We had a great stay! Beautiful, clean rooms and the staff went above and beyond. The rooftop pool and bar were an added bonus. Centrally located in quiet but walkable area just a short distance from the main sites. The gym was being renovated but they graciously directed me to a sister hotel down the street to access their gym for a workout. I would definitely stay again and recommend!

Unless one excepts a proper gym (it only has a tiny room with stationary bikes), the hotel is outstanding and perfectly located.

Location was very convenient from airport by train, as well as to Gaudi properties, food and drink. Our room was not available until an hour and a half after checkin time, which was unfortunate for our napping ability so our initial evening plans were shot. The hotel was attractive, clean and desk staff were helpful. The pool is smaller than it appears in photos, but a nice amenity in the heat, and you can use the bathrobes provided as coverups. Afternoon siestas were not possible as that’s when cleaning staff were active, and by active I mean super loud in the hallways. We requested two beds - it was two single mattresses side by side, with separately tucked in sheets, which wasn’t actually an issue for us. Air conditioning is controlled by the front desk, but when we asked for it to be a bit cooler, they changed it immediately for us. The bathrooms are modern, but I suggest you close the doors when not in use as the drains made lots of noise when other rooms were showering etc. Lots of nice toiletries provided. Blackout blinds were a delight! We didn’t eat at the restaurant, but it looked nice. Two elevators so we never had to wait. Overall a positive experience.

Hotel estilo boutique, super bem localizado em Barcelona. Quarto bom com um ótimo sistema para fechar a janela/sacada mantendo o quarto bem escuro. Excelente para um pós balada. O staff foi sempre bem atencioso e cordial. A arrumação era bem feita todos os dias inclusive com limpeza do chão, algo que a tempos não via em um hotel. O rooftop é bem pequeno, tendo uma piscina bem pequena. A academia pelo que vi tinha somente duas bicicletas. Não cheguei de tomar café da manhã ou experimentar o serviço de quarto.

Excellent séjour. Personnel très sympa et qui renseigne très bie n. Hotel Très bien situé, très central et en même temps très calme. Balcon donne sur la cour d' une école ( je le précise car suis enseignant et j étais déçu de voir une cour d école pendant mes vacances). Piscine très petite, très peu profonde et pas très propre. Je ne m y suis baigné qu'une fois. Il y avait même ce jour là un client assis sur le rebord de la piscine, les pieds dans l'eau et avec une cigarette à la bouche. Les cendres tombaient dans l'eau.

Hôtel très surprenant par son style très urbain. Le roof top n’est pas dingue car il n’y a pas de vue. Sinon, l’hôtel est très bien placé dans un quartier assez chic mais très festif aussi. Vraiment de très bon restaurant dans le coin.

Oversolgt på Hotels.com . De poolområder der er vist på billederne tilhører private værelser. Mikro pool på taget samt en bar uden betjening. Skrupskørt. Receptionisterne kigger ikke op når man går gennem receptionen og de eneste der smiler er dem der er i restauranten om morgenen. Der er meget lydt på værelserne og vi måtte sove med ørepropper!

Fantastic stay at Granados 83! Great location with lots of restaurants and transportation available. Nice rooftop bar to enjoy an evening cocktail as well. Rooms were quite stylish as well. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel and the room is very clean. The bed is very comfortable after a day of walking around in Barcelona. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. I will definitely come back on my next trip to Barcelona.

Our room 504 windows could get fully closed the handle was missing and considering a nightclub is infront was a little noisy at night. Another thing is the airco, not really working just -4 degree to the outside temperature bus was too hot, missing power.

The location was great and the room was clean but there were a couple of things that needed repair. The staff were mixed, one was helpful and friendly (Nadia). However others needed to up their game. The team member at breakfast did not know the price of breakfast, it was expensive for what was on offer. Some hot dishes were charged as extra including sausages! We brought 20 plus people to the hotel roof top bar for a drink, the team member had trouble keeping track of the drink orders. Finally the bell boy did not help a guest with their heavy case up the stairs to the street or open the door for them, he just continued leaning against the front desk watching him manage it himself. Also, another team member at the front desk would help sort an issue - the roof terrace lights were not on despite the area supposed to be open for guests as a result it was dark and dangerous. He said he wouldn't help as he was eating!!! Shame as it really let down the hotel.

Excellent design, fantastic room (duplex suite) and great location in the Eixample area of Barcelona. A very comfortable stay in terms of the quality of bed and sofa and the look of the hotel interiors. Quality bathroom products etc. However, it took around 10 minutes (no exaggeration) to get hot water through the taps in the room. It seemed to be faster on my last day so maybe they sorted it, but one of the staff said it happens with the ground floor suites. There was no kettle in the room, just a coffee pod machine. The room only provides 2 coffee pods, and you have to buy extra at €3.50 per capsule. (It’s the first room I’ve ever stayed in where there isn’t free tea and coffee making facilities). Plus, they only left bottled water on the first day. They did a turn down service (i.e. left a chocolate on the pillow) on one day but not the others. Inside the room, was a lounge area downstairs with sofa, desk and shower room, there was a room upstairs with bed and sofa, with an additional raised area/elevated section with the main bathroom. A set of doors led to an outdoor metal staircase which in turn led to a shared terrace with pool. The breakfast was good but would have been better with freshly baked bread, and a wider variety of fresh fruit. The staff were lovely and very helpful. It was appreciated that they greet clients walking through the reception area.

This hotel was amazing. From the moment we arrived we felt so comfortable. The hotel staff was kind and gave us recommendations of where to go and where not to go. The room was very clean and felt so cozy. The bed was very comfortable and had 5 pillows that were comfortable as well. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was nice. We had a nice view on the balcony. We visited the rooftop during the day and night and it was a lovely environment. We had red and white sangria on the roof and both were delicious. The surrounding area is really nice and felt safe even late at night. It was very easy to catch a cab. It was very quiet as well. I would absolutely stay here again and I hope I do!

Stylish hotel with a cool lobby. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Our room was clean and well decorated. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the bathroom. It’s very pretty but not very functional. Couldn’t figure out how to get a good temperature for the shower.

The design of the property was very unique. The room was a little small and the floorboards were a bit uneven but otherwise very nice and clean. It did take a couple of days for us to get an iron which made dressing to go out a bit harder. The staff was very friendly and were able to take care of most of our needs.

Excellent design, fantastic room (duplex suite) and great location in the Eixample area of Barcelona. A very comfortable stay in terms of the quality of bed and sofa and the look of the hotel interiors. Quality bathroom products etc. However, it took around 10 minutes (no exaggeration) to get hot water through the taps in the room. It seemed to be faster on my last day so maybe they sorted it, but one of the staff said it happens with the ground floor suites. There was no kettle in the room, just a coffee pod machine. The room only provides 2 coffee pods, and you have to buy extra at €3.50 per capsule. (It’s the first room I’ve ever stayed in where there isn’t free tea and coffee making facilities). Plus, they only left bottled water on the first day. They did a turn down service (i.e. left a chocolate on the pillow) on one day but not the others. Inside the room, was a lounge area downstairs with sofa, desk and shower room, there was a room upstairs with bed and sofa, with an additional raised area/elevated section with the main bathroom. A set of doors led to an outdoor metal staircase which in turn led to a shared terrace with pool. The breakfast was good but would have been better with freshly baked bread, and a wider variety of fresh fruit. The staff were lovely and very helpful. It was appreciated that they greet clients walking through the reception area.

Checking in went smoothly and the front desk who checked us in on 1/31 was very friendly; she was even able to check us in early. All was great until our third night on 1/2. The hotel was doing some plumbing work and our water got shut off without any notification. We called the front desk around 5:45pm and the woman who worked said it would be turned on in half an hour. Nope. I had to call the front desk again and she said she would find out from her colleague and called me back in 10. Nope. I had to go downstairs to find out. The front desk woman who has blonde hair was neither helpful nor empathetic whatsoever. She was giving me all these excuses that didn't make any sense. She said it was the neighborhood doing repair hence it wasn't only our hotel was affected with water being shut off. Funny, cause I called the hotel across the street and asked, and guess what, they have water! We left for dinner and just crossing our fingers the water will be turned on. Nope. Instead, we found a bottle of wine but water still off. It was midnight and I had to go downstairs again, talking to the night front desk and told him I'd be checking tomorrow if it's not fixed tonight. He seemed clueless and gave me some excuses, again. He sent a maintenance guy to fix it and by the time it was fixed, it was almost 2am! The location was great and the room was clean but there were a couple of things that needed repair. The staff were mixed, one was helpful and friendly (Nadia). However others needed to up their game. The team member at breakfast did not know the price of breakfast, it was expensive for what was on offer. Some hot dishes were charged as extra including sausages! We brought 20 plus people to the hotel roof top bar for a drink, the team member had trouble keeping track of the drink orders. Finally the bell boy did not help a guest with their heavy case up the stairs to the street or open the door for them, he just continued leaning against the front desk watching him manage it himself. Also, another team member at the front desk would help sort an issue - the roof terrace lights were not on despite the area supposed to be open for guests as a result it was dark and dangerous. He said he wouldn't help as he was eating!!! Shame as it really let down the hotel.

Location was very convenient from airport by train, as well as to Gaudi properties, food and drink. Our room was not available until an hour and a half after checkin time, which was unfortunate for our napping ability so our initial evening plans were shot. The hotel was attractive, clean and desk staff were helpful. The pool is smaller than it appears in photos, but a nice amenity in the heat, and you can use the bathrobes provided as coverups. Afternoon siestas were not possible as that’s when cleaning staff were active, and by active I mean super loud in the hallways. We requested two beds - it was two single mattresses side by side, with separately tucked in sheets, which wasn’t actually an issue for us. Air conditioning is controlled by the front desk, but when we asked for it to be a bit cooler, they changed it immediately for us. The bathrooms are modern, but I suggest you close the doors when not in use as the drains made lots of noise when other rooms were showering etc. Lots of nice toiletries provided. Blackout blinds were a delight! We didn’t eat at the restaurant, but it looked nice. Two elevators so we never had to wait. Overall a positive experience.

We had a great stay! Beautiful, clean rooms and the staff went above and beyond. The rooftop pool and bar were an added bonus. Centrally located in quiet but walkable area just a short distance from the main sites. The gym was being renovated but they graciously directed me to a sister hotel down the street to access their gym for a workout. I would definitely stay again and recommend!

This hotel was amazing. From the moment we arrived we felt so comfortable. The hotel staff was kind and gave us recommendations of where to go and where not to go. The room was very clean and felt so cozy. The bed was very comfortable and had 5 pillows that were comfortable as well. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was nice. We had a nice view on the balcony. We visited the rooftop during the day and night and it was a lovely environment. We had red and white sangria on the roof and both were delicious. The surrounding area is really nice and felt safe even late at night. It was very easy to catch a cab. It was very quiet as well. I would absolutely stay here again and I hope I do!

Good spot. Good value. Only odd experiences were at the breakfast which had inexperienced staff during our stay and made getting a coffee a little awkward. And the bathroom door should be mounted to open in reverse side. That aside, all was great!

This is a great little hotel. Rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and good heating / air con. The bathrooms have a glass wall which might be a problem if at the beginning of a relationship. Very stylish. Breakfast is very good and although it doesn’t look like there’s a lot on offer they cook eggs to order as part of the deal. Staff are very friendly and put up with my appalling attempts at speaking Spanish.

Lobby bar is very small and unappealing. You have to telephone for service at the bars, despite Hotel reception and lobby staff (who are not busy) can see you waiting. We absolutely enjoyed our stay - we had a family room with a semi private pool, but most of the time we were there we had it to ourselves. The pool on the deck is nice but very small- and we didn’t see anyone using it. We did t eat in the dining area, but did have two drinks on the roof and a cheese board. Overall- we all enjoyed our stay, the room was quiet, it was nice to have two bathrooms and the divide between two floors in our unit was nice.
