The hotel has great location. Right off the center plaza in Gothic Quarter. Convenient to shops and attractions. The hotel is small, but clean and tastefully decorated. We booked the Premium Triple Room,City View. The room, is a bit tight with the sofa bed folded out tbat left very little room for fridge and desk access. We didn't get City View but view of the back of some old historic building which was rather interesting. The staff was courteous and attentive. Hotel didn't have a pool but offered access to a health club 8 minute walk away. We didn't take advantage of this. An on-premise pool would have been nice. The restaurant looks nice, but it was a bit upscale for our taste (hubby and son prefers pastas and pizzas :). The biggest gripe we had was the design of the bathroom. It was an open-style bathroom with frosted glass panels that did not provide much privacy. It may have been ok for single person or a couple, but it was rather awkward for a family with a teenage boy. We were offered to upgrade to a suite room which has private bathroom for additional $50 a night. But we already unpacked and spend one night, it was not worth it moving. I felt since they had the suite available, it would have been better if they offered a free upgrade. After all we were already paying $400/night. I guess for the money, I was expecting a bit more. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. Barcelona is beautiful and the hotel location was very convenient.

The people and location of this boutique hotel were on point. This is located right in the busy part of town, so be ready for the fun of the crowd. Insider tip...the business center (2nd floor) has snacks all day, including champagne, sandwiches, pastries, and an espresso machine for free. Plus, they greet you with a glass of champagne at check in.

You cannot beat the location of this hotel!! We were able to walk so much of Barcelona city center! The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful! I booked thinking they're was a rooftop bar but there wasn't. The hotel does have a very nice garden terrace just outside the restaurant which was nice.

The hotel is well situated and feels like a lovely boutique hotel. We were very impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We also appreciated the access to the high end gym within a 5 minute walk from the hotel, which was included. We would go out of our way to stay at this hotel when we are in Barcelona again.

It is a Great location, service and the staff are more the accommodating, rooms were not ready but they send us to the upper floor for work coffee and snacks, we had the 10th floor with amazing views on both side, I worked on my laptop so the chairs are narrow I had to bring other chair but the staff nothing to say but amazing I extended 4 time our stay and we had two rooms as it was really great experience , breakfast was great

This was a nice, clean hotel in the city center with easy access to popular tourist spots by foot. The cleaning staff were mostly good, missed one day when they arrived at 4 p.m. and I asked for 10 minutes as I was changing then heading out. They said yes but did not come back.

We had a terrific stay at the Olivia Plaza over three nights in Barçelona. The location is excellent with easy access to transit from the Airport (Aerobus drops you less than 300 metres from the hotel entrance. Easy access to La Rambla and easy access to the metro. The staff was friendly and the Olivia Plaza had the best shower we have had in a very long time! Rooms were very clean and modern. We would stay here agin for sure when we are in Barçelona next.

The room was decent, nothing special. Rooms weren't cleaned before 3/4 in the afternoon which was unpleasant coming back to rest mid day and then being "kicked out" by the cleaning crew. Hotel has potential, location was good, majority of staff were friendly.

Best thing about this hotel is the location. It's easy access to all main attractions and transportation. Breakfast is great, staff are attentive and helpful. The only drawback was the cleaning of the rooms. Not very good. The air quality in the rooms also wasn't good. It's very dusty, it must be coming from the vents. We would be sneezing as soon as we came in the room.

Great modern hotel. Very clean rooms and the best rain shower I've had in a European hotel! Wifi was slow, but that was the only issue. The property is right near the main square, so lots of people outside. The rooms were quiet and most things are walkable from the hotel. The breakfast was great, so would recommend adding that to the reservation.

The room itself was nice with a great view and no noise from streets! However, in the hotel lobby there was a gathering of people who were laughing long into the night. We complained and luckily, the staff really threw everyone out as the bar was already closed. But as the walls were like paper, we could hear the elevator even, and someone was renovating their room still at 3–4am above us. I did not sleep for more than 3h even though I had 2 different sets of earplugs and I am not a light sleeper. The shower was also dripping and the interior design was one of the worst I’ve seen with the sink outside bathroom near the door and shower/toilet in separate stalls but the door between them joint so you couldnt enter both without opening the other 😂 The staff were lovely and really tried their best.

This hotel has the best location, best air-conditioning - quite and unubtrusive, best mattresses! We are very finicky sleepers, and it was so quiet, even in the middle of a very busy square. You are very close to everything you want to see. The breakfast was great, the staff very helpful and always available, best hotel ever.

Some of the staff were outstanding. Others were sackable. I had a broken bed which caused me to trip and hit my head on the tiles floor. Their solution was to use packing tape to fix it. Not good enough for a 500 euro a night hotel. You can do better. Stay somewhere nearby but off the main streets.

Excellent location! Metro right out front. Hop on hop off bus across the street. Taxis stay out front. Places to eat galore. Shopping too. Think of a less hectic Times Square vibe. Excellent staff! Very welcoming and helpful. Excellent room amenities! We will definitely stay again!

L’emplacement est idéal en plein centre tout ce fait à pieds, l’accueil est irréprochable et les serveurs sympathiques. 2 petites choses m’on dérangé, au petit dej les œufs brouillés et au plats sont froid pareil pour le lard et les saucisses.La salle de bain manque un peu d’intimité mais surtout il faudrait une poignée pour sortir de la douche et des toilettes. Autrement je recommande cet hôtel.

Service was second to non from check-in to check-out. Restaurant and breakfast service staff made it a great way to start and end the day! Our only disappointment was that we didn't have any chairs to sit on in our room, but we didn't spend a lot of time there either! Great place and location with the best staff I have ever seen in a hotel!

Very good location. In the heat of the Ramblas. Price was high for one night. Room layout is different. The lighting system in the room is kind of inconvenient , there is no way to turn on the washroom light without having to turn on the entire room light. The sink in the middle of the room is kind of hard to use without wetting up the bedroom floor unless you pull the privacy door. Breakfast was a solid 2/10.
