NH Sants Barcelona

This is a beautiful and modern hotel within walking distance if the Santa train station. I was immediately greeted as I entered-staff was friendly and helpful. My room was well appointed, modern snd clean. I live this hotel and will recommend to others.

Hatte ein kleines Zimmer für Durchreisende gebucht, was für 2 Tage absolut in Ordnung war. Frühstück war super. Von hier aus ist mal jeweils in 15-20 per Bus oder Zug in der Stadtmitte oder anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das einzige was gar nicht geht, sind die Parkplätze in der Garage. Es gab keine Vergünstigungen für Gäste oder ähnliches. Für 2 Tage 48€ Parkgebühr find ich sehr überzogen. Eine Tagespauschale von 10€ sollte heutzutage Standart sein.

Nice hotel. Just far enough from Placa de Espana to feel like you are a part of the city and not the crowded shopping area. I liked the amenities, despite construction taking place at the front entrance.

It is a very nice hotel, that seems to have been recently modernised, making it very contemporary. The rooms were a good size and comfortable. We had rooms facing the street but did not hear any road noise. There was some noise through the wall but nothing major, mainly from inconsiderate guests. We enjoyed our stay and the staff were friendly and efficient. Would stay again.

Receptionist friendly. 700m or 8 min walk from Barcelona Santa Train Station, 6 mins from metro station. Lots of bars and restaurants within 3 min walk. Hotel is new and comfortable bed.

We arrived in the morning and I already knew that the check-in time is 3pm but was hopeful that we could get in earlier. We had to wait till 3pm and had to ask a few times at the reception before we were given a room and when we went up, we were informed by the cleaning staff that it was not ready! So we went back down and Isaac at the counter, gave us vouchers for free drinks while we waited. It was after over an hour before we managed to get into the room to rest (past 4pm!!). This room had warped floor tiles at the entrance to the bedroom and the bidet was located next to the tub making it tricky to climb into the bathtub to have a shower. Some days the tea bags were not replenished. The rooms were reasonably maintained daily though there were obvious spots where it was not cleaned! The location was close to bus stops and the metro at Sants. There are quite a few interesting food discoveries nearby as well. I was pleasantly surprised that I could seek the advice of medical doctor for free and Isaac helped me out on this. The medical team at the hospital quickly helped me sort this out and I purchased the meds from a pharmacy down the block. Another shout-out to Laura for arranging my move to my son's room after he checked out. This room had a little bit more space and the bidet and toilet were located away from the bathtub! The staff at the reception were generally friendly.

Everything was as expected, check in and check out really fast. Bedroom was clean. Service was nice. I enjoyed my stay.

The room.given waswnt the one pajd for very very small, hairs on the linens. Will not viait evwr again

The bedding was not totally dry. I have to ask the front desk to give me a pair of new sheets at midnight when I back to hotel.

The room I was given was tiny. Nothing like the photos or description when booked. Not good value for the price paid.

the superior rooms are much nicer and bigger than the standard rooms.

Stayed 3 nights…Junior Suite with Terrace…8th floor…clean rooms…comfortable bed…large balcony with loungers and sectional…my favourite area in Barcelona…rare to find hotel where you can open door or window…did not go for breakfast buffet(no comments on that)…definitely booking again…better then AC hotel near Illia shopping center and Edition Barcelona

We would stay here again. Easy access to transportation and neighborhood eateries. Staff is super nice. Only negative was that our room had a small window to the “air shaft” and can feel confining if we stayed in the room for awhile during the day.

Needs Improvement Rooms were small. Since this was rated as a 4 star property, we were expecting it to be better than NH Madrid Ventas but it was in the same class/category. Thin walls - we could hear cleaning crew in the hallway in early morning.

The first night I mentioned the AC wasn’t working and they ignored me so basically the first night I slept in a sauna. The next day they went to fix the ac and when I came to the room tired at night I was a huge hole in the roof and the ac didn’t work. So they have to moved me to another room but basically I stayed in the new room for like 8 hours.

5* hotel in my opinion. Booked a superior room, up graded to a junior suite on the 8th floor. Beautiful room, huge deck with retractable awning two Chaise lounges with a sectional and coffee table, just fantastic. Close to transit, shopping and Barcelona Sants train station.

The room was much smaller than the one indicated on the image. It was on the first floor right behind the lights. Loud & the bathroom was leaking - we had a massive water puddle in the bathroom all throughout our stay . I’ve often stayed with NH hotels all over Europe and have consistently been happy. I am wondering whether booking through Expedia got us this terrible room.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and understanding. We thought we'd be a little late in getting back from an appointment taking us past check out time by a bit but were told no problem. Very accommodating and polite people.

Mal, porque nos hicieron esperar 40 minutos hasta que nos entregaron la llave de la habitación. A las 15:40 pudimos completar el check-in.

La experiencia de servicio con el señor de recepción fue terrible!!! Que lástima que tengan personal tan nefasto, mal capacitado y que no entiende castellano

Huge shout out to the front desk staff who was incredibly helpful and accommodating when we had train delays and issues with scheduling come up. Could not have been nicer!

The hotel is nice, super clean, comfortable and the staff really nice. But the rooms are very small. And the location is further than I would like it from the touristic areas of interest.

Super dejligt hotel, meget venligt personale der løste flere små udfordringer med største hjælpsomhed! Rigtig god beliggenhed i dejligt kvarter tæt på offentlig transport og transport til lufthavn.

Moderne, sécuritaire, à quelques minutes de la gare à pied.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado cerca de la estación del metro, a 20 min del aeropuerto y 15 min a pie del estadio Camp Nou. Las habitaciones de los pisos superiores han sido remodeladas, sin embargo tomar en cuenta que sus paredes son delgadas y se escucha desde las 8am el ruido de las personas en el pasillo y el personal de limpieza. El desayuno me pareció algo costoso (20 Euros por persona)

Boa acomodação preço do café da manhã absurdo

Habitaciones amplias y acogedoras. Muy buena limpieza. Tanto el Check out como el Check in fueron rápidos. El personal amable. En el comedor no puedo decir lo mismo, pequeño para la gente que había. No había solo que una mesa de dos que para mí sola era suficiente pero que tuve que compartir con otro señor que no conocía ya que él no disponía de mesa y me pidió si se podía sentar. Había un caos, los camareros iban desesperados y me resultó un buffete en el desayuno, sencillo.

Good location, Clean room, Great Breakfast, Good Service

Really enjoyed the stay. The superior room was beautiful and the whole hotel looked amazing. Breakfast was brilliant and the staff were amazing. Location was really good too because Estacio Sants metro had access to multiple locations

The air con was a little noisy, but the breakfast range was second to none !
