I liked the car parking underneath the accommodation and there was a lift to the accommodation level.

Conveniently located, clean with undercover parking. 80’s vibe.

The rooms were all upstairs and there is lift access. We were able to charge our Hybrid car onsite using our lead. Breakfast was expensive, $20 for 2 slices of bread, 3 pats of jam and a bottle of apple juice. Otherwise would stay there again.

Do not stay here. Filthy and broken. Lift doesnt work.

Would have loved to have a bbq in the pool area but unfortunately bbq was broken, it would be a fantastic area for this purpose, pool was very cool and I chose this accommodation because of advertised heated pool and bbq. Receptionist was extremely helpful and we enjoyed our stay

checking in was very awkward and a bit frustrating as no staff in reception, did not see any staff all weekend The rooms are large, basic but comfy and very clean but the pool looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time

Rooms are good. Bed was comfy. Pool was great . Exterior of property incl lift, tiled areas, car park and stairs need a good clean. Nothing a good broom and high pressure hose couldn’t fix. We stay there regularly

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, the bed and pillows were great. Check in/out was very easy. However, the rooms need better soundproofing from people passing the walkway in front of the room (especially entering/exiting the kitchen early in the morning) and there were some minor cleaning issues (dirty mug, stain on couch).

Really disappointed with this hotel. We booked based on previous wotif ratings. When we arrived we were given a key to room 9 (family room as booked). The room had not been serviced and was still dirty as left by previous guests. Allocated another room. Key did not work. Manager used pass key to get in. Not a family room, just 2 beds and a sofa bed. Asked if child could sleep on sofa and we reluctantly said yes but that we were in a rush to get to a wedding and that room service would need to make the bed up. On return to room at 9pm, bed had not been made up. Called manager who sent lady up who had no idea how to manage, using seat cushions as pillows until we asked for proper pillows. Outside areas were dirty, kettle inside room was just disgustingly old and dirty so we didn’t use it. Only positive was that it was quiet. Poorly managed with no attention to guests. I would not recommend this. $267 for the one night. No apologies from managers/reception.

We were there for a week and saw absolutely no staff. Our room was never serviced and we had to purchase more toilet paper. When reception was rung nobody answered.

Easy and friendly reception, good undercover parking. There are stairs and a lift to the first floor. Convenient location for looking around Bendigo. The room was clean and bed very comfy. The carpet was clean but looked very old. Also the spa bath was very enjoyed but did look like it had seen better days

I booked a deluxe Queen bedroom. I got a double with 2 single bed mattressesThe TV screen was broken & not a Smart TV. I complained on arrival that the bed was small. We put our bags in the room & left to go to a social event. Upon returning I realised my husband & I would not fit in the bed. I rang & complained & said the TV didn't work. I was told that there were no larger beds in the hotel and that it was a queen & that all the rooms were the same, I could not move from the room. I was then told to pull out the single bed on the sofa and that one of us should sleep on that. I said I was not happy and that I would only stay 1 of the 2 nights paid for & I wanted a refund. Lilly came and I showed her that the single sofa bed was 2 3rd's the size of the double bed and I showed her the broken TV. It was not a smart TV either. I could not even mirror my phone to it. She said she would get me another TV, but they had no smart TV's in the hotel.She then told me I had the cheapest room in the hotel. I couldn't believe that because I had paid extra!! I then became upset and said I was very unhappy as we are still newly-weds and I didn’t want to sleep separately and that I wanted to leave. Then suddenly she said she said she had a kingbed room available, but it cost more. I agreed. Her husband came with a measuring tape, measured the bedhead to prove I was! He was angry,aggressive & said I had used the room and would need to clean it. Both were dirty & food was in the freezer.

Bird nest directly above doorway to our room. Had to shoo birds every time we entered or exited. Room needs a refresh and is in desperate need of new carpet. Air conditioner was noisy, as was traffic noise. Looked much better in the photos online than in person. Won’t stay there again in the future.

If you are the traveller that likes to sit by the pool then this hotel would be perfect as most rooms have windows facing it. You cannot open a window and have privacy, although perhaps the limited rooms with balcony access it might be different. Queen room with sofa bed was spacious and clean, to be able to open a window would have made the room perfect.

Was generally good but is showing its' age, eg decor dated and the TV small and not a 'smart' TV. But was comfortable and did the job.

Very average hotel room. I wouldn’t return due to lack of facilities and room standard. Reception very low key. Handed key and staff walked away. Not the most welcoming place really. Didn’t expect any fanfare but a smile wouldn’t go astray

The reception person was the worst kind I've ever met or encountered. He was rude about the checkout time which I politely asked for extension and when the time was up the idiotic reception 'trash' came to knock on the door and demanded that we leave the room immediately and was disgustingly rude. And when I confronted him about his rudeness he started to shout and even 'swear' foul language in front of my children. This type of 'trash' shouldn't be working in customer service and he is a liability and big 'turn-off' to would-be customers. Please convey this message to the owner of the hotel to remove him ASAP before he ruined the business !!!

We had a great stay here, Check-in was smmoth and painless. Room was spacious and clean. Plenty of parking. 5 minutes from Bendigo Town Centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a pool and barbecue and a very good outdoor area. The motel represented very good value for money. We will stay here again.

Great spacious and clean rooms. Comfy beds and well stocked for tea and coffee. Fine for what we needed but not close to anything.

We enjoyed our stay & would recommend the Crystal Inn. It's about 3 km out of Bendigo central & we found the bed sheets a little too crisp. Staff were very nice.

Not owners fault but very loud argument happening outside my door and kept me awake. Also charged a fee for using my debit card to pay for breakfast that I think was a bit over the top. Beds could be better as a bit saggy

No dining information, so had to drive around to find somewhere to eat. Quiet and clean room, great parking
