We enjoyed our stay. The rooftop was an added bonus not to be missed. We had wine and snacks on the rooftop and was great. The staff was great. The property was walkable to everything.

The hotel was really quite good and the staff were great (especially Harold at the front desk). The lower rating on facilities is related to the rooftop ‘lounge’. It closes at 8:00 pm and therefore was not available as a place to relax after dinner or a day of sightseeing. The hotel’s website has photos of the rooftop that depict an active area with a tended bar in the evening. This is not accurate. There is no bar (closed) and again, the space is not accessible in the evening.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The people at the front desk were very polite and informative. They assisted us with all the questions we had. The only thing that needs to be updated, is that they do not offer breakfast anymore, this was offered a long time ago and new customers need to be aware of this. There is a breakfast place next to the hotel which was very good. Enjoyed the experience at this hotel.

Staff was very courteous & helpful. We were able to store our luggage until our room was ready. They helped us buy hop on & off bus plus called a taxi for our trip to the airport. The room was clean. Loved the grab bars in the shower & near the toilet. Would stay there again. Location was convenient.

Ótimo hotel, a menos de 10 minutos a pé da praça da Catalunha, pra quem vem de Aerobus do aeroporto. Também fica próximo da principal região de Barcelona. Equipe muito atenciosa, deixamos as malas o dia todo em nosso último dia na cidade. Café da manhã não estava incluso na nossa reserva, mas poderia ser adicionado ao custo de 12 euros por pessoa por dia, porém existem várias cafeterias pelas proximidades com valores bem em conta.

Excellent location - very central and within walink distance of Plaça Catalunia, metro stations, bus stops, restaurants, bars and shopping. Room was good, although a couple of points that need attention. 1. Whilst the room and bathroom appeared spotlessly clean, the cleaners had missed three large bags of half eaten crisps that were in the desk drawers. 2. The mattress on the bed was past its best. Whilst not massively uncomfortable, the sides of the mattress where ypu naturally sleep were much less firm than the centre of the mattress.

Habitación super amplia y cómoda, así como el baño. Cuenta con un pequeño balcón. Estuvo genial. El personal muy amable. Permiten guardar las maletas luego del check out que es a las 11am para poder seguir conociendo la ciudad si tu vuelo o tren es más tarde. Sin dudas regresaría!

こじんまりしているが、エントランスからロビーは広々としていて大きなソファーが魅力的でした。ただシングルユースだったので、窓のない1階の部屋に通されて悲しかったです。ホテルにお願いして最後の日だけ、階上にしてもらいましたが、1階とは大違いの景色に感動しました。

There was water leaking from the ceiling every time the AC was on. Leaked over the floor every day and night we stayed there. We put towels and pillows on the floor. The staff said he couldn’t fix it until after we left. He tried but water kept leaking from the ceiling on to us. :( noisy hotel and thin walls. Will not stay here again.

Fantastic hotel, unfortunately, I have to dock 2 stars as the walls are paper thin and the floors made of tile - resulting in sound that carries easily throughout the hotel. Not so much a bother during the day but late at night, if you're room-neighbors or floor mates are loud, or merely coughing and snoring, you'll hear them.

I loved everything about the hotel- convenient to dining, local sites, located in quiet tree lined street, very friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed. Then the other guests returned from their day out and about- and I realized the walls were paper thin! I could hear the guests in the next room use the bathroom, hear their phone ring, hear their conversation, hear them coughing! At one point around 11pm one guest at one end of the hall yelled to those at the other end if the hall to be quiet. And they weren’t extremely loud- you could just hear EVERYTHING! No carpeting in the rooms or hallways to absorb sound made this so much worse.

The Wi-Fi here is the absolute worst. Although friendly in nature, the staff just told us “We know it’s bad. There’s nothing we can do about it.” To make matters worse, you almost completely lose cell signal inside the building, so trying to get any work done was impossible. The safe in the room didn’t work, and the staff also said there was nothing they could do about this other than keeping our stuff at the front desk.

Convenient location of hotel, friendly staff. Although we were not given the room that we paid for. Given a double instead of a twin. The staff at the desk seemed unbothered by their error, said they would change it and never did, they did not follow up or check in with us. I expected better service or at least providing an arrangement of a room that we paid for.

Balcony furniture dirty . Hallway rugs dirty . Walls had holes in them . Reception staff very moody , serious faces and friendly at all . We had heavy luggage’s and just arrived via fast trains and were tired and were placed in a tower where we had to lift our luggage’s up several steps There was no bell boy nor were we offered any assistance .

Quintessentially European view from the terrace, with gorgeous, old buildings across the way and a view of some iconic hotel buildings. Coffee shops, restaurants, shopping all within a five minute walk. Included breakfast isn’t worth it IMO. Just head to a local coffee spot. It’s 12 euros for a breakfast buffet that has rather slim pickings. But they will make you eggs if you ask! It’s technically in the back area of another brunch spot, so can feel a little odd. Classic amenities included, but no extras. Seems like hotel bathrobes and slippers aren’t a Spain thing, though (at least in our budget), so not counting that against them. Staff were kind and polite, but no going above and beyond or anything. Again, no qualms there, but that’s why I marked it average. Walls weren’t great at minimizing sound, so we could hear people talking and coughing in neighboring rooms, but pretty average. Overall, worth it for an affordable spot near literally everywhere, though!

This was a great base for my trip, it’s so close to the centre and other sight seeing attractions. The hotel was quiet, clean and the staff were really helpful. The room was pretty basic but that’s all that was needed, no tea or coffee making facilities but there was a fridge. I didn’t purchase breakfast at the hotel, there are so many cafes and bakery’s close by where breakfast I could get breakfast. I would certainly recommend staying here

Great location, bars, cafes and restaurants within 2 min walk, recommend Glop and Mussol restaurants 3/4 min walk away. Bed and pillows were very comfy, good size room with lovely big shower and very big towels. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast at Sanwichez which was good but next door to hotel also do breakfast.

O quarto tem um ótimo tamanho, silencioso, cama confortável.O que deixa a desejar é o chuveiro, tem bom jato de água porém não fica estabilizado acima do corpo, falta um reaperto, pode ser q seja somente no quarto que fiquei. Quanto ao café da manhã eu considero alto o valor de €17,00,não é bufet e sim um cardápio determinado com apenas alguns itens. E ainda tem a desvantagem de ter q sair do hotel, pois é numa cafeteria ao lado. Cafés nas proximidades gasta em média € 9. Hotel oferece somente um gel e shampoo, que não são dos melhores. São detalhes que fazem a diferença!

We stayed for a pre Christmas trip, location was good, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The room was a good size with balcony. Disappointed to not find any facilities to make a hot drink, although there was a fridge for cold drinks.
