After hours arrival easy. Helpful instructions sent to email. No problem with retrieving keys from safety box on arrival and leaving keys in drop box on checkout. Helpful staff. Room very comfortable and a good size. Included a kitchen and washer and dryer. Had a river view and a pleasant area to stay with river walks and city cat within close proximity. Would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment with a view of the Brisbane River and a full kitchen. The bathroom, while not fully wheelchair accessible, was excellent for someone like me who has mobility issues, but is able to walk. My only disappointment was that the couches and armchair were all too low for me to sit in and be able to get up again independently.

Stayed one night in a one bedroom apartment. It had everything we needed and was a short walk to the hospital for my appointment. The apartment is looking a bit dated and could use a fresh paint but was clean and well equipped for our needs. Just note that if you are going to use the carpark facility, that it is quite low in the underground carpark. I wouldn't park a 4wd in there, instead go to the aboveground.

There was not much to like, the apartment is very old, nothing like the photos, bed springs were looking into us, heart was unbearable, aircon did not work, carpets smelt old, shower had hair from previous guest in it still.

The bed was situated at a strange angle and I kept stubbing my toe on one of the corners because there was barely room to get past it. Not nice. One of the sliding doors of the wardrobe would not open. The grout around the shower needed replacing. It was mouldy.

Property showing age with older fixtures and wear and tear. Kitchen not cleaned properly. Pots and pans all greasy not washed properly. Pans beyond usable. Non stick coating mostly worn away. Rangehood dripping with grease. Dishes greasy as if washed without soap. Dust abundant on artificial plant. Bed not comfortable and short sheeted. Had to try and clean rangehood with a sachet of dish soap that was provided and boiling water and wash dishes before I could use these items. Disturbed nights sleep with partner moving in bed because of poor quality mattress.

The sofa bed was horrific to try to sleep on. The springs dug into me all night. I hardly got any sleep. The bed was just springs with nothing covering them much. I tried to cover them with towels and a blanket. I will never stay there again. I would not want anyone to have to sleep on the sofa bed!

What I didn’t like was not being able to watch the tennis on channel 9. The Tv did not have channel 9 tuned to the tv. I also asked via txt to try and get it to work but no answer.

Great location for walking and transit. Beautiful view of river. Room was clean and spacious just VERY dated. Bed was OK but pillows had no loft - needed to use 2 with one of them folded in half to get a small amount of head elevation. Wouldn’t take much renovation to make this unit really fabulous!

I stayed there after my stay in hospital at the wesley. Its location to the hospital is ideal, the room was clean. And pull out bed was very uncomfortable for my helper. Needs a topper or something on it. Could fell every wire in the mattress. The front desk was hardly ever manned though lucky when i arrived early the nice lady helped me with discounted additional nights. The side table had been pulled from the wall and not repaired and whoever was nextdoor was no stop banging. It is a good place to recover but could use a revamp.

we were arriving late, so 'after-hours' check in instructions were sent, but the key was not where it was supposed to be, the emergency number provided was going to message bank, no help available, ultimately had to go elsewhere to stay the night and pay premium price

Generally the property was really good. Basic accommodation and very well located. Don’t expect anything more. My only issue is we left a Dyson hairdryer behind when we traveled to Byron Bay and nobody could tell us where it went. Such is life

Easy and close to the Wesley hospital for me to be near my husband, the door was not easy to open upon first entering property, Tv had crappy reception kept dropping out. Bed was comfortable, they let me park the car there even after I had checked out.

Fantastic checkin into a freshly renovated room overlooking the Brisbane River. While located on a busy main road, the double glazing meant we couldn’t hear any traffic. Lovely new washer and dryer. Everything was perfect. Many thanks.

Was contacted by the check in team to arrange a check in time, replied in a timely manner also requesting a portacot (we had booked for two adults and one infant) I received no reply and no cot was provided. This is a dated hotel, with warning signs on just about every surface from the sensitive fire alarm, to the new couch and carpet and any stains left. Bed was uncomfy and only two towels provided for a three person stay. It did the job but we won’t be rushing back.

Was contacted by the check in team to arrange a check in time, replied in a timely manner also requesting a portacot (we had booked for two adults and one infant) I received no reply and no cot was provided. This is a dated hotel, with warning signs on just about every surface from the sensitive fire alarm, to the new couch and carpet and any stains left. Bed was uncomfy and only two towels provided for a three person stay. It did the job but we won’t be rushing back.
