I absolutely LOVED this hotel! Location is very convenient and offers easy access to all touristic points. Front desk people are super friendly and make you feel welcome and at home! Breakfast is AMAZING! They also have a water fountain in every floor with sparkling water, I loved it! I would totally recommend this hotel!!! LOVED IT.

Tout c’est très bien passé, personnel d’accueil très sympathique et serviables. Hôtel propre, pratique, moderne, et calme. Très bon petit déjeuner. Juste dommage que le parking est trop petit et il n’y avait plus de places disponibles, on a pas pu se garer à l’hôtel, on a dû trouver une place de parc aux alentours, à moins de 10 minutes. Autrement tout s’est très bien passé.

Great hotel while visiting Bern. Easy to hop on the bus (free with a pass from the hotel) and head to old town to walk around. The breakfast was excellent, many options. We used the hotel parking which was convenient.

Ibis Bern Style is a great hotel, well located, comfortable, and practical. My experience was very positive, and the staff is attentive. Breakfast is very good and worth paying for separately. Het hotel ligt net buiten het centrum, maar is goed bereikbaar met het OV. Ik had een kamer aan de straatkant en dat was tegen mijn verwachting in rustig. De kamer was netjes en erg ruim, dat vond ik heerlijk! Het ontbijt was prima en de medewerkers waren erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Kortom, een fijn hotel in een rustige omgeving.

Sehr neues Ibis Styles. Zimmer einfach aber funktionell eingerichtet, bequemes Bett. Sehr ruhige Lage mit gutem Anschluss an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Frühstück mit genügen grosser Auswahl. Kaffe, Tee, Wasserspender und Flasche für alle. Verbindung mit Chromecast im Zimmer möglich. Sehr zuvorkommendes und hilfreiches Personal. Ich war für einen Geschäftstrip hier, muss noch einige male nach Bern reisen und werde mit grosser Sicherheit nochmals hier übernachten.

The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to help this family stay of 8 be successful . They helped with food options for little ones and were pleasant and kind, much beyond their duties! We will recommend the Ibis to others! The breakfast staff busily refilled items and bussed the area and were not annoyed with children. How lovely!!

Personalet bør have ens tøj/uniform på , så man ikke har et problem med at skelne hvem er hvem - dedeuden bør de have navneskilt på , da det giver et personligt touch. Receptionen er meget tilbageholdende når der kommer og går nye gæster - man fornemmer ikke at de ser gæsterne og tager hånd om dem. Gerne et skilt med at morgenmads køen starter her!, da mange ikke ser at de skal tage en bakke. Ekstra tallerkener/Krus bør gemmes væk, så de ikke er synlige for gæsterne, da man så bliver i tvivl om hvad man skal tage og endda fortælles af personalet at der er krus på kaffemaskinen og man skal tage dem istedet for dem på hylden under mad mm. Badeværelset mangler hylder til toilet sager og man ender med at sætte dem langs med vasken, så de til tider bliver våde - nemt og billigt at løse dette problem. SKraldespande på værelse er flerfarvet, men ingen indikation hvad farverne betyder, hvilket ikke er nemt at gennemskue for udlændinge.

Modern spacious and great bar area. We had a really big family room on second floor which was ideal for us with two young children. Free transport into the city from either a bus or tram from just outside the hotel, again perfect when travelling with young children. Wish we’d stayed longer

Very nice and quiet hotel in Bern! A little outside the city center but the trams and busses are right across from it, the hotel even offered a code so you could ride the trams and busses for free :-) Breakfast had a good selection!

The hotel is just an 15 minutes walk away from the city centre of Bern. Nearby you can find really nice restaurants and the connection with public transport is perfect. The hotel itself is new and the atmosphere is modern and trendy, but casual at the same time. Perfect for short and long stay.

As an American who has been to Europe 230 times, I know hotels. The Ibis styles was great. Five-minute tram ride from the main railway station, spotless rooms, friendly staff, and an absolutely great buffet breakfast, easily rivalling what you get in a 4-star hotel. Brilliant!
