My only issue was parking. This hotel should have more clear instructions for guests that they are not offering any parking and guests need to use the public parking underground and there is no direct access from parking to this hotel using elevaelevator. There is a direct access from parking level 6 but hotel management kept it all for himself and don't allow guests to use it.

It’s a beautiful modern hotel right at the mall. The public transportation is in front to it & some nearby stations. Internet access is free. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Even their evening menu is great with a soothing restaurant ambience. The buffet paid inclusive is for 2 people only with family of 4. So we had to pay extra. The staff are really helpful.

It's useful that the hotel is situated right next to the beautiful L'illa Shopping Centre (the mall's food court had an impressive variety of culinary options). Rooms are large and nicely decorated. Hotel staff are overall polite, professional and very helpful. There is special attention to cleanliness. Breakfast was nice, although the variety of the main courses could be improved. Again, the waiters were efficient and friendly. Would definitely want to go again.

Very pleased with our room. It's spacious. Modern design, it's exactly what we're looking for. Price reasonable. Location close to malls. Just a bit disappointed when we asked for house keeping. I saw spots in the bathrooms which shows it's not seriously cleaned. Hairs.were still on the floor. Overall, we're happy with our stay. Highly recommended

Habitaciones espaciosas, la limpieza buena pero el mantenimiento bastante mediocre. Tenia en el baño un tubo de ventilacion lleno de moho para que cayese al inodoro. El desayuno no estaba tan bien y parte del personal le falta rodaje con el cliente, algo cortante. Pedí pan normal y tardaron 20 min en traerlo (ya habia terminado de desayunar). En recepcion, las chicas maravillosas, nos regalaron un peluche a mi hija pequeña.

After paying so much money for a 3 night stay I was charged an exorbitant amount of money per day just for them to open the sofa bed that was already in my superior king bedroom reservation for my 13 year old daughter to stay. I mentioned that I was coming from a Marriot hotel in Paris and was not charged extra and the front desk lady was rude saying not all marriots have the same owner! I thought this charge was outrageous, just to open a sofa bed that was already part of the room already. I am never again staying at a Marriot hotel chain.

The hostesses in the front desk were amazing, provided good suggestions and always very welcoming. The hotel is well located if you do not want to in the middle of all craziness and it is walkable distance to Paseo de Gracia.

I had stayed 7 nights. It was quite comfortable and clean. Breakfast is also delicious and we can enjoy many variety of Spanish ham and cheese.They provided me early Check in without no additional charge but changing type of bed only.
