The room we stayed in had a beautiful sea view and was well equipped with all you need. There was an iron and a small ironing board, a kettle with tea/coffee/sugar although i wish i had taken my own teabags as the tea was chamomile tea. The hot shower was amazing and the room was provided with two bathribes and slippers. Basic amenties were available such as shower gel, toothpaste and brush, a small comb, shwoer cap and body cream. We were staying as a couple however there was only one toothbrush. The hotel has an amazing infinity pool on the top floor with a wonderful sea view. There is a fully equipped gym and a sauna available to use included in the price of the stay.... This was the best part for me! I didnt try out the food at the restaurant so i cannot comment. A very pleasant stay and woukd definitely visit again

Very nice hotel, clean, modern, 24/7 room service, less than a block’s walk from a huge shopping mall with great restaurant options. Full service bars on 3 different floors and a restaurant inside the hotel. A gym, a spa, and 2 small pools. Will stay again.

Excellent séjour, personnel accueillant, souriant, et agréable. Hôtel très propre, chambre magnifique avec vue sur la mer, tout est fait pour un séjour bien être. Deux piscines une au 22 et une au niveau du restaurant au 3eme. Les deux sont chauffés, a disposition sauna et salle de fitness. Nous avons adoré.

Modern and clean in a good location. Breakfast very good, had a problem with the air conditioning but fixed quickly. Also there was a smell from the drain in the shower but we figured out that standing the bin over it kept the smell from room. Staff friendly and helpful. Complementary mini bar was a nice touch.

We will give our stay here a WOW! We checked in and were given a room on the top 26th floor with incredible views! Our room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed, large rainfall shower and other amenities. We enjoyed the pool on the 23rd floor, also with awesome views of the ocean. The water temperature was warm and comfortable! We did pay extra for the breakfast buffet for all three days. It was excellent with a huge variety of breakfast foods, meats, salad, fruit, cereals, yogurt, etc. There are coffee machines with a wide choice of drinks plus several choices of different juices next to it. Pastries are also available. The buffet is a great value. The Diagonal Mar (3 floors of mall) is next door with 200+ stores and a large variety of restaurants. The beaches are a few minutes away within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay here!

The double room ocean veiw we reserved was terrible. They show a window or balcony in description but the offered no balcony. Only got a room that windows are shutdown and don't open. They have shut them down intentionally, so if you want to open them you must pay extra. So no sea breeze, only smelly rooms. The aircondion does not work. They set it at 19 C but you cannot change it. Therefore you get cold to shut it down. Can't adust temp or fan. Sneaky way to make customers not use AC. They don't clean the room daily even if you leave the room at 8 am and leave sign to please make up my room. When i confronted them they said they have many rooms and they don't have time to clean everyroom. So i called management and the sent some to clean my room at 5 pm. Room has no napkins, no coffee maker, no kettle to make coffee or tea. Very small bathroom you barely fit in it and shower and bathroom are separated small rooms. Lights is terrible. This is the last time i would take a non American brand hotel. These moms and pops hotel are out to rip off customers and companies who sent their employees for meetings. By the way my room was very pricey about 300 usd per night. Figure it out before you reserve with this outfit.

We stayed here for a hen party, hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, good location, has 2 small swimming pools, restaurant, bars, staff were friendly. I had booked twin bedded rooms as we were staying 3 nights and some of the girls didn’t know each other. However upon check in they were trying to give double bedded rooms and said they didn’t confirm twin rooms - but I had confirmation via hotels.com. It was resolved in the end and got our twin rooms. The bathrooms are quite open, so not much privacy, which is fine for a couple/family but a bit awkward with friends. Some even had no doors on the toilet! Overall I would stay again but maybe with my husband… Oh and limited Gluten free options, I had a salad for lunch.

Det hotellrum vi fick kändes kalt, klinkersgolv utan ombonad känsla. Gick inte ens att öppna fönstret på gaveln och avsaknad av balkong gjorde att varken handduk eller baddräkt ville torka. Sen var det inte någon dörr till toaletten som gick att stänga, det är en glasdörr utan handtag eller vred så om man vill ha någon form av integritet under toabesöket så är detta hotell inte det bästa alternativet.. Lugnt läge. Takpoolen va helt ok men inte så stor tyvärr. Hissarnas kapacitet motsvarar inte hotellets storlek

The room was immaculate, really good size and the lighting was amazing! We had a view of the sea from our window which was lovely. I would stay here again and I would recommend to anyone else to stay there too. Location was ideal only an hours walk from the main points but 5 minutes from the metro! Lovely shopping centre with lots of restaurants next door too which was perfect for evening food and drinks. The air on in our room however wouldn’t go to cool was only on hot!

The positives: large room, huge and comfy bed, good breakfast. The negatives: the bathroom design is insane: a noisy magnetic lock door that doesn’t reach the ceiling. The aircon situation is ridiculous. They clearly centrally override it and the room never goes below 23. To keep it even below 25 takes many hours. But also they take away the second key if you keep aircon running. I can’t imagine staying there in July-August.

Room was comfortable but quite noisy as could hear the people in the rooms next to us. Very clean with nice amenities. The staff we encountered were all very rude! I have never experienced this before. From check in to check out, they were rude. The older woman on the desk especially had a bad attitude and the man practically threw the room keys at us. For this reason, I wouldn’t return.

Room was too dark, if we open the blinds we get exposed as our room was in the corner to the bridge hallway, electric outlets not working , switches not working , bed is not comfortable at all, we wanted to try the pool, it was very cold. The design of the room was nice, room service was very good, but breakfast in the morning was okay

Overall a good stay, but, there was a particular incident in which we had clearly had the do not disturb tag on our door handle which was then removed by the cleaners she then had come in, bags had been moved and the bed had been made, this made us feel very uncomfortable as why have a do not disturb tag for the door to blatantly disregard it, thus going forward we are less likely to be rebooking with this hotel which is unfortunate as the room is very nice and reasonably priced, plus apart from the reception staff it seemed as if no one could speak any English which for a hotel that caters very clearly to tourists I think is a little bit dated.

Staff is horrible. No basic facilities like hot water kettle.. or even coffee station.. Cleverly they charged us additional 8€ for a glass of hot water plus 2€ to bring the hot water to the room.. when complained at the desk, they just ignored us saying they will look into it.

The Hotel Barcelona Princess was extremely good value for the cost paid. The staff were friendly and attentive especially Roberto, Ryan and Francesca in the Lobby Bar. The hotel facilities were second to none with two swimming pools, an excellent full service restaurant and wellness spa. The hop on, hop off city tour bus stopped right outside the hotel which was a convenient and cost effective way to see everything Barcelona had to offer. Our room was comfortable and generous in size. Our stay was awesome and we will definitely return sometime in the future.

La habitación fue perfecta: cómoda, limpia y muy bien equipada. Además, el personal del hotel fue encantador en todo momento, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar, lo cual es muy de agradecer. No obstante, la experiencia durante el check-in fue complicada, con una espera cercana a las dos horas. Según se nos indicó, esta situación suele repetirse los viernes, algo que sin duda merece una revisión por parte de la dirección. Me gustaría destacar que el recepcionista actuó con gran profesionalidad y educación a pesar de la presión y el malestar de algunos clientes ante la larga espera. Considero que el equipo humano del hotel no debería verse en esta situación por una cuestión organizativa que podría mejorarse. Confío en que la dirección pueda valorar esta circunstancia y adoptar las medidas necesarias para que la experiencia sea plenamente satisfactoria desde el primer momento.

Hotel is located in a safe neighborhood with easy access to transportation. Property is clean, close to shopping and restaurants. It has nice views for the city and ocean. Beach is close by and walkable. Overall, stay was pleasant. Maintenance staff need to remember to lock the room after doing work in the room. It happened twice during my stay where the room was left open after they completed the work. The 3 Euro service fee to deliver a fork to the room seemed ridiculous.

I did not like that the room temperature could not be regulated. Only heat, no cooling. The food at the breakfast buffet that should've been hot wasn't. I reported this to the manager but it had no effect. I was disturbed 3 times by staff when I had the do not disturb sign on my room door.
