Me and my wife always stay in vincci hotels all over Spain. But vincci Barcelona was not convience for us : 1- parking was far away 2- no parking out side the hotel to take our bags in . I hade to go to car park and walk twice to hotel with bags and cloths. 3- the parking was very expensive it’s cost us €102 for two days which makes the hotel not value for money, sorry I will not stay in vincci Barcelona again or recommend to any one .

Great location for restaurants and shopping. Roof top terrace perfect for drinks, hotel has a boutique feel, rooms are attractively furnished and beds/pillows very comfortable. Ventilator in bathroom would be useful. Reception staff very helpful.

I loved staying here. A few caveats - there is no entrance lounge and the bar closes at 23:30 - just something to be aware of - and also many of the rooms face into shafts so they are a little dark. Once you know this - it’s a fantastic hotel: the rooms and big and well decorated and comfortable. The staff - front of house and restaurant - are excellent. The location is good - a little distance from the metro but on lots of buses. Safe, great neighbourhood: perfect access to just about anywhere. And the roof restaurant is super - breakfast overlooking the city, ditto for drinks and food, and super staff. Would happily stay again.

Arriving to the hotel was super easy and we were allocated a room ahead of our check-in time which was more than perfect. Upon arrival to the room there was a strange musky oder within the room itself, after opening windows and ventilating the room, my partner and I ventured out of the hotel. When we returned the smell was still prominent so we asked if is there was a possibility to move rooms. After being allocated a new room we came to discover that the window did not open in the newly allocated room, causing it to get really hot. The intermittent aircon did help, however it was something that had to be constantly monitored and activated causing a disrupted sleep. We also found damage to the door becoming quite difficult to secure the room, after a few attempts we were successful but left us anxious in knowing our belongings were secure and safe. We approached reception to see if there was anything that could be done about the newly allocated room - but there wasn’t a great amount of service provided. The next day we received a call to the room from reception regarding inconveniences - a free breakfast was allocated as a gesture of good will. Although this was a nice gesture it didn’t surpass the poor experience which was had. We asked a number of occasions to speak with a manager throughout the ongoing issues but we never got a direct interaction or communication. I wouldn’t recommend this property again.

A very tired and worn out room. Tiles moved in the bathroom. The laminate on shelve fronts peeled. Faucets/fixtures displayed their age. The toilet and bathroom floor were not completely cleansed/clean. The access panel in the bathroom ceiling rattled. Overall, the hotel is in a great location, but room 404 specifically needs a facelift.

Uns hat die Dusche nur Ärger gemacht, der Schlauch war defekt/ halb gerissen und gequetscht… Außerdem war die ganze Dusche - Regendusche über Kopf, Handbrause mit Einheit an der Wand komplett wackelig und an mehreren Stellen undicht… Die Wand-Bettlampe/ Kopfseitig links viel mehrfach herunter was ziemlich nervig war! Zimmer in einem nicht sehr schönen Zustand bzw. teilweise staubige Einrichtung vorhanden. Schade aber auch…

Looks a lot nicer in the photo's, was a little disappointed in the overall age of it.Bit of wear and tear in the rooms, staff at reception just ok. Cleaners varied, but some days we smelt cigarette smoke in our room? The carpet in the hallway was often quite filthy. It needs a total refurbishment, elements looking very dated like the 80's chrome staircase etc...not a lot of continuity in the aesthetic. Rooms nice, beds very comfortable. Nice bathrooms.

The hotel is located in a very good shopping and dining area. The interior is not maintained well and feels dated. There is an apartment building connected to the hotel and it gets noisy at times. The hotel did not give me the room I had booked and I was not happy.

Door to room was heavy and not that easy to close. Decor of the hotel and the room was rather dark with very little natural light. I liked the rooftop bar and the views from there as well as their restaurant, where I had a very good bourbon burger as recommended by the waiter. All the staff at the rooftop bar and reception as well as the cleaners were polite and professional. The location of the hotel is good for shops and cafes, but is rather far to walk to Sagrada Familia (30 min) for example and is not that close to Passeig de Gracia (15 min), but it is easy to walk on Diagonal and I felt generally safe there.

The room was nice and had plenty of space. The view from our room was great. The breakfast could have been better. It was a typical European breakfast with not a lot of hot breakfast options. The eggs had been setting in steam making the eggs watery and unappealing. When asked if we could have fresh eggs cooked, the cook was offended and said that the eggs were fine and stirred them up. Our request was finally made. A better breakfast would have made it great.

I’ve been here at least 8 times… really having a hard time remembering. Amazing service. Attentive staff. Location is the best you can find for public transit and taxi options. Breakfast is always good. Must say it’s more or less the same food options but they’re diverse and filling. It’s very safe and situated near very nice neighborhoods that could be in the interest of travelers.
