L'hôtel est situé à quelques mètres d'un méga centre commercial récent, avec un étage plein de bar et resto, en dehors du centre et donc avec un très grand parking. Finalement très pratique et loin des touristes (rappel: autorisation de circulation obligatoire pour accéder en voiture à Barcelone). Le métro est à 10/15min à pied, et ensuite 6/7 arrêts du centre ville. Donc plutôt pas mal si on n'a pas besoin de revenir à l'hôtel plusieurs fois dans la journée. Point négatif, les chambres sont très mal insonorisées. La rue est calme mais on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres et le couloir, et comme les animaux sont autorisés... Autre point étrange pour info, il y a bien un mini bar, mais vide, ce qui ne l'empêche pas d'être branché et de tourner pour rien ! Le personnel est très sympathique, mais globalement cet hôtel est surcoté.

Veldig bra frokost! Pent og rent rom. Fantastisk dusj. Helt håpløse forhold med parkering. Veldig vanskelig å finne parkeringskjelleren deres. Tror jeg kjørte 5 ganger rundt kvartalet + en mengde andre veier for å finne fram. Ganske dyr parkering. Du kan ta sjansen på å parkere i p-huset til det store kjøpesenteret (Westfield) like bak hotellet, men det stod noe om at det ikke var lov å stå lenger enn 4timer, så jeg turte ikke å ta sjansen. WE had three night break here. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. Most of the staff are great. Special thanks to Louis and Patrica. The Spa/wellnesss area is fabulous. Finished our stay with one of the best massages ever, courtesy of the magic hands of Aldana. Only downsides, approx. 15 minute walk to metro and no tea/ coffee making facilities in room. Overall, enjoyable stay.

Food was good and staff helpful. However - breakfast should be included - All rooms should have a USB charging point and at the least tea/coffeee making facilities - Pool is too small and should be free.

Sad that my 15 year old couldn’t use the spa pool. Also it would be nice if there were more options for refreshments in room. Only 2 small milks was nowhere near enough and no wee biscuits or cookies. I always look forward to a cup of tea or two and wee biscuit/cookie after a long journey and before bed

The hotel is in a great location, just 2 or 3 min walk to Westfield shopping centre. The room was ok, however, it looks dated and could use some renovation. Pillow options would be also appreciated. Note that although parking is available onsite, it is very limited so make sure you call and confirm availability before you book your room.

There was traces of moistures in the bathroom room ceiling with marks of pitting. Beautiful and spacious room. Cleanliness, silk decoration and presentation. Very helpful staff. I loved it.

Hola, en general todo bastante bien, pero quiero aprovechar para comentar que en la primera planta hay un olor insoportable a tabaco, me hago cargo que no es culpa del personal del hotel que haya gente irresponsable, pero es cierto que hay que dejarlo bien claro a los clientes que no se puede fumar. También habría que cuidar la insonorización de las habitaciones, no sé como serán las demás habitaciones pero en la mía se oye todo lo que pasa en las habitaciones colindantes, el pasillo y la calle, eso hace que la experiendcia no sea satisfactoria del todo.

this is not what i expect of a Catalonia - food was reheated at best - systematic sweet sauce on meat included. The hotel looks unimpressive and dirty on the outside, common areas are small and not conduaive to relaxing. Big screen in the dining room with tv on. Match or not i am expecting a lot more when i pay 230€ a night in a Catalonia.

Hotel eloigné du centre de Barcelone,taxi imperatif et le plus rapide ( course entre 17 et 20€).Déco un peu vieillote ( rideaux déchirés ds la chambre parquet un peu abimé,travaux en cours( placo dans le hall d'entrée) mais : -Personnel très gentil - chambre spacieuse et literie très confortable ( très important pour moi qui ai des problème de dos) - salle de bains correcte - petit déjeuner très complet - aucun problême d'accoustique Bref convient très bien pour un séjour de quelques jours

El hotel bien ubicado, muy cerca del mall, donde encuentras desde un gran súper mercado como tiendas de todo tipo y restaurantes variados, las habitaciones bien, aunque un poco justas en el mobiliario, una mesita de noche minúscula sin contactos cerca, el staff bastante más amables que el común que te encuentras en Barcelona

Room was really small, single bed. Was charged accordingly. Glad to have a clean, comfortable place to stay overnight without paying an arm and a leg. Sofia at the front desk and dining room staff all were exceptional. Sophia called the taxi and even went outside to show me where the taxi was parked and to make sure I got in. Breakfast had just ended five minutes before, but the staff cooked eggs and bacon fresh for me and then cooked toast even though I had not asked for toast. They were smiling and friendly when they could easily have said sorry we are closed and you missed breakfast. Breakfast was a free buffet, so I didn’t expect fresh cooked food to order.

This Catalonia location is right next to an outdoor shopping plaza that has several restaurants, stores, supermarket - movie theatre it has it all. Concierge staff were amazing, very welcoming, attentive and ready to support. The room had a comfortable bed, nice bathroom and large window. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet 15 euros, and also served lunch and dinner. Food was always hot and delicious. Their hosts/hostesses were also very helpful and ready to please. Buses H6 & H8 were frequent and took you close enough into the city with nice scenery along the way. The subway is a quick 5min H5 bus ride or 15 minute walk. Explore the plaza nearby it's cute and very typical of Spanish neighborhoods. Definitely recommend and will stay again!

The room was clean daily and cleaning staff was good. The breakfast was good. The front Desk staffs are just okay. I was slipped in the tub when I took a shower. My nose was bleeding, my head and my right side of my leg were all bruised. My friend was almost fell too when she took a shower. We reported the incident. But the front desk staff told me to avoid the slippery issue, just put a towel on the tub. Who would ever think that when you are on vacation. They need to provide a non-slip mats.

Muy satisfecho, a sido todo ayudas. Los chicos y chicas de recepción super competentes muy preparados y dando soluciones a cada peticiones. No me quedo corto al decir que el mejor que he conocido en cuanto atención. Las limpiadoras maravillosas. Repito seguro . Lo dice un Padre y una Madre que con sus dos hijos an pasado una semana perfecta gracias a cada profesional del hotel.

Room was really small, single bed. Was charged accordingly. Glad to have a clean, comfortable place to stay overnight without paying an arm and a leg. L'hôtel est situé à quelques mètres d'un méga centre commercial récent, avec un étage plein de bar et resto, en dehors du centre et donc avec un très grand parking. Finalement très pratique et loin des touristes (rappel: autorisation de circulation obligatoire pour accéder en voiture à Barcelone). Le métro est à 10/15min à pied, et ensuite 6/7 arrêts du centre ville. Donc plutôt pas mal si on n'a pas besoin de revenir à l'hôtel plusieurs fois dans la journée. Point négatif, les chambres sont très mal insonorisées. La rue est calme mais on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres et le couloir, et comme les animaux sont autorisés... Autre point étrange pour info, il y a bien un mini bar, mais vide, ce qui ne l'empêche pas d'être branché et de tourner pour rien ! Le personnel est très sympathique, mais globalement cet hôtel est surcoté.

Veldig bra frokost! Pent og rent rom. Fantastisk dusj. Helt håpløse forhold med parkering. Veldig vanskelig å finne parkeringskjelleren deres. Tror jeg kjørte 5 ganger rundt kvartalet + en mengde andre veier for å finne fram. Ganske dyr parkering. Du kan ta sjansen på å parkere i p-huset til det store kjøpesenteret (Westfield) like bak hotellet, men det stod noe om at det ikke var lov å stå lenger enn 4timer, så jeg turte ikke å ta sjansen. Betjeningen i resepsjonen var hyggelige og lot oss stå i p-kjelleren deres store deler av dagen etter oppholdet, mens vi dro med Metro til sentrum og severdighetene i byen. Spisestedene i kjøpesenteret har lang åpningstid, dersom du kommer sent frem til hotellet.

The hotel is in a great location, just 2 or 3 min walk to Westfield shopping centre. The room was ok, however, it looks dated and could use some renovation. Pillow options would be also appreciated. Note that although parking is available onsite, it is very limited so make sure you call and confirm availability before you book your room.

this is not what i expect of a Catalonia - food was reheated at best - systematic sweet sauce on meat included. The hotel looks unimpressive and dirty on the outside, common areas are small and not conduaive to relaxing. Big screen in the dining room with tv on. Match or not i am expecting a lot more when i pay 230€ a night in a Catalonia.
