Booked last minute and was glad there was a triple room available. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the bar was a good place to relax. We did not get to try the breakfast. Helped us have a fun trip to Barcelona in the nice and quiet Gracia neighborhood.

Los únicos peros, el aparcamiento, muy estrecho y no es intuitivo cómo entrar para hacer el check in . Las chicas del bar un poco mal encaradas, como con ganas de irse a su casa cuando les pedías algo de beber. El alojamiento, amplio y cómodo y las personas de la recepción con muy buena disposición.

It's clean and nice property. The walls were thinner than other properties I've stayed at, woke up to some noise every night. We also got stuck on the elevator, but front desk staff were quick to get the key to get the doors open.

The location is good as it’s a walking distance from Gracia station and a few bus stops nearby. Wifi is too slow - often disconnected. The room is ok - acceptable level. However, the safe in the room is a crap. We couldn’t unlock the safe for twice during our stay and had to raise the same issue for multiple times until they took actions needed. As the safe didn’t work appropriately, we had to keep all valuables in our suitcase and bring it to the reception for them to keep it everyday before going out. This happened to another safe in a different room as well - so it was not unique to the specific safe. Not well maintained. Do not use the safe in the room as in the worst case scenario, you cannot unlock it to collect items before checking out. The safe in the room is designed as a “smart safe” where you can lock and unlock the safe by using the app. However, the staff told us not to use the app as it didn’t work well and ask us to use PIN code to do so - there is no such instructions in the room and manual PIN functionality didn’t work either, meaning the safe is useless. I would refund some of the paid accomodation fee if I were the hotel manager due to extremely inconvenient circumstances, but it seem that they didn’t even felt sorry about the issue. In addition to the above safe issue, the towel and some amenity goods were not replaced for a couple of times during our stay. The quality of housekeeping is below standard. Very disappointing customer service.

Great hotel in a quiet residential area of Barcelona with a reasonably short walk to Passeig de Gràcia. We have a family room, which was very clean, modern, spacious and well air-conditioned. The entire hotel is well-maintained and clean . The staff at the reception was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was great with a wide range of choices in a lovely breakfast room. Highly recommend!

Lovely welcome from staff, room ready early and spacious. Hard mattress ☹️ and some noise from street /other guests but great location with lots of options for coffee/snacks. Also had to borrow an adaptor as forgot ours which was provided by hotel for our stay 🎉

Nice locatin in Carcia. My Rooma was very spacious, clean and minimalistic, not new but very good value for the price. Only minuses would be the lack of soundproofing, which in a quiet area is not a very big problem. The other thing I would have appreciated would have been drinking water. One "eco refill" glass bottle was only provided for the first night, even though the price is the same for every night.

L’hôtel est situé dans le centre ville, plutôt dans le quartier d’affaires. Beaucoup de boutiques et de magasins aux alentours. Le personnel est vraiment adorable, très serviable. Il y a une petite cuisine dans les chambres mais elle n’est ouverte qu’après paiement d’un supplément ( ce qui n’est pas précisé lors de la réservation). Les chambres sont spacieuses mais comme l’hôtel est collé à un autre bâtiment, c’est très sombre. Dès qu’on ouvre les rideaux on voit les voisins d’en face. Pensez à fermer les rideaux quand vous allez vous doucher. Le lit est grand mais les chambres sont trop bruyantes : l’acoustique est mauvais. On entend la chambre d’à côté parler, on entend la femme de ménage faire son nettoyage, on entend les enfants courir dans leur chambre. C’est vraiment le point négatif de cet hôtel. Le lit était sale quand je suis arrivé ( photo en pièce jointe)

As the safe didn’t work appropriately, we had to keep all valuables in our suitcase and bring it to the reception for them to keep it everyday before going out. This happened to another safe in a different room as well - so it was not unique to the specific safe. Not well maintained. Do not use the safe in the room as in the worst case scenario, you cannot unlock it to collect items before checking out. The safe in the room is designed as a “smart safe” where you can lock and unlock the safe by using the app. However, the staff told us not to use the app as it didn’t work well and ask us to use PIN code to do so - there is no such instructions in the room and manual PIN functionality didn’t work either, meaning the safe is useless. I would refund some of the paid accomodation fee if I were the hotel manager due to extremely inconvenient circumstances, but it seem that they didn’t even felt sorry about the issue. In addition to the above safe issue, the towel and some amenity goods were not replaced for a couple of times during our stay. The quality of housekeeping is below standard. Very disappointing customer service.

Check in was great. Room in general too. We didn't got a welcome drink, but that's Okey. Checkout needed 15 minutes (system down and then he wanted us to pay the city tax again, but we payed that the day before) and we nearly missed our flight. But I would come back for sure and I recommend that place for everyone who is looking for a bit luxury apartment hotel.

Los únicos peros, el aparcamiento, muy estrecho y no es intuitivo cómo entrar para hacer el check in . Las chicas del bar un poco mal encaradas, como con ganas de irse a su casa cuando les pedías algo de beber. El alojamiento, amplio y cómodo y las personas de la recepción con muy buena disposición.

Located in a quite part of the city. Bus connections are convenient. Everything is a bout 30 minutes away. Hotel staff are helpful. Hotel property is nice. Bed is super comfortable. We did not use the available breakfast, but that is an option and they looked busy. Room had a kitchen, but hotel said they would charge if you used it to cook in.

Great hotel in a quiet residential area of Barcelona with a reasonably short walk to Passeig de Gràcia. We have a family room, which was very clean, modern, spacious and well air-conditioned. The entire hotel is well-maintained and clean . The staff at the reception was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was great with a wide range of choices in a lovely breakfast room. Highly recommend!

Hotel ben collegato e abbastanza vicino al centro in zona non troppo rumorosa ma nemmeno panoramica. Avevo richiesto una camera con tre letti singoli e me ne hanno data invece una con un letto matrimoniale e un lettino ricavato da un divano. Pulizia della camera nella norma, bagno abbastanza grande ma senza bidet. Frigo in camera abbastanza capiente. Sconsiglio la colazione in hotel in quanto vicino ci sono vari bar e bakery dove poter mangiare a prezzi di molto inferiori.

Lovely welcome from staff, room ready early and spacious. Hard mattress ☹️ and some noise from street /other guests but great location with lots of options for coffee/snacks. Also had to borrow an adaptor as forgot ours which was provided by hotel for our stay 🎉
