Un hôtel bien situé, très proche de la station de métro. Le monsieur de l'acceuil parle français, anglais et espagnol. Pour laisser ses bagages avant ou après l'heure du check in/check out, il faut payer 2 euros pour les ranger dans des casiers. Leurs casiers sont assez grands. Nous avons été dans une chambre bien plus grande que celle attendue. Elle était très spacieuse et moderne. Deux lits limples et un petit lit double pour 3 personnes. Il y avait de quoi se faire un café, un thé, du lait. Et tout un tas de petits accessoires de bain (savon, crème, rasoir, brosse à dent avec dentifrice, mouchoirs) et même une brosse pour polir les chaussures, qui s'est avérée très utile ! La chambre avait une seule fenêtre qui donnait sur un petit cour toute sombre, à l'intérieur. La salle de bain était spacieuse, elle aussi, et très lumineuse. Il y avait la climatisation, qui était très agréable avec la chaleur de l'extérieur ! Les lits sont très confortables !! On y dort très bien ! 2 petits bémols : -deux serviettes de bain étaient tachées de marques jaunes et bien visibles. - aucun miroir dans la chambre, ni pour se voir en entier. Uniquement le miroir "portrait" dans la salle de bain

De binnenkant van het hotel is mooier dan de buitenkant. Het is schoon en modern. De extra producten in de badkamer geven net even wat meer luxe aan. Je moet douchen in bad wat ik zelf niet zo fijn vind. Heel handig dat je tegen een kleine betaling een kluis voor je koffers kan huren aangezien onze vlucht pas s'avonds ging

I stayed here in June 2023. The front desk staff were super nice and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The AC worked well. The room had a working safe. There was no gym. There was however a cafe and a Metro Station down the street. The room had a mediocre view from the window. The main issue with this hotel was the large waste bins outside near the front entrance of the hotel and the cockroaches that I saw walk by it. Everything else was pretty good.

War nun das zweite mal dort und kann sie nur sehr weiter empfehlen. Man ist in 10 Minuten auf der La Rambla und in 25 Minuten sogar an der Sagrada Família. Das Zimmer sowie Bad waren sehr sauber. Frühstücksbüffet war ausreichend gefüllt und teilweise täglich wechselnde typisch Spanische Speisen.

Great value for money & great location! It's 5 minute walk from the drop off/pick up of the A1 or A2 bus from/to airport. The shower was modern but the bedroom was very simple. The bed was two small twin beds combined and I woke up with half the mattress hanging off the frame. Since it's very light, the frame/bed slid around a lot. The one thing I really enjoyed from this hotel through is that they had small pre-packed kits: shaver & shaving cream, toothbrush & toothpaste, comb, Kleenex & even a shoe cleaner sponge. The breakfast was great! It has a wide variety of deli meats, cheese, breads, pastries, eggs, bacon, and juices. I would stay here again. Hope they get heavier firmer beds.

The location is fantastic - close to metro and bus stops. The staff were lovely especially Marco who works in the dining area and provides 5* service - going above and beyond in his willingness to provide excellent customer service. He even made bacon for my husband one morning when bacon wasn’t on the menu. The staff did a great job keeping the property clean - but there were some messy guests who spilled food in the hallways at night. As for the negatives - the rooms are small and air conditioning wasn’t available even though the temperatures some days warranted it. The walls in the rooms are very thin and inconsiderate guests coming in late banging doors and shouting instead of talking in civilized tones spoiled our stay a bit. Overall though I would sum it up by saying Metro, Marco and local nearby Markets make the hotel value for money!

Nettes Personal und sauber. Aber die Ausstattung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Schlimm finde ich, dass man so gut wie alles hört. Die Zimmer sind sehr schlecht Isoliert. Schlafen ohne Gehörschutz ist nicht möglich.

la persona que estaba en la recepcion el dia 23 de mayo a las 10 am, fue demasiado grosero no quiso entregarnos la habitacion porque dos de las personas con que iba no llevanban los pasaportes originales, estos se dejaron porque eran documentos americanos y no queriamos tener el riesgo que los perdieramos, le enseñamos la foto del documento y los documentos de identidad de alli originales y se puso furioso siendo grosero.

Excelente el Hotel, la habitacion, comodidades, ubicacion y muy buena atencion del personal. Luis fue muy atento a todo. Lo unico que me dieron una habitacion con vista interna y yo habia reservado con vista externa (por la foto). Tambien hubo inconvenientes con el pago, mi intencion era pagar anticipado y no pude hacerlo mediante el establecimiento. Tuve que ponerme en contacto con De Hoteles, cancelar mi reserva original y hacer otra nueva pero tuve que pagar mucho mas dinero.
Excelente el Hotel, la habitacion, comodidades, ubicacion y muy buena atencion del personal. Luis fue muy atento a todo. This is unfortunately the worst place we ever stayed. We are world travellers and we don’t need a lot or anything fancy. Our first experience was the desk clerk who was very rude. When we returned to the hotel to rest, there was no air conditioning although we distinctly selected an air conditioned hotel room advertised. The heat in the room was overwhelming. Next, the guests who were in the room next to ours were running up and down the corridor slamming doors yelling laughing. At one point, well past midnight, I came out of my room and Kindly asked if the noise Level could come down. After another hour of nonstop racket I went down to the desk clerk to ask for assistance. He wouldn’t remove his Headphones to speak to me but the person who was one of the guests responsible for the noise was smoking and rushed up to the desk claiming it was the fault of the male guests she was associated with. This was not honest as I saw them all racing down the hallways slamming doors yelling and shouting. I could never honestly recommend this hotel to anyone as they will not get any rest and if they have any issues, nobody will listen to you. Poorly managed and there seems to be no rules enforced. Plus the fact that the hotel Practices false advertising makes me say it will receive the Lowest ratings from my husband and I. There is Potential with this hotel but it failed in every aspect. Horrible place.

The location is fantastic - close to metro and bus stops. The staff were lovely especially Marco who works in the dining area and provides 5* service - going above and beyond in his willingness to provide excellent customer service. He even made bacon for my husband one morning when bacon wasn’t on the menu. The staff did a great job keeping the property clean - but there were some messy guests who spilled food in the hallways at night. As for the negatives - the rooms are small and air conditioning wasn’t available even though the temperatures some days warranted it. The walls in the rooms are very thin and inconsiderate guests coming in late banging doors and shouting instead of talking in civilized tones spoiled our stay a bit. Overall though I would sum it up by saying Metro, Marco and local nearby Markets make the hotel value for money!

War nun das zweite mal dort und kann sie nur sehr weiter empfehlen. Man ist in 10 Minuten auf der La Rambla und in 25 Minuten sogar an der Sagrada Família. Das Zimmer sowie Bad waren sehr sauber. Frühstücksbüffet war ausreichend gefüllt und teilweise täglich wechselnde typisch Spanische Speisen.

Alt fungerede fint, venligt personale og nem ind og udcheckning. Værelser pæne og rene, enkelt indrettet, men der var hvad man skulle bruge og alt fungerede. Morgenmad god med flere valgmuligheder, men også mange fine morgenmadsrestauranter i nærheden. Så alt i alt meget tilfreds og meget fin pris så kommer gerne igen

Great value for money & great location! It's 5 minute walk from the drop off/pick up of the A1 or A2 bus from/to airport. The shower was modern but the bedroom was very simple. The bed was two small twin beds combined and I woke up with half the mattress hanging off the frame. Since it's very light, the frame/bed slid around a lot. The one thing I really enjoyed from this hotel through is that they had small pre-packed kits: shaver & shaving cream, toothbrush & toothpaste, comb, Kleenex & even a shoe cleaner sponge. The breakfast was great! It has a wide variety of deli meats, cheese, breads, pastries, eggs, bacon, and juices. I would stay here again. Hope they get heavier firmer beds.
