Excellent customer service. Mum loved the buffet breakfast and all the different options. The way to the lifts was a bit tricky with the hallway and turns in the beginning but sorted out after a few days. The pool was lovely and the spa was just spot on. The room was very comfortable and the room service was always very good and very affordable. 100% recommended

Avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel sur Barcelone, bien situées par rapport aux lignes de métro, quelques minutes à pied de la ligne Bleue L5. Par contre mauvaise insonorisation, dès que l’ascenseur fonctionne, ça résonne dans tout l’étage et tout l’immeuble. Et nous étions au dernier étage et au plus loin de l’ascenseur.! Parking accessible pour quelques voitures, nous avons eu de la chance, il y avait une place pour nous. N’avons pas pris les petits déjeuners. Belle petite piscine sur le toit avec vue agréable.

I paid a lot for the room, which was approx 250€. A bit of a cold dark room which I had to take multiple elivators to get to. However, i spent most of the day on the pool and this was actually quite nice... Without the pool I would have given a much lower rating

Very old, small bathrooms . Hotel was under remodeling and it took long time reaching room. Elevator was very often out of order

Sunotel junior was great option for the price. Lots of restaurants and fast food options very close to the hotel. The subway is about a block away. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. Only issues I had were that there are 2 hotels connected. One is more luxurious and the other is price friendly. The price friendly entrance is either under construction or is just closed permanently. Every time we wanted to go in or out of the hotel, we had to go through a route that involved 2 separate elevators and a long, curvy hallway in between. This was kind of a hassle but doable. Another thing that I wasn’t too happy about was that there was AC and heater available with a small monitor to allow for adjustments. Turns out, we could not control it because it was centralized for the entire floor. If we wanted to make it warmer or colder, we would have to call the front desk to notify maintenance to adjust the temperature. This would have to be done during certain hours as well. Whenever we wouldn’t call to adjust the temperature, we would open the windows to let the cool air in but would encounter either other occupants, smoking or random pedestrian, smoking outside the window. This was during the day and at night at this no smoking hotel. Other than this, the experience was very pleasant, and I would most likely stay at the junior hotel, if I’m looking to save some money. Next time I’d probably stay at the main hotel.

Nice hotel for a fair price. They let us use the pool area after we checked out while waiting for our flight for free.

Room was spacious and clean tv and mini bar provided also , unfortunately there was renovations in the pool/hot tub area so unavailable but still a nice place and would choose to stay again 7/10

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zur L5 (Metro), Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten rund um den Block, Essen deto. Das Hotel ist etwas abgewohnt, aber in Ordnung, man bemüht sich. Das Frühstück war eine positive Überraschung, jeden Morgen 4-5 frische aufgeschnittene Früchte, Eierspeise, Muffins, Donuts, Käse, Wurst, bis zu warmen Gerichten. Ich habe wegen dem Pool am Dach gebucht, aber der ist wirklich alt und gerade einmal etwa hüfttief - das Whirlpool lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein. Also nicht wegen dem Pool buchen, dann ist man enttäuscht. Aber die Bar daneben ist ok und nett. Wir würden trotzdem wiederkommen, weil es in Summe gut gepasst hat.

Keine eigene Rezeption. Ein Irgarten im Untergeschoss wo man über einige Ecken zum anderen Hotel kommt. Zuerst wollten sie mir ein Zimmer geben ohne Fenster nach außen. Lüften nicht möglich und keine richtige Lüftung vorhanden. Hotelgäste warten laut bis 2:30 Uhr. Sollte mal renoviert werden. Im Lüftungsschacht war ein Tier das manchmal bei Licht am Lüftungsgitter kratzte. Gut das des aus Metall war. Ich schätze eine Ratte. Kein richtiger Bettüberzug. Nür Tücher und die Bettdecke ragt immer heraus. Das ist einfach unhygienisch.

Todo muy bien desde que llegamos, la habitación bien, cómoda y limpia. el desayuno muy positivo con todo lo necesario para arrancar el día de caminata. Tiene parada de metro lo que hace que llegar al centro sea rápido pero también puedes llegar caminando a Plaza Cataluña en 40 minutos aprox. y de paso vas viendo la ciudad. Estuvimos muy cómodos, gracias!

Føles fælt å måtte gi noen en så dårlig anmeldelse, men for 2000,- KR per natt så må vi nesten si ifra. Vi forsøkte en gang å si ifra via et spørreskjema direkte sendt til resepsjonen men ingen tok kontakt med oss så oppfølging var veldig dårlig. Rommet er veldig gammelt, og bærer preg av slitasje. Ene hyllen vår falt bare i sammen. Det er så lytt mellom veggene at man hører naboene når de hvisker på andre rommet. Hotellet har 2 forskjellige innganger, som gjør at du må gå forferdelig langt til rommet ditt. Basseng og område skittent. Elendig mat på takterrassen, veldig dyrt og. Vi betalte rundt 180kr per pers for frokost. Dette var 1/5 stjerner. Bacon i masse olje, eneste egg var eggerøre. Lite pålegg. Ekstremt slitt og gammelt. Verste frokosten vi har hatt dessverre. Vi vet dette er vanlig, men vi fant en kakerlakk på hotellet - og dette er for oss ikke hotellstandard for 2000,- per natt.. Positivt: NYDELIG PERSONALE. Vi elsket dem. Vi tror bare de jobber for feil hotell. :) Renhold på rom 10/10. Feilfritt. Fin lobby. Litt lang innsjekkstid, men overkommelig. Veldig dyr tax ved ankomst, men dette er ikke hotellet sin feil bare noe å være obs på. Veldig hjelpsom personale. Alt i alt, ville ikke vi anbefalt hotellet - men hadde gitt 10/10 dersom samme personale hadde jobbet for et bedre hotell.

Stanza singola, minuscola ma molto funzionale. Calda e con tutti i servizi essenziali. Non c'è molto da aggiungere tranne il fatto che la posizione è perfetta, vicinissimo ad attività e a metro e bus.

Hotel com entrada ruim por outro hotel. Quartos muito pequenos. Localização razoável.

Malheureusement la chambre était située juste à coté de l'ascenseur. La porte de la chambre ne coupait pas du tout du bruit, donc à chaque utilisation de l'ascenseur c'était beaucoup de bruit dans la chambre. Vraiment pas agréable.

Buslinien, Restaurants, Cafes in der Nähe. War alleine unterwegs , habe mich nicht unsicher gefühlt. Zimmer kkein, trotz zentr. Lage, ruhig zum Innenhof.

Air conditioning did not work , asked to have it looked at the first day but nobody come to look at it . Second day they fixed the air conditioning to work a little better . Rooms are very small .

The hotel is spacious and modern. The breakfast buffet was great. The surrounding area has lots of bars and restaurants and is accessible to the city sites. Definitely recommended!
