NH Barcelona Eixample

It’s a nice, older city hotel. Lots of restaurants in the area. Not too close to major attractions.

Walks are like paper, you can hear the next room even when they are opening their curtains the sound is terrible. You can hear every toilet flush etc. We were in 515 right next to the escape stairs and was woken up two days 8am by really noisy workmen dragging huge poles up the metal staircase. It was my birthday and i had a cake and a small bottle of fizz in my room which was a lovely touch. The decor needed redoing as wallpaper was chipped/peeling off and could see where holes had been filled mutliple times in the ceiling. Walls ceilings and skirting boards bashed and tired. Bedside lighting only.The bed was very comfortable although there was no iron and you had to request this from the front desk then try and iron on a miniature ironing board on the bed. If you have clothing needing ironing on two sides dont even attempt. ne day someone knocking on the door while i was getting dressed and came in. Went to look who it was and it was construction workers. Don't want random contractors around my belongings when I'm not present. This made me pack and lock my bag and put all my jewellery and makeup in the safe. No mention of planned maintenence from the hotel so wasn't too pleased with them being able to let them selves in. Staff all very pleasant and very willing to help with anything. Free drinks vouchers if you dont have a cleaner each day. Great range of drinks to spend them on. Lobby Comfortable seating area which smelled amazing. Great if waiting for other groupmembers

Kun vindue til mørk baggård, varmt værelse med slidte møbler og dårlig aircon, ok badeværelse, elendig parkeringskælder hvor man ikke ved hvornår port åbner og til tider skal man gå ind til reciption for at få den åbnet

Ubicación: lejano Habitación: de buen tamaño, carencia de camas matrimoniales (habitación con camas individuales pegadas una a la otra), wifi deficiente, pantalla en mal estado. Buen detalle que hayan conservado la radio empotrada para el sonido ambiental, en general es un hotel viejo al que le falta mantenimiento. Servicio: bueno, sin destacar nada

O hotel é ok! As instalações já são mais antigas, os banheiros possuem banheira o que pode ser perigoso para o banho. Está localizado em uma grande avenida, mas os pontos turísticos estão distantes - sendo preciso uma caminhada ou acesso ao metrô. O atendimento dos funcionários foi sempre excelente

Recomendado, tiene varios restaurantes cerca, es seguro los alrededores. Desayuno bueno, un pequeño gym. La estación Barcelona Sants está a 1.2 km. Las línea 1 y 5 están cerca del hotel ( hospital clínic y urgel. Personal muy amable

El hotel está muy cerca del Hospital Clínic en donde tenía que hacerme unas pruebas. La zona es perfecta para comer y visitar comercios. El hotel dispone de parquing propio.

Hotel facile d'accès. Check in rapide avec personnel accueillant et souriant. Installations propres, literie très bonne, salle de bain propre. Wifi disponible. Petit déjeuner continental de qualité, très varié avec du vrai jus d'orange. Check out rapide Parking surveillé disponible à 2min à pied de l'hôtel. A recommander les yeux fermés.

O hotel tem uma boa localizacao: a 4 quadras do metro, facil acesso caminhando a cafes, bares, restaurante, taxis. O café da manha foi muito bom. Reservei este hotel pq vi fotos dos banheiros com a ducha e sem banheira,ideal p minha mãe de 78 anos, mas na verdade só ha 2 quartos apenas c ducha no hotel inteiro. Acho que deveriam incluir fotos dos outros quartos tb, pois o hotel estava lotado e não havia como mudar de quartos. A limpeza feita nos quartos deixou a desejar com pó acumulado em um canto.

Paid hotel prices for a youth hostel quality stay. Not a hotel I would recommend staying for more than 1 night. Incredibly noisy! Every sound echoes throughout the hotel due to the layout and tiled floor. Impossible to sleep. The room is tiny even for a hotel room in the city. Lastly, bathroom was not very clean, dirty shower stall, rusty drop ceiling and the drain did not function properly.

La limpieza dando mucho que desear… había chinches y mi madre y yo sufrimos picaduras de estos bichos.

Las paredes del lobby sucias. El papel tapiz de la habitación roto. El teléfono del baño viejo. El hotel y la habitación dan aspecto de ser estilos viejos. Lo peor de todo fue la temperatura en la habitación, no se podía encender el aire acondicionado por la temporada (según me explicaron de la recepción), pero tampoco se podía abrir la ventana para que entrara aire fresco de afuera ya que la habitación daba hacia un núcleo de servicio del hotel. Me ofrecieron y llenaron un abanico ventilador. Pero eso no fue suficiente para climatizar la habitación y pasamos calor al dormir y cada vez que estábamos en la habitación mi hijo y yo. Fue muy incómodo.

Great 24/4 front desk. Great breakfast selection. Spotlessly clean. Mattress could be better. It would immensely help the quality of night rest. Particularly if guests are staying for quite a few days as it was my case. Overall, good experience in NH Eixample.

Could hear everything through the walls and the noise kept us up at night.

Hotel muito bom. Ja estive em outros NH. Mesmo padrão. Quartos amplos. Banheiro amplo. Localização boa. Fácil acesso a transporte publico. Excelente custo beneficio. A única questao é que eles costumam arrumar os quartos apenas depois das 15h. Dao prioridade para o quartos que farão check-iout. Dai voce passeia e decide voltar pelas 15h ou 16h para descansar e o quarto ainda nao foi arrumando.

It isn’t close to city center that is the heart of Barcelona. Raquel and Sandra are great help to guide you to your activity and how to get to nice places. They were very professional/kind. Staff at breakfast also very nice. Room was so tiny and quiet till I fell sleep and it was impossible to sleep with every room door banging and also housekeeping starts early and noisy. It was a safe hotel for sure.

Todo ha ido bien. Un hotel de 3 estrellas correcto.El personal de recepción ha sido muy amable. El cochón me resultó bastante incómodo.

Es un hotel muy ruidoso que escuchas todo el ruido que hacen los del cuarto de a lado y el piso de arriba eso no me gustó

No frills but a super base for exploring the city. Very helpful and friendly staff - welcoming, efficient and friendly reception staff who helped us with lots of bookings. Superb breakfast with a huge array of choices again with very lovely staff. Rooms were a little tired but nothing to complain about - the cheery cleaning staff worked hard on them every day. Comfortable beds and a very quiet hotel even though our room was next to the lift. Arguably the location is a bit of a walk/bus ride from the centre, but very well served for transport and some really top notch local restaurants and bars which more than compensated. Recommend checking out Rincon Catala just round the corner - very welcoming cool little bar with the most delicious house Rioja and very high quality tapas, best we had in Barcelona. Porvenir, again round the corner, excellent for fish & seafood. All in all, a great little hotel where we really enjoyed staying.

The staff was amazing. Mateo in the front office and the three women who manned the breakfast buffet went above and beyond. Would definitely stay again.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room comfortable. Clean and good night sleep. Could be doing with a tidy up i.e wallpaper loose but overall did not stop us having a good stay. Good selection for breakfast.

I travelled solo so expect not to get best room. However the room was basic. The noise in this hotel is a joke. Walls must be paper thin. I could hear someone going to the toilet in room next door. Noise coming from a neighbouring building at 7am on a Sunday morning from someone doing washing. Then half an hour later can hear someone’s personal alarm going off. Followed around 9am by cleaners in corridors. Upon check out I complained to reception. Was told “this is an old hotel”. No service recovery whatsoever. You can not call this a 4* hotel.

Almost in the center. 10-15m walk the center but around the hotel there are lots of restaurants. 10m walk to airport bus stop. Recomended

Breakfast was an expensive extra

Gostei da localização, porém como eu tinha muitas malas foi um pouco desconfortável subir escadas com crianças. O hotel tem um excelente café da manhã.
