. I do like the coffee in the lobby, and again, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt kann man sagen, dass es vollkommen in Ordnung ist. Ruhige Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, gute Anbindung an alle Arten von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Ansonsten ist das Frühstück sehr begrenzt, mit jeden Tag denselben Auswahlmöglichkeiten, keinen frischen Salaten und kaum Obst. Jeden Tag gab es Eier, die überhaupt nicht gut schmeckten, Schinken und Käse ... das war's 😀 Übernachtung ja, Essen nein.
