This property would have been 10/10 but the pool was closed from day 2 and did not open again. We was not alerted from beforehand about the maintenance happening and on the first day the pool was extremely dirty. However, the hotel in it self was amazing and the staff was absolutely fabulous. Great people to endure during the our atay in spain from the UK. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is good and everyday we had room service to clean our room whilst we was out. I will definitely return here again when i am back to Barcelona however hopefully the pool is open.

Front desk were amazing! Our rooms were cleaned every-time we came back! Everything was great, I am going to miss hotel. Only tiny complaint I have is the pool. I think the pool floor had mole or getting old. However, we really didn’t care because the hotel it self is amazing.

The only issues is the small parking garage and the lack of an elevator from the garage to the lobby. For older people like my Mom, Thisight have not been an issues but she commented on that fact. If you are going to a Barcelona game, this is your hotel to stay 5 min walk to stadium (once is done remodeling)

Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel sind extrem alt und abgenutzt. Im Bad hat es dauerhaft aus dem Abfluss gerochen (wir mussten diesen mit Handtüchern abdecken, die Badtür zu machen und noch ein Handtuch davor legen, damit man den Geruch einigermaßen in Griff bekommen hat). Für ein 4-Sterne Hotel dieser Kette definitiv nicht gut genug. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Honestly the first thing I care about when traveling is having a clean room, just to make me feel comfortable when I’m in my room at night, and NH delivered just as always, room was super clean when we got there, and cleaned every other day of our stay. Other than clean the room was also quite spacey and had that “luxury” look. The location is not too far from the center of barcelona but is right next to the L3 metro line that basically connects you with the main stops (hot points) of Barcelona (we rarely got any other line other than L3 to visit historic spots or do night fun activities).

OK Morgenmad. Skimmelsvamp på badeværelset. Aircondition som ikke virkede ordenligt. Checkede ind hjemmefra og blev tildelt et værelse som passede mig. Da jeg ankom var dette værelse givet til en anden og jeg kunne kun få et mindre værelse med en dårligere beliggenhed. Receptionisten prøvede at bilde mig ind at det nye værelse lå bedre, hvilket jeg kunne konstatere ikke var rigtigt. Dårlig stil. Jeg kommer ikke tilbage til dette hotel.

The bathroom in the room smelled so bad. I requested a room with 2 beds and instead I got one with one full size bed. My daughter had to get her own room. On top of that we we check in the 29 due to the power outage and they did not refund that day or applied it to my daughter’s room.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff was awesome. They were kind and gave us a room upgrade. Room was very spacious Hotel is a few blocks away from the Barsa soccer stadium but far from everything else. We moved by taxi which was about 15€ a trip, depending on the distance. Thank you NH.

Excellent hotel in perfect location only a few blocks from the les Cortes L3 Metro line. Great neighborhood with lots of markets, cafes and dining options. Close enough by metro to all the hot spots of the City but far enough from the crowds with a laid back local vibe. Hotel itself is modern and very nice. Staff were very friendly and all fluent in English. I would definitely stay here again if back in Barcelona!

my son and i where so please with the hotel.my son especially as it was across the road from the football stadium. i cant fault the staff they were all very polite and helpful. there was a good selection of food for breakfast i was also very pleased that our room was ready we was a couple of hours early.

Great hotel. I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but our room was very nice, very clean and had a huge sparklin clean bathroom. We did ask for a twin room because they are bigger. The hotel's restaurant is amazing, we recommend. A bit far from the centre, but tube and bus stations are nearby. Maybe not a 4 stars based on their need for renovation, but definitely a great stay.
