Hotel Sant Agustí

Dejligt hotel, tæt til Rambaen og det gotiske kvarter. Hotellet er kun spansktalende. Og mangler en bar. Hotellet ligger ud til et dejligt torv. I den uge vi var der(uge38/2023) var der mange hjemløse/psykiske syge. De er ganske ufarlige med meget højtråbende. Især om natten. Vi som med åbne døre( der er A/C på værelset) og der er rigtig mange lyde i byen, hvert nat.

Refrigerator was not working the first day, but was fixed, but sadly running on the power socket that shuts off when you leave the room, a real bummer in the heat that you cant get back to the hotel in the evening to a cold water/beer/soda. This is why I only give 3 stars and was thinking about only 2 stars

リセウ駅より歩いて2分ほど、カタルーニャ広場へも歩いていけるので空港へのアクセスも良く、とても便利な場所にありました。市場も近く買い物にも便利です。エレベーター横に飲み物の自動販売機があり、これがけっこう便利でした。お湯を沸かせるポットが部屋にあれば、言うこと無しだったのですが…。部屋は清潔でした。

The hotel location is superb - right next to Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. The rooms are clean and well presented, but rather small for two people, and there are minimal facilities. There's no facilities for making coffee or tea, for example, and no gym or bar. The service was fine but not as friendly as I've experienced elsewhere. It's a little on the pricey side, but I guess you are paying to be right in the centre of an amazing city.

Bra läge, nära Ramblan, shopping o restauranter. Tyst om balkongdörren var stängd. Frukost ok. Inga påslakan, bara dubbla lakan..Vid incheckn kändes det som ngt var fel-tog lång tid, han sa ingenting förrens man skulle betala turistskatt. Inte särskilt välkomnande! På torget var det ngr mat/barställen, massor av duvor o ngr uteliggare! Men ingen bar på hotellet som Hotels beskrev!

Great service, advice, information from Julian at the front desk as soon as we arrived. Location is great- front door on a square with a café, church, places to sit, sometimes entertainment, easy walk to main streets, cafés and restaurants, metro, Boqueria parking garage (recommended-large parking spots, security, bright, safe). Room was beautiful (penthouse), clean, has a fridge 👍 comfortable beds (we had 3), bright, nice bathroom with tub, separate shower and toiletries, lots of windows. Breakfast onsite until 10:30– we paid the hotel at checkout, separate from booking as it was the same price. There is a restaurant and lovely outdoor terrace. Check-out was quick, efficient and friendly (sorry I do not have her name at reception). There is a holding room for luggage at no extra cost. Would recommend Hotel Sant Agusti and would stay there again.

This was an interesting hotel... the lobby needs updating and even the keys provided seem off (like a cheap motel/hotel... the details mean so much); well, beyond the lobby, everything is very nice and updated. Don't expect amenities beyond the shampoo and gel in the shower. The little porch off the room is great! The towels are a bit thin but fine. If they updated the lobby a bit more and modernized certain details, it could be a 4 star hotel.

Lovely small hotel, just off Las Ramblas. We had a three person room overlooking church square. Street a bit quiet but very nice coffee/bakery shop 10 metres from hotel. Kettle upon request at front desk but no coffee machine in room.

Good enough location, just off La Rambla. There's a picture of bar at the hotel but don't be fooled - there is none.

Room was clean and efficient. Water and coffee vending on lobby. We did not buy the breakfast package, so we took advantage of the independent cafe and pastry shop on the square. Also very convenient to the Mercat de la Boqueria - ~1 block.

Good location near Ramblas, the staff were indifferent and not the usual level of customer service I would expect, the hotel itself is tired, and a little grubby. Our room was comfortable if a little dirty- hair in bathroom etc. for the price and location it was ok.

Very clean and polished! Looked stunning and all the staff were very polite and kind. Ideal spot for exploring the gothic area of Barcelona!

Restaurants all around, big trees for a view on the balcony & lovely stone work. Staff had advice, brochures, great breakfast with the room & easy check in/out. Das Hotel entspricht nicht wirklich den Bildern. Der Erste Eindruck in der Lobby war eigentlich OK, dann ging es aufs Zimmer…. An den Steinwänden hängt überall Staub, die Hängelampen waren Staubig, so wie die Bilderrahmen. Im Bad gab es überall Kalkflecken, die Steckdosen und Föhn total eingestaubt. Dichtungen im Bad mit schwarzem Schimmel und die Tapete löste sich. Die Badtür ist von innen aufgeplatzt vor lauter feuchtigkeit. Beim duschen gab es auch Probleme. Die Regendusche war nicht nutzbar da das Wasser nur herausgetröpfelt hat und die Brause war zu niedrig sodass ich gebückt duschen musste. Das Zimmer mit Blick zur Stadt war im zweiten Stock, viel sehen tut man nicht, außer den Platz vor dem Hotel, der leider von Obdachlosen rund um die Uhr in beschlag genommen wird, vor allem Nachts sind sie extrem laut und hinterlassen überall Müll. Das Fenster im Zimmer ließ sich zwar schließen, ging aber von alleine wieder auf, daher waren es keine ruhigen Nächte. Frühstück ist ebenfalls nicht zu empfehlen. Eine Sorte Brötchen und Käse, zwei Sorten Wurst, lieber zum Bäcker gegenüber gehen!!! Fazit: sehr schlechte Umgebung, laut, dreckig, nicht das Geld wert.

Först fick vi rum 351. Mögel i hela badrummet och väldigt dåligt städat.Luktade fruktansvärt och kunde knappt sova. Stenhårda kuddar och dålig luft. Damm i tak, på väggar och överallt. Bad om att få byta rum dagen efter och fick ett större, bättre rum 405 med fräscht badrum högst upp. Dock ff dammigt och dåligt städat, men fint rum med högt i tak. Sköna sängar. Lyhört på våning 3, bättre på vån 4. Bra läge med ett fint torg utanför som tyvärr många utslagna människor bor på. Ingen som störde oss men man berörs. Skulle uppskattat lite musik i lobbyn och personal som hälsade när man kommer och går. Han som hjälpte oss att byta rum var trevlig men annars fick man inte känslan av att vara välkommen. Hotellet har verkligen potential, rustikt, gammalt och charmigt med fröscha uppdaterade möbler osv.

Das Ambiente ist historisch modern und sehr ansprechend. Unser Zimmer war ruhig aber hellhörig zum Flur hin. Die Betten leider hart und das Doppelbett auf Rollen, sodass man in der Besucherritze durchfallen könnte weil sich die Betten auseinander schieben. Die Regendusche ein Traum. Das Frühstück ok, aber etwas wenig Auswahl. Der Portier hat uns geraten alle Wertsachen im Safe einzuschließen, da öfter mal was wegkommt. Das hat uns schockiert, genauso wie das Viertel Raval mit vielen Junkies auch vor dem Hotel und die Rambla mit vielen Dieben trotz hoher Polizei Präsenz. Dort musste man extrem gut auf seine Sachen aufpassen. Für eine Familie nicht ideal. Wir würden nächstes Mal in einem anderen Viertel übernachten, auch wenn man dann weitere Wege zu den Museen und Sights hat.

Ausreichend großes, ansprechendes und helles Zimmer mit hohen Decken, geräumigem Bad mit Badewanne und guten Betten. Es ging zur Rückseite mit Blick auf die Innenhöfe anderer Grundstücke, dadurch war es aber auch nachts recht leise. Leider war der WLAN-Empfang nur anfangs gut und dann schlecht und teilweise nicht möglich (das Zimmer lag ganz am Ende des Flurs, das Hotel ist sehr langestreckt). Ein Mitarbeiter, der zur Inspektion der Reinigungskräfte kam, hat es sich notiert, aber zumindest während unseres Aufenthalts ist es nicht besser geworden. Das Frühstück war qualitativ gut, aber eine größere Auswahl hätte nicht geschadet. Marmelade, Butter usw. war alles abgepackt, und es nur eine Sorte Milch. Im Nebenraum war eine ungenutzte Frühstückstheke, vielleicht ist auch das Personal knapp. Wir waren davor drei Tage in einem Zwei-Sterne-Ibis, dort war nichts abgepackt und es gab auch mehr Auswahl. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zwei Minuten bis zur Rambla und zur Metro und vielleicht 10 bis zur Kathedrale, 15 zum Marinemuseum. Reichlich Bars, Restaurants etc. in der Nähe. Über das Personal lässt sich nichts schlechtes sagen, es war immer ausgesprochen freundlich, auch die Dame, die am ersten morgen scheinbar alleine das Frühstück managen musste und ununterbrochen an Herumwirbeln war.

Das Zimmer mit Fenster zu einem Lüftungsschacht ist ein no go! Nicht nur die fehlende "Aussicht" sondern auch der Dauerlärm gehen gar nicht.

Disfrutamos mucho la estadia en el hotel. Las habitaciones son renovadas y nuy limpias, la cama muy comoda y lo mejor para mi: los vidrios de las puertas/ventanas de nuestro balcón que daba a la plaza eran acusticos. La plaza es muy ruidosa de dia y hasta tarde en la noche pero la habitacion silenciosa gracias a los vidrios. El personal muy amable. El desayuno bueno pero me hubiera gustado que sea mas variado.

Rooms very clean and the view was good. There was no air conditioning so we slept with the balcony door open. My only complaint is that the double twin room was extremely small. Our friends had a single bed room and it was significantly larger than a two bed room.

convenient location is the biggest plus. We had to switch rooms though because we had a bunch of ants in our room. The staff was accommodating, but they also implied that we should’ve asked to switch earlier when we were out and about traveling. They didn’t seem the friendliest but they did accommodate. We were happy with our stay mostly for the convenience, it was super close to the metro and walkable to certain areas. We would probably choose a new place to stay if we visited again though

Good location, walking distance to most of the attractions and metra. We were able to store our luggage prior check in. Room small, clean, had everything that we needed. Stuff helpful. We had an issue with the hairdryer and we got a replacement in 2 minutes.

The room itself was perfect fine for an old hotel in a historical area. Bathroom was clean and bed comfortable. We could hear our neighbours talking and snoring at night. If you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this might not be the hotel for you. I slept with earplugs and that was better. By far the biggest negative with this hotel is the customer service. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. During our third evening at the hotel, I asked the front reception for an extra towel - there were only two in the room for our 4 night stay. I was told that because we were two adults we could only have two towels. I explained I would like a third to dry my long hair and the front desk reception told me I would have to wait until 11:00 am the next day to ask the manager for an extra towel. Completely shocked me. I never got a second towel. On the morning we were leaving it was pouring rain, we asked the front desk person to book us a taxi to the airport. He said it would be faster for us to walk two blocks to La Ramba to get a taxi and refused to call one. We walked to La Ramba with all our luggage in the pouring rain only to have to turn around and call a taxi ourselves to pick us up at the hotel. Taxi took 10 minutes to arrive after we called. If you’re looking for a hostel like experience, that is what you will get from this hotel.

We loved the hotel's beautiful design and amazing location! However, we did find the front desk staff is not nice and the beds could be more comfortable. Despite that, we'd still recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and convenient place to stay.

Bilder lyver om rom, det var lite og man skallet hodet i takbjelker når man reiste seg fra sengen. Rommet var skittent. Frokosten var elendig. Vi fikk stjålet fra våre poser inne på rommet fra shoppingen. Resepsjonen nektet fir dette og så ikke på oss etter vi ga beskjed. STYR UNNA!

We stayed three nights in August, didn’t have any issues, close to everything and very clean hotel. Staff was nice and helpful.

The property itself is fine, however it was located in the worst, most dangerous area of the city. We were advised by several people not to stay out after dark. There was a church right next to the hotel that feeds homeless people and they all look scary. Not a good place for women to stay there. We spend only 1 night and missed the opportunity to explore the city with all its lights and have a nice diner in a restaurants

Great location

The hotel is perfectly located to visit the historical sites of the city, has easy access to the Metro lines and has every kind of food available nearby. It is located right off Ramblas so you can walk to the Mediterranean or to Sagrada Familia. Would recommend it to anyone.

Location is a plus! The church located by it side with some home less is a little depressing but its a safe place.

God, sentral plassering

Great location for exploring Barcelona. Nice hotel just a shame about the homeless people in the square which is a little off putting initially. That said we were never bothered by them as we came and went. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance and very close to a metro station for the sights which were a bit further away.

Die Lage war super! Der Frühstücksraum war nicht ansprechend und Dusche roch stark nach Abfluss!

Zentrale Lage, nettes kleines Hotel. Lediglich das Frühstücksbuffet ust spärlich und überteuert. Aber es gibt eine gute Bäckerei direkt gegenüber.
